Good quality conditioner. Plenty of product for your money. Quite hard to rinse out but once done hair feels well nourished. Strange smell which only lasts on application. Quickly disappeared. Unglamorous packaging but a solid workhorse of a conditioner. Not usually a fan of Jason products but I like this and would buy again, but I have a feeling it will ladt a looooong timr.

I recently had to completely switch to natural products after having two surgeries. Reactions to medications made my skin SUPER sensitive and my hair unbelievable frail. Anything with chemicals causes horrible breakout and hair loss. I have lost SO much hair, so when I read the reviews on this biotin conditioner and the Jason Thickening shampoo, I cried halleluja, and tracked it down!...and then just cried. Finding it was beyond diffcult... I finally happened upon it, no thanks to the Jason website, at an HEB (in TX). The Jason Thin to Thick shampoo made my head break out all over on little painful pimple like bumps... so I gave up on that fairly quickly & continued the conditioner for a bit, until I realized it was contributing to my hair feeling mushy and falling out in the shower. I switched to the new natural TIGI the day after my suspicion... and voila... no more mush. (My healthy haired husband loves it though.)

Price: Only 7-8 bucks for some of the best stuff on the market? Yes please.
Packaging: Come on, Jason. Not all of us have gigantic hand muscles strong enough to squeeze product out of your thick, square bottles. Fix this, then we'll talk.
Consistency: Not as thick as the Aloe conditioner, but on the same level as the Sea Kelp conditioner. Still ridiculously thick.
Scent: I... I don't even know. For some reason, it reminds me of a grandmother's powder room. It's a bit perfumey, but unoffensive. I just don't understand the scent. Hopefully it's not too cosmetic.
Ingredients: Beautiful list of ingredients. Obligatory fatty acids, tons of vitamins, BIOTIN, a bit of wheat protein, a dab of dimethicone, and other natural plants like chamomile.
Performance: Because of its godly thickness, it's a teeny bit hard to spread. Once it's on your hair, though, it melts tangles, moisturizes, strengthens and shines like a friggin' dream. Mind you, my hair is thick, curly/wavy, long, dry, a bit frizzy and prone to tangles. My hair's issues buckle under the prowess of this conditioner. My tresses are rendered soft, shiny, moisturized, and bouncy until the next wash.
Overall: Aside from the confusing scent and inconvenience of the bottle, this is KIND OF my HG conditioner, along with Jason's Aloe conditioner. I use the Biotin conditioner in conjunction with its shampoo counterpart and the two work in a wonderful harmony. I'm not 100% sure about buildup yet, but I'd watch out for it anyway. I've definitely been seeing fewer and fewer split ends since I started using this, and my hair is growing in much healthier. <3
**EDIT: Unlike Jason's 84% Aloe line, this stuff, over time, doesn't lose its effectiveness. The biotin line is GREAT as an everyday shampoo/conditioner combo. It's remained faithful to my hair for a while now, and I think, until I miraculously find something as natural and healthy for my hair, it's as close to an HG as I'm gonna get.

This is a really great everyday conditioner. I have long and damaged wavy hair that i am reluctant to cut and am always trying to grow longer and i think this has definitely helped. It isn't the most moisturizing conditioner but it is very, very strengthening. If i were just to condition with this my hair would feel very clean and strong. I think it has really helped with breakage and therefore helped my hair grow longer. I usually use this with some more moisturizing conditioner mixed in because not only is my hair damaged but it can get dry too, but if i need volume I just use this and it works great. I don't really like the smell but it doesn't last and also the price is great for the size.

i bought this after reading the good reviews and because i am trying to incorporate more eco-friendly products into my home. (everyone should, considering they are often quite inexpensive so you are really not paying any more to be kinder to the environment.)
anyways, this product is just fine, nothing exceptional. my dry ends still feel drier than my healthy lengths, after using this. i suggest using this on your mid-lengths, and something richer on your ends if your hair is any more than just a little dehydrated.
value for the size is excellent ($5 for 473ml.) i would prefer a pump since the bottle is big.
overall recommended for excellent value. a good product although not "the best"

This conditioner is a great value, especially for an 'all-natural' product. Leaves hair feeling super silky and light (I have wavy, variably-textured hair). My hair is softer, more elastic, and less prone to breakage since I started using a year ago. And I love the smell... it reminds me, very subtly, of how clothes smell when they're fresh from the dryer. Weird, but I like it.
Note: If you want to take full advantage of the biotin in the formula, you have to work it gently into your scalp (it isn't absorbed by the hair shaft). I don't normally do this with conditioner, but this stuff is so light it doesn't make my scalp greasy at all, even 24+ hours after washing.

I have dry, flaky scalp and dry, coarse asian hair.
I am surprised at how nice this conditioner is. I've used "natural" hair products before, and the conditioners are usually too watery for my dry, thick hair.
This conditioner makes my hair soft, sleek, and helps my scalp, too.

I love this! See my review on the shampoo because I use both the shampoo and the conditioner. I have fine thin hair and wasn't sure if this would do anything for my hair but turns out it does and it's amazing! I can definitely tell a difference!

