I just bought 4 of these at the big sale, they were about $2.25 each at 75% off. I have allergies right now, so I couldn't smell it but I already knew I loved it from a few years back. It's impossible to find anywhere, last year they didn't even have this at the sale. They need to at least make it a classic and have it available! I want the body spray, but seriously doubt bbw will have it before the sale is over. This is elegant, the right combination of white florals with clean notes.

This is soooooooooo pretty and feminine! It smells much better then the regular Gardenia in my opinion. i just got this lotion for 75% off at the semi annual sale and would love to go back to get more.

seriously underrated scent. i like the body cream better but the lotion is great too. its slightly lighter and the only issue i really have with it is that the cap never seems to work well for me. i have 3 of them and they're all a little iffy. its great to use at night so you can wake up with silky skin

I'm very selective about straight floral scents. They can very easily smell "old ladyish" Gardenia Lily was a scent that I was pretty sure I wasnt going to like. It's straight floral and those rarely if ever work for me. Well, this one does. It is so delicate and feminine smelling. It has great staying power and is just a very pretty fragrance. Love love love it.

Although I like the overall scent, the B&BW powers that be need to take it down a notch. It's too heavy, which is odd for a floral blend. I think the fragrance works if it's diluted. I mix one part of it with 3 parts of an unscented lotion. Otherwise, I'm floored when I apply it as is. It's so heavy that I would suggest skipping perfume altogether.

After using this I became addicted to gardenias. I love, love, love the smell. It reminds me so much of ylang-ylang. It moisturizes well but not enough for me I must say, but the lovely fragrance makes up for it.
For the scent I give it a rating of 5++ but for its moisturizing abilities only a 3.5. Sad to say, B&BW will stop making this. :(

I have this in the body cream, not the lotion, and I love it. It's a lovely, floral, ladylike scent, not foody or fruity like so many of BBW's other items. While I love a good fruity scent, this one is different and just screams out "classy!"
The gardenia is quite apparent to me in this scent, but the lily is also there. And, of course, the lotion is moisturizing and lovely, as with all Bath and Body Works products.
I will definitely be repurchasing, especially now that I've found out this is being retired!

This lotion smells like the kind of gardenia perfume I have been searching for. The scent is sweet and mostly gardenia, pure and simple. It's lovely and not at all harsh or synthetic like a lot of gardenia/white floral scents out there. I use it alone when I want a light floral fragrance, and it works well since the scent lasts half the day! If this scent came in a perfume form (not the body spray) I would purchase it.

This scent should be called Lots O' Lily. The Gardenia is somewhere far in the background...sadly enough. More sweet gardenia and less lily would be perfect. Disappointing fragrance, but nice light lotion texture. B&BW lotions have a great texture for my skin.

First of all, this lotion is great because it absorbs so quickly! I can use it on my hands in the car and not leave slippery residue all over the steering wheel.
I really like the Gardenia Lily fragrance - it is sort of musky with tons of lily-of-the-valley and pikake.
The packaging is cute and while it is overpriced if you pay full-price for it, you can usually find it included in some sort of deal at B&BW.

I picked this up today after receiving a coupon in the mail from B&B works-free lotion for you and your friend if you bring in a friend and $5 off a variety of products. I am not a huge fan of B&B but I was instantly drawn to the smell. It's pretty and light-if you like the scent of Gardenia and Lily, you will like this...and that coupon accomplished what it really intended too do...I also picked up some other fun products:)

I got this in the Purely Silk line for a gift. I would have never bought this for myself, because I hate the smell of gardenias. I think the lily in this makes it a bit more wearable. Still I wasn't pleased with it. The lotion instead of sinking into my skin, just balled up. Not very moisturizing. I may be taking this back and seeing if I can get something I know I'll like.

The smell takes a little getting used to but overall I really liked it. It was a very feminine and pretty smell. The cream had a great texture and absorbed quickly! <33 this one!

This scent can seem "old lady-ish". At least that's what I've been told by some friends but I love it. It's a very feminine floral scent that makes me feel very girly but sophisticated at the same time. I saw this on the $5 or $6 shelf during the current BBW Big Sale. I assume it's being discontinued. =(

This smells a little like pickles to me. It's a very strong scent, which I normally like but, this one is just too strong. I got it as a gift and hopefully can exchange it form something else.

I got a bottle of this as a freebie gift with purchase and I love it! Very feminine and for some reason the smell reminds me more of lilacs -- it's a very clean, pretty smell. Love it! Will definately buy again.

I love this thing! My friend had this and I took a whiff and it smelled awesome!! Very fresh scent. I wouldn't buy this again though since the packaging was so small. But it's great for you, not for me (because I like large/medium packaged lotions)

I like this a lot. It smells very clean. I tend to gravitate toward plant-scented lotions, and this is one of my favorites.

I love this scent. I got the whole line for Christmas and it's my new favorite. I find the fragrance to be light and clean with a feminine air. The lotion softens and smooths. It lasts well too.

Gardenia, lily, jasmine and muguet. I am not a big fan of white flowers alone. If you like gardenia, I would think this would definately be for you. I received this as a Christmas gift and while I will use it up, it is not something I would have chose for myself.
