Got this as a GWP ages ago and I find I use it all the time. It's a great, versatile, bronzy pink-nude shimmer. I like Clinique lipsticks a lot and should this run out I would buy another. I'm NC30/35.

I don't know what these people are talking about! I'm VERY fair ( i haven't tanned in 9 months ) and this is very flattering. I found this in my mom's bathroom, so I'm not sure about the price but this is the PERFECT darker lipcolor i've been looking for. L-O-V-E :)

This and "Peach Pop" are my all time faves! In the tube "Pure Posh" appears to be a bronzy nude color, but on my lips is this gorgeous medium reddish rose with a bit a shimmer. This color goes with everything, and gives a youthful healthy wash of color. Stays on well and doesn't bleed. I wonder if the new High Impact SPF version of this color is the same??

I am a Clinique Pink Chocolate devotee and I am surprised at how much I love this beautiful color. If you like pink-ish lipsticks, give this a try. It's an excellent medium shade with terrific wear.

Someone gave this to me after getting this as a gift. I think the color is beautiful and subtle at the same time.
Good job Clinique.

Beautiful Color. I think that I am on my third or fourth tube. Very natural and shimmery. I can wear with almost any eye makeup color. It looks awesome with a smokey eye. This is the only lipstick I have ever worn and repurchased. I am mostly a gloss girl.

I wear NC40 and this is just a perfect neutral color for my tan skin! It has a kick of cooper color and is just perfect. I will definately buy again and again.....<3

WOW. This has become my holy grail go-to lipstick. I love it that much. I got a sample of it in a GWP palette and knew I had to have the real thing. The rosy/bronzey color is perfect for my coloring. It's a neutral enough to go with a lot of blush/eyeshadow colors and gives a polished look to anything I wear. Plus, the formula is moisturizing and long-lasting. I'm a huge fan of Clinique lipsticks -- this color especially.

Nice looking lipstick and with a pretty pinkish color. However this looks a lot like the other lipsticks I own and I don't like the application of this, it's a bit too light.

I originally got this a a mini lipstick in a holiday set last year, and in the tube I thought "no way" as it looked a bit too pink, I tend to wear nothing but brown shades. However, once I put it on it was gorgeous. It is a neutral color, mainly brown based, but has warm pink and gold tones to it and some shimmer. It stays on my lips, is not drying, and is great for day or if you don't want a dark evening lip. I just bought my second tube, this is a staple for me now!

Got this as GWP and didn't think I would use it because I have olive skin and generally dark coloring and don't usually wear neutral or warm shades of lipstick. But I love this. The shimmer keeps it from getting lost on my face. I wear it by itself on the weekends when I want a barely made up look. I wear it to work over bright/deep colors that I want to tone down a little. It stays put forever and also seems to help my lipstick last if I apply it over another color. (Update: the Rose Spectrum color does all this and more, would probably purchase Rose Spectrum instead of this shade next time).

This was one I picked up in an ebay haul of GWP size lipsticks. I wasn't sure I this would work for me when I saw it in the tube but I put it on last night with a little gloss on top and WOW! It's a bit more color than I want to wear on a casual, sit around the house day but it is perfect for work or going out. Not really glamorous like red or berry, but eye catching deep rosy color thats just beautiful! I'm fairly pale and this isn't overpowering in the least.

This is a beautiful color, just not on me. The SA was wearing it while she sold me the Colour Surge lip stick set of four, and it looked great on her. Just not on me. I really love Colour Surge lipsticks in general, and this one was no different, but I do not reccomend this shade for a PPP with pigmented lips.

Looked great in the store, but in "real life" (office, daylight) not quite enough pigment for me. Probably just me cause I have rather pigmented lips, so all that shows is the gold shimmer! I am NC35 asian olive-skinned.

I imagine it would be a lovely color on most girls though. Darker browny-rose with gold shimmer.

Love the bamboo-shaped lipstick tube.

Shade description

A very complex shade. (but I'll try) Pure Posh is a medium pinked-brown with a touch of plum-bronze. It goes on with a layer of shimmer which is almost metallic, but certainly wearable.

Comments

I love YLLB lipsticks which give definition to lips, and this is a wonderful addition to my collection! It is definitely pigmented enough to contour my lips and brighten up my face. I didn't like the shimmer that much because it looked a tad frosty, but I'm just being fussy. I imagine many will like this shade.

My coloring

Yellow-beige Chinese Asian NC35 with jet black hair and very dark brown eyes. I can wear both cool and warm colours.

Received this as a GWP, and I love it! I usually wear taupey-nude lipstick shades, so I was thrilled to get this. It's a lovely rosey-bronze neutral. I usually like Clinique lipsticks anyway, they wear well. If I run out of this (and I just might, since I wear it so often) I would definitely purchase.

Got it in a swap and I love it! Yes,when I first opened it and saw the colour, I was like -"no way I'm wearing this"-, but after trying it I became addicted to it. For reference I'm fair-skinned,blue eyes, blond hair, and this colour shows pretty intense on me, but after I blot once and put on some clear gloss, it becomes more natural and totally brings out my eyes and complexion. It's so soft, moisturizing, I have a feeling it even plumps my lips a bit, and it lasts quite a while. If I run out of it, I'll probably repurchase.

This is a good lipstick for muted everyday looks, but it's a bit nicer than your average nude/mlbb, I think. The actual color is difficult to describe, but the effect on me is a rosey caramel. The lipstick has some golden sheen, however (it's a bit too subtle to even call it shimmer), which makes it really nice and dimensional. It's not over-the-top at all in my book.

I'm not a huge fan of the Color Surge l/s formula. It feels a bit heavy on my lips and is somewhat drying, but it's not too bad. The upside is that it stays nice-looking for a very long time.

This looks nice with a cream-or gold-and neutral face. I'm wearing it today with Clinique's e/s duo in Starstruck/Golden Lynx on lid and crease, and the lighter shade from Clinique's Victorian Pink duo on browbone and tear duct area. Light dusting of bronzer for a subtle blush. I'm a cool-toned PPP, but this face works nicely for me and isn't too rusty-looking.

I would buy this again if I ever use it up. I doubt I will.

Although this is a very pretty color(bronze/nude/rose/mauve), Pure Posh is a very warm color was not flattering to my cool tone C3 skin. My skin is a light olive tone, with cool undertones and I can almost never wear warm shades on my lips, and this was no exception. It looked flat and muddy on me. I must have received it as a GWP, b/c I would have never purchased a color like this for myself and no m/a would have sold this to me. For those of you with warm complextions, I think this will be just beautiful on you - enjoy! Cool tone ladies - watch out, this will not be flattering!
