Duplicate alert below. While these are a lovely set of both cool & warm neutrals I found duplicates for all the useable shades in equal or better quality except the peach center one. That just takes a swipe of good blush or bronzer.
Lovely compact. Unlike a lot of reviews I really like the little foam applicators. You can quickly apply a good amount then use a soft brush to blend & polish it.
The shadow texture is lovely. They are sheer enough so pale skin will look good in these but darker skin tones may be disappointed.
I take a mark off for the useless peach matte shadow in the center. When I pay this much I want to use everything up! However it can be useful as a peach tone blush if applied via fingertips. Desert island type option only!
Looking to the left you see an upper shadow in a matte camel beige shade that melts into the eyelid without any chalkiness. This is the hardest to duplicate.
On the lower left is a warm cinnamon bronze shade in a shimmer. I get a bit of a bruised & tired look from this one. MAC Patina is similar but far nicer on the skin. No bruised tired look. These are the "warm" shades.
On the right upper corner there is a wonderful satiny champagne ivory satin highlight for brow bone, tear duct area and inner corners. Completely neutral it will go with the camel beige matte for a warm neutral eye look or with the taupe satin below it for a cool neutral eye look.
That final shadow on the lower right is a beautiful taupe satin. It doesn't pull purple as many taupes do. It can look quite silvery on the eyelid without going too cool or frosty. The right side shadows work for a cool toned neutral eye duo.
I won't buy these again because I found dupes for my favorite shades in equal if not a bit better quality for a lot cheaper.
The camel shade is similar to the much cheaper matte shadow Earthly Taupe by Maybelline in the Expert Wear singles. ET pulls a little more peach while the Dior shade stays on the yellow side of beige. Spend a bit more at Estee Lauder for the single Sandbar Beige for an exact match in colour & texture.
For the bronze shimmer on the lower left look at MAC Patina for a far nicer shadow. Mink or the darker Brown Smolder by Cover Girl singles are far cheaper and quite close to this shade.
The right side shadows are exact matches in Clinique. Clinique's Champagne single is a match for the top creamy ivory highlight shade. Chanel's Lotus & MAC Shroom are quite similar too. For a really good cheap version Cover Girl singles in French Vanilla is very nice and amazingly close in look and texture.
Look at Clinique's duo Double Date for the light satiny taupe shade. Plus in the duo Clinique has a darker silvery taupe that is quite useful for shading. For a LOT less look at Cover Girl Tapestry Taupe. Same shade but a touch more shimmer.
Because of these Clinique & Maybelline shadows I won't bother spending more for Dior.

I finally hit the pan of my last Incognito and just repurchased today, despite the 50+ euro price tag. That speaks volumes. Absolutely beautiful neutral tones with a silky texture. HG.

I love Dior shadows -- they are so silky. I've been wearing this palette all summer long. It's a nice collection of 5 neutral shades that look great alone or mixed together. White, gold, peachy, brown, and a sort of silvery-brown if that makes sense. Great day-time look, and for night I add a more vibrant liner and I'm good to go.

PROS:
1. Packaging, a beautiful navy/black/blue holographic plastic case with silver trim. A good-sized mirror inside. This comes with a clear plastic tray covering to slip over the shadows while put away so the mirror stays clean inside the case. Also comes with an uninteresting navy velvet pouch that has "CD" on it, the pouch is really nothing special, it's just a protector to keep the compact from getting scratched.
2. Shadows don't crease until at least 6+ hours on me.
3. 4 of the 5 colors are really unique, high quality, buttery, and have dimension. (exception being the top right white color, see cons)
4. This Palette is meant to be a "your lids but better" palette, hence the name "incognito".
CONS:
1. While the top left and middle colors are interesting, they are subtle duochromes, and pretty sheer, which combined with the subtle duochrome they tend to look blotchy as eyelid or crease colors because of the way the light hits them and the lack of pigmentation. The colors only work on me for blending a crease color or as brow highlight colors. If used alone as either a lid or crease color it appears patchy and kind of dry-scaly looking. The middle color makes my lids appear quite puffy also because of the way the light hits it.
2. While these colors are the best I've used as far as not creasing, 4 of the 5 shades in this palette (aside from upper right) do this weird thing of transferring from my eyelid not long after application to where my lid touches my brow bone skin, which makes it look like I applied shadow to my lid in a really stupid way (even though I didn't). I've never had any shadow do this before, and the result of this transfer is very annoying and ugly and obvious on my lids, and is hardly "incognito." Creasing would be preferable to this.
3. The upper right 'color', isn't a color. It's chunky sharp-edged icy glitter in the medium of a translucent powder, it's stupid and cheap looking and the sharp chunky glitter gets everywhere except the place where you attempt to apply it. It belongs in a dollar store 1/2 -off bin. the kind of bin that's out on the sidewalk outside the dollar store because the shop doesn't care if people steal it because that's how much they want to get rid of the items in the bin. Just awful, CD should be ashamed.
4. The only warm color is the bottom left brown color, and it's a little too shimmery/sparkly for my taste but the color is very flattering on my warm skin.
5. Not a single one of these colors is matte. the top left and middle colors are satin finish duochromes, the top left is more matte than the middle color, but all colors in this palette have some shimmer, glitter, or sparkles.
From most sparkly to least:
Top right white color is nothing but glitter.
Bottom left brown color is a glittery sparkly shimmer.
Bottom right grey color is a shimmer, no chunky sparkles or chunky glitter.
Middle pink color is a duochrome satin/shimmer
Top left beigy color is a duochrome satin/matte.
I wouldn't repurchase this palette again because it's mostly cool toned, because of the transfer problem, and not a single color is matte and the most matte colors in the palette are way too sheer and have terrible pigmentation. The top right color I hate, but if the rest of the shadows were bomb I could over look it.
I don't recommend "Incognito"

This is my favorite Dior quint eyeshadow palette. I am around NW15 and I think this palette is extremely wearable, flattering, and natural looking. The best part is that there are 2 matte shades, and 3 satin shades, and no shimmery shades, making this really great for people of all ages to wear. I think this palette is very balanced with warm and cool toned shades, and it makes for a great every day look. I wore this to a wedding and it turned out so well, I might wear it on my own wedding day!

