Actually surprised about how bad the reviews are. I really love this. I use it with Shampoo One and my hair looks great. Really healthy, actually. Not greasy, not like straw, not dry, but healthy! The smell is Amazinggg!!! Love the scent!!!!! It is very light so if your hair is too dry it might not work, but this is perfect for everyday. My hair is kind of dry (some days more than others), but I work out so often that this is just really amazing for everyday use. I actually really love it (maybe even HG status...)

This product "sounded" like it would be great for my thin, fine hair, but it was terrible. I wanted something light that would not weigh down my hair, but I couldn't even get a comb through my hair after using this. It didn't do anything at all....didn't detangle, didn't lightly condition, didn't smooth...in fact my hair felt straw-like. I now use the Extra-Body Daily Rinse (after Shampoo One) and love that combo.

This stuff leaves my hair feeling greasy and just gross. It feels like I put conditioner in my hair and didn't rinse it out. I keep trying it thinking I didn't rinse it out enough but I'm pretty sure it's not me at this point.

Awful. I used this in conjunction with Shampoo One (which was awful for my hair). I have straight, fine but thick (lots of it) hair that is just aboove my shoulder in a bob. My hair had so many tangles just when I tried to comb it after the shower! I can't imagine what someone with longer hair would have to deal with. My hair was dull, lackluster, and it looked and felt like straw. This did not work for me.

This is a light conditioner. I use it for co-washing and also after shampooing with a moisturizing shampoo so I don't get a build-up of conditioners. It gives my hair fullness and body.

I don't know why people give this a 1 lippie ? I'm on my second bottle now. I love this conditoner , it smells very good and it detangles my hair very well and my hair feels soft too. The only thing is I need to use a bit more on my hair than any other conditioner I have tried. This is much better than the tea tree special conditioner, that one doesn't detangle at all !

I am a PM girl through and through...and this conditioner was awful. It left my hair feeling like I hadn't even used conditioner at all. No shine, and a weird clumpy rough feeling to it. I was so disappointed in this...I am giving my bottle away...and it has like 80% left in it!

Oh my, I didn't like this. I was given this one along with 'The Wash' as a gift and it is truly one of the greasiest conditioners I have ever tried. I tried it three seperate times and even changed the shampoo as I thought it was the combo, but nope...it is this. For reference I have long, fine, color treated hair. I had a date last night and I had to wear my hair in a ponytail as I didn't have enough time to rewash (yes, I shouldn't have even tried it again!). It just leaves a film on my hair almost, and it feels like I just dyed it - greasy and stiff and filmy. It leaves my color dull as well. If this wasn't a gift I would be upset I bought it, so it is going in the closet for now. No purchases in the future for me!

I hated this so much. The only thing I liked was the delicious smell. Maybe because my hair isn't fine..so it didnt work.. but since the back of the bottle said it can be used on normal hair, i gave it a try (I have asian hair with thin strands). It advertised instant detangling so I was expecting slick, slippery hair after putting it in. Instead, it barely detangled my hair and left it greasy and filmy all day. It looked like I hadn't showered in days! my hair normally has a lot of movement andbounce to it, but after using this, my hair clumped together at the roots and had a dull sticky look to it. it really looked like I used sweat and dirt as a styling product in my hair. I had to shampoo with clarifying shampoo 3 times to get it out and my hair is still kind of sticky from it. I will never use this again.

I love this conditioner! I just wish I could afford to use it everyday, but I find I need to use quite a lot and the whole expensive bottle full seems to dissapear very quickly :( . I absolutely adore the smell, I really can't place what it is but it always makes me happy, I think it's not so much the smell itself as the associations because apparently my mum used the baby version of this on me everyday when I was little. As well as leaving it smelling fantastic it makes my hair mamangeable and shiny and less fly away without weighing it down.

I have fine chemically treated hair, and I've read that this conditioner would be for that. Well... I'm not impressed. It does not leave the hair smooth, shiney and easy to detangle, instead it feels coarse and greasy. I will not buy this product again.

This is my HG conditioner! I have fine, curly hair that gets weighed down really easily. I don't do any heat styling other than blow-drying with a diffuser for a couple minutes every morning, so my hair isn't particularly dry and doesn't need a whole lot of conditioning. I wash my hair with either The Wash or Shampoo One and then I use The Rinse, and it's the perfect combo. It definitely isn't for anyone with dry or damaged hair, but if you just need a light conditioner/detangler, this is a great product. I will definitely buy this again.

This is a very nice conditioner along with the Shampoo one. It was one of my first PM prodcuts and i'm so excited, to try other prodcuts from PM! The smell is really fresh and adorable, almost like you fall in love. A good quality basic conditioner. (Just not for those how need mutch moisture)

A really average conditioner with a nice fresh apple scent. Isn't really thick or moisturizing and isn't supposed to weigh hair down. Just doesn't detangle and moisturize enough and I really don't have thick or very dry hair.

Very, very light conditioner. I was talked into this by the SA who told me I should alternate this w/ The Detangler. It didn't feel like it "conditioned" my thick hair enough. I actually had to recondition w/ The Detangler afterwards. When I'm done w/ this stuff, I won't be repurchasing. Waste of money for me--but the smell was nice (hence the 3 lippies).

This conditioner is perfect for my thin, fine but abundant, straight hair. I use this along with Paul Mitchell's The Wash shampoo. These two products also have a similar scent, like apples. This is a product for finer haired people, which is nice, because there are too many products out there for course haired people. These are probably the people who hate this product.

I have NEVER hated a hair product so much!!! There just aren't words to describe my abolute ire for it. This stuff never rinsed out of my hair well. It left it greasy and impossible to comb. I used it three times, thinking I just needed to rinse longer and more thoroughly, but it didn't help. My hair felt and looked nasty, like I hadn't washed in days. I won't ever buy this again.

Paul Mitchell's The Rinse is a fine light-weight conditioner. I'm not wildly crazy about the scent (apples?) but this too is nice and light. This product is what I was hoping The Detangler would be. If you need any amount of deep conditioning though, I'd skip this one. I wish this came with a pump, but I do like the caps on PM's products: the tops of the shampoo caps are black, and the tops of the conditioners are white, so myopics like myself can distinguish between them in the shower, sans glasses.
