I originally got this because my dermatologist recommended it.

Now, I wouldn't say it's this amazing and incredible miracle worker, but it does a great job as drugstore moisturizer. This is great for me over the summer, as I get extremely oily. Plus, my makeup always gets darker later in hot days, so the thin white film this moisturizer leaves makes a good balance.

However, I get really dry over the winter, so I had to cast this moisturizer to the side, as it left flakes on my face.

This is great for oily people or those looking for a faster and SLIGHT alternative to a face primer.

I bought this product so that I xcan skip a step in my routine. Also because it has an higher spf than my current sunscreen.

I have dry skin and found this product not moiaturizing at all. To me thia is mostly a sunscreen. I do like the consistency of this product, although it is a tad bit runny. This product also leavese me with a white cast not matter how little I use.

The pump also pumps out too much. I do like the fact that it is in a bottle versus a jar. I did not break out from using this product. I would not recommend this product for drt skin.

This is my HG facial moisturizer. I've been using it for approximately 4 years. I have slightly oily, acne prone skin. Does not break me out, and wears well under various types of foundation (does not ball up). I'm currently using mineral makeup and it provides a great base. UV protection is good, uses zinc oxide as the main UV protection. I haven't burned wearing this. Only drawback is that it's not available in Canada, must be purchased in the US. Great product :)

I have used this on and off for many years, probably close to ten. I am a faithful user of the non spf version of this (smells/looks, like butter, comes in a glass jar). That is an HG, must have, though I try and sometimes use other things, saves my skin, type of product. It also has helped me to have line free skin though I am not sweet 16!

So loving that version I bought this years back too and also the spf 15 version. I like the whitish cast. Its good for skin that has some redness, toning that down a bit. The spf factor is pretty good too for day to day use, though would use something higher for being in direct sun, but otherwise perfectly adequate. I have used this even for extended periods in the sun, when I had not planned to be out so long, with no problems of burning on my fair skin. Its safe for use on my sensitive, highly reactive skin. It can also be used on the delicate under eye area and upper eye lids. I don't have anything negative to say about it. I dont use it all the time because I have been trying to find a foundation I love and some lotions look better under this or that, than others. Just preference.

I like the look of the spf 15 version better, glowy, no white cast, but I find this version better for my reactive skin. I always have this knowing if all else fails I have this on hand and use it on my neck, and decolletage area too, also hands. I like the pump which most lotions this size dont have.

SPF seems unreliable and it's not great under makeup. Doesn't moisturize enough for me to use alone but it makes my face shiny. Just not worth repurchasing.

Well I bought it today, and tried it once. I'm normally very generous and give the product about 1 week or 2 maybe 1 month to decide whether it is good or not. I have never written review about a product after one time use. However... What the France...... this stuff put my face IN FLAME, my face felt burning, and super red. As i'm writing this review which is 10 hours later it is still red after my 1:20 hours nap and going to the gym and all that. It's cheap, it's packaged nicely and sanitary not to mention convenient, but what the point if i can't use it. SENSITIVE SKIN BE AWEAR....

I bought this product because of its positive review by Jen from FrmHeadtoToe on YouTube, but I didn't like this at all :(

I live in Canada so it was a bit of a hassle to get this product in the first place. When we went to the States for a family vacation, I finally picked it up - I think it cost me about $14 or so at Target.

When I first used it, I thought that it had a really runny texture and that it smelled strongly of sunscreen. I rubbed it in and thought that the texture was really greasy...but kept it on since I thought the feeling might fade away. Unfortunately it didn't....my face just felt rough and oily (not to mention smelly) for the rest of the day.

The only thing positive I can say about this lotion is that it will offer sun protection and doesn't irritate my sensitive skin. I will not be repurchasing.

I love this stuff. I use it everyday. Its lightweight and goes right into the skin. Most moisturizers are SPF 15 and I like that this one is SPF 30.

I've been using this product for about 7 years now. This is a good everyday sunblock for sensitive skin, the chemicals in other products have made my skin break out in little bumps. This lotion is light, very mildly scented, and it is half the price of other drugstore brands, 4oz for under $10! It usually lasts me around 4-5 months! The only thing is since its not a chemical based sunblock, it does have a whitish color to it, just make sure you rub it in well and the bottle stays capped or it will get thicker.

I've been using this for several years. It keeps my skin protected, even through midwestern winters, and despite a lot of time outside in the warm months, I've never been sunburned when I've got this on. Even though I'm a sucker for the next miracle product, I think I'll stick with this for my regular daytime moisturizer.