Already reviewed the biotin shampoo as I use them together, so here's what I wrote there (as for the conditioner in particular, I think that's the part of this pair that helps me comb through my hair more easily and helps prevents splits and breaks):
Firstly, I am glad I read many reviews as well as the direcions on the bottle BEFORE trying this shampoo. It says to use a small amount of shampoo to do a light lather first, then wash your hair regularly for good reason. If you don't follow the directions, this shampoo doesn't lather.
That being said, when used correctly, I got a very rice lather. I love the smell of this product and the light tingling sensation when rubbing into my scalp. I used this daily with the biotin conditioner and achieved some very nice results. After a few days, my hair was more manageable and felt softer to the touch. After a couple weeks, just taking a section of hair in my hand and gently tigging at it - I could tell both strencth and thickness had imporved.
Only two bad things can be said. 1 - I can't find this anywhere where I live, so I have to order online. And 2 - I can't stop touching my own hair after I use this shampoo/conditioner duo!
Bottom line: reccomended.

I am pleasantly surprised how well this conditioner treated my very processed, dry, fragile hair! My hair felt luxuriously moisturized, thick, healthy, smooth and more resilient with the first use. Do I dare say I reach for this over my Kerastase now? Yes I do!
I only have praise for this conditioner, I just wish the scent was not so Spartan.

I bought this conditioner several months ago to use in conjunction with an Aubrey Organics volumizing shampoo (it was awful; I wrote a review) and really didn't like it at all. I stopped using it and it's been sitting under the sink gathering dust.
Well. I was feeling blah about the current conditioners I'm using, so I switched to this one to see if it was as bad as I remember it being. All I can say is that I really really like it! It detangles my hair beautifully and really hydrates it. My hair (which is unmanageably baby-fine and golden blonde) is sooo soft and totally feels stronger than it used to be.
Pros:
My hair feels really lovely and soft
Thicker and stronger
My hair looks as though it has been styled a few hours after being air-dried!
My ends are NOT crunchy
Biotin is high up in the ingredients list
Cons:
Must wash hair daily, but my hair gets greasy quickly anyway
Takes too long to rinse out of my hair
Smells pretty darn bad. Must be the biotin? It's a sweet smell, but it's not nice at all.
Will update in a week:

I bought the conditioner and shampoo of this product. I have only used it for 2 weeks. I have mixed feeling about this shampoo/conditioner. I have never tried an organic shamp/cond before. Let me start of by saying my hair is wavy and coarse. I have some grey so I do color my hair.
Regular shampoo leaves my hair with a film on it and this does not. I thought at first that was good, but my hair is out of control because there is no silicones, waxy stuff to hold it down. It feels the cleanest it has felt in a long time, and it is soft- my hair is just all over the place. My daughter has fine blonde, straight hair and it is awesome for her. She does not have coarse hair like me. Her fine hair actually looks thicker with this stuff and shiner.
But what I have noticed most of all- MY FACE IS DOING AWESOME ON THIS STUFF!!! I am 38 years old no acne, but I had small bumps here and there (not red- same color as my fair skin) and they have smoothed out!!!!! My skin feels fantastic with this stuff.
So now I am confused- my hair is flying away (like I got shocked), but my skin on my face is doing WAY better. I guess I will continue to use this and put on a leave in conditioner that will weigh my hair down.

Not as hydrating as I would like, but it does a good job as a detangler and my hair isn't weighed down. I wasn't too fond of the smell either. It's organic, contains no silicones, and is thick enough to stay in your hair. I leave it in for five minutes before rinsing.

I noticed my hair was much softer after using this product, with few tangles. Unfortunately, I went through the bottle quickly, and it seems to have an odd smell...I can't place it and I'm not entirely fond of it. I think I will try the other Jason products before revisiting this one.

I love this stuff. I have seen a dramatic change in the softness of my hair since using this conditioner for about 2 months. I love the natural ingredients and the scent is not overpowering. I disapates after drying anyway. Will purchase again.

I bought this to go along with the Biotin shampoo. I am not too impressed with this conditioner either. It has a strong menthol smell. It does make my hair feel a bit stronger and soft, but the fact that it contains silicones, (cyclopentasiloxane and dimethicone) when I thought what I was buying was silicone free, and the smell and unimpressive results leads me to say that I won't be repurchasing this conditioner.

I love how this smells. It did a great job protecting my color and keeping my hair strong--it could be a little heavy at times, but as long as I didn't keep it on too long and rinsed it well, it really helped a lot.
Keeps my hair tangle-free and shiny!

I didn't care for the shampoo or conditioner. I have fine, thick hair and tend to be oily and found that this conditioner didnt' even completely detangle my hair. It doesn't even smell good. I won't repurchase.

I can't say I was a fan of this shampoo and conditioner. It has minty sort of smell, which wasn't bad but definitely not my favorite hair care scent. It made my fine hair very limp and dull. I didn't even make halfway through a bottle before I gave up on it. I was not even remotely impressed.
I didn't bother to try the conditioner with a different shampoo because the smell was not very pleasant.

I used this in conjunction with the shampoo - rinsed out nice, didn't feel gunky or nasty, and my hair doesn't feel weighed down or heavy (I have a lot of fine hair). So far, I'm a fan of the product!