I love this stuff~! Well firstly, it doesn't make me break out at all which is huge because my skin is highly reactive to parabens, retinol, talc, you name it. arg...
It contains spf 30 for mah uber pale porcelain skin, and lastly it really helps to moisturize without being too heavy/ oily.
I'm a happy camper! :3

I loved the bottle with pump and the lotion texture is just amazing but... unfortunatelly it didnt work for me. I guess its too high SPF in it and I broke out from this. I usually break out from SPF when used on face. I wish I could have kept it but I had to return it at Ulta.

i think i'm a little iffy about this product. I have really oily skin and I find that that it doesn't make it too oily when i put it on. I also like how it has spf 30 and is somewhat moisturizing. i think the downside to this product though is that it leaves a white cast on my face especially around my eyebrows, even though i make sure to rub it in. i know because my boyfriends likes to point it out everytime we're out. haha.

This is just okay.
I thought this wuld be a good moisturizer and sunscreen in one..
It's definitely not a good moisturizer, in fact I think my skin actually gets dryer when I use this, so i always put on a non-spf moisturizer and then this.
So far it hasn't broken me out, and has great SPF so I recommend it for those who don't have super dry skin and are loking for a high SPF product.

I'm surprised to see all the negative reviews for this product. I started using this as a staple in 2008, about exactly two years ago, and it only occurred to me now to check to see if I had reviewed it. For me, it is a moisturizer with a decent SPF (i.e. not 15, like most seem to have) that does not aggravate my oily/acne skin. This has never broken me out, and it is nice and light in texture. I haven't noticed a change in the formula in the past two years, but who knows what that is about. I will not give it a five because it is still ONLY SPF 30, and I simply don't feel like I am protected enough from about April onward through the end of the summer. I have highly sensitive sun damage, meaning that if my hyperpigmented splotchy bits are exposed to the sun for even a few minutes, they suck in the sun and turn a gross muddy brown on my pale, pale face. I have had these splotches since 2003 and have only just begun to tame them, and only with years of unhealthy hydroquinone. A few minutes of exposure will darken them enough that it will take me six months to tone them down again, so I have to be really careful. They are around my jawline, which is also where I break out, so I have to be extra careful what I put there. The Eucerin does not break me out, BUT IN THE SUMMER MONTHS DOES NOT PROTECT MY BLOTCHY BITS ON ITS OWN. I have yet to find a product that will do this on its own. At the moment, I'm using LRP Anthelios 60 over the Eucerin on my blotchy bits, but that stuff is slightly greasy so I don't like to use it too liberally. The great thing about the Eucerin is that I don't feel guilty about using it liberally, because it will not break me out; it does not feel greasy, and it does not feel heavy, even if I used quite a bit of it. This makes me feel like I've got a good, solid base of protection before I put on the heavier, greasier stuff. This way, I can just put the Anthelios directly on my blotchy bits, and so far, this seems to work.

I am a SPF junkie, I'd rather use an SPF i didn't absolutely love than go without. This is a good one when you need something and don't have other options (a quick trip to store w/o much selection). It works fine with my semi sensitive skin, just didn't like the white residue it can leave behind, and it didn't spread or absorb to my liking. I prefer natural sunscreens, but when desperation calls....

Great physical barrier. Perfect for my sensitive eyes. Eucerin also does not test on animals.

Simply love it! I've been using this for about 6 months or so and it is a great sunscreen! For all those who complain about the whiteness..duh it does have zinc..you have to rub it in. Any physical sunscreen will be white, and if you don't like that, go get a chemical one. This is also a great primer for makeup. It also has a little lactic acid in it which I think helps keep my skin clear. Also, it does not feel at all heavy and greasy. If I want to use something a little heavier, I'll do Blue Lizard sensitve, but I never go out in the sun any more anyway. Try it out!

This USED to be a great product. I ran out of it back in late 2009 and couldn't find a fresh bottle in any drugstores for a week or so and was wondering why. Eventually I found some and when I started to use it I noticed it didn't feel the same as the previous bottle I used. I believe they changed the formulation to this which is pretty unfortunate because the original was quite a decent product. Even worse, I believe I got a pretty bad sunburn from using it.. so clearly the product is no good anymore.
I've switched to Olay Complete Sensitive 30+ and have to say it is working quite nicely, my skin feels very plump and moisturized after using it....

It was ok...nothing special. I have oily combination skin, but my skin is very dry at the same time, so I though I'd give it a try. It looks very shiny and since my skin is oily combination, my foundation and this mixed together was a disaster... The foundation came off 3hours after the application and my skin was super oily. It does moisturize really well though.