This selection of shades is perfect for my colouring (NC20, dark blonde + highlights, dark brown eyes). I am a fan of neutral eyes and this palette does the job beautifully, great texture, easy application & great staying power (with UD eyeshadow PP). For a more evening look, i use the brown shade with a coppery pencil liner & brown mascara. Understated, sophisticated and "done".
I'm sure you could replicate these shades from cheaper brands or in singles from other ££ brands, but tbh, the quality is so good here and the shades are so 'right' for my needs that I'm happy to pay the extra for the fabulous compact.

A quality pallet flattering for fair to medium skin tones and any which eye colour. The shadows are creamy smooth making it easy to apply and the colour selection is very forgiving. You can choose to go natural with the neutral shades given or smokey depending how heavily you apply the darker shades. Non-creasing, highly pigmented and long lasting, this is my go to eyshadow.

I love the texture of these shadows, they are all nice and creamy and apply well. The pigmentation is fairly weak with these shadows but they build up and blend nicely so they're fine for everyday wear. I usually use my UD primer potion underneath and they last all day.
The most disappointing colour in the palette is a white with chunks of glitter. This is the chalkiest of the shadows and the glitter ends up all over my face when i use it.

My mum bought me this plus the mini. The shadows are silky smooth and apply like a dream. There is minimal fallout. The small shadow brushes work really well for me and I use the small end for my crease etc. It's full size and the case is beautiful. One of the most beautiful cases I've seen yet.
I don't really like the pink but I love the other four colours. I use the ivory as a highlight for under my brows, the peachy/nude colour for a nice base beneath the other colours and I find it brightens up my eye area so sometimes, when i want a really natural bright look, I use it just by itself.
I love the brown and the silver/taupe colour. I use the brown for my crease and sometimes on the lid but I love the silver taupe colour even more. I love using it on my crease because it looks really good and theres a slight shimmer that goes well when I do a neutral smokey eye or just with other neutral colours along the crease. Since I have asian eyes, I don't have that much lid area and doing the whole crease area looks funny to me, I do a slight wing kinda shape and looks really good with my eyes. I also use a glittery black shadow wet as a liner and that makes this look go from natural to night-time natural [can't describe it any better]
I wouldn't buy this again because after nearly 2 years, my quint has still not even touched the pan [not even halfway!] and I still have the mini. Also, this was pretty expensive for me since I'm a student and don't work. But I definitely recommend this quint. It might seem a bit boring but sometimes, the most natural looks are the sexiest.

These are my go-to-eyeshadows for a natural look. Ivory, beige, fleshtoned peach, light greyed taupe, and a light golden brown can be used in a variety of combinations for a nicely defined eye. I like to use the ivory on the browbone, fleshtoned peach on the lid, and the taupe grey in the crease for a neutral cool look. For a neutral warm look, I use the beige on the browbone, fleshtoned peach on the lid, and the light brown in the crease. Price isn't as high as you might thing considering you are getting 5 full-sized shadows. The shadows aren't a true matte, more of a satin finish w/o obvious shimmer as is the usual case with Dior quints.I love the compact size w/ mirror which makes this also my go-to-palette for travel. I got mine on discount from allcosmeticswholesale, but I would gladly pay full price if I ever run out of this palette. EDIT: This is HG material for me and I will never be w/o it.

I completely agree with the positive reviews here - this is a lovely eyeshadow palette from Dior, who makes some of the best eyeshadows out there I think. These colors are perfect neutrals for daytime - even the darker shades are on the sheer side, so if you're looking for more of a smoky/dramatic eye, these wouldn't work for that. Beautiful colors, lovely texture - I don't use a base but I still find these shadows do not crease on me. If you want something neutral that can be your go-to daily shades (especially for work), give these a try!

This is by far my favorite eye shadow, by any company. Incognito is the perfect day eye shadow. There are so many different ways to wear this palette. These are great everyday wearable neutrals, which I think is a must have in anyone's makeup collection. Dior recently re-released this with a new shadow formula that is smoother and a bit easier to work with (although the quality was always there even with the last version).

I heart this palette - lol! I don't own many palettes due to the fact that there is always one random ugly colour, but not in this palette. Which, granted doesn't make it exciting to look at for most people, but when you want neutral colours for the office, this is perfect. I think the quality is great, giving a flawless finish, especially with a blending brush. It can give a barely there look to sexy smokey eyes. They are matte colours with two of the darker ones having the slightest of shimmer and I mean slight. This seems to be one of those palettes that would suit paler to mid skin tones better. It is practical and not one of those expensive buys you regret as it can be worn everyday and get a lot of use.
If you're a fan of neutrals, you'll love this!
Colours:
- Light whitish cream
- Cream
- Skin tone pale pink
- Warm golden Brown (barely there shimmer)
- Cool grey brown (barely there shimmer)

3593669047_8d9c30e4fc_b.jpg (342 KB)Incognito was my first quint and I maintain that it is still the best. I obtained two others but quickly swapped them away as they just didn’t work the way I wanted them too.
Incognito is subtle and natural, but pigmented and a lot of fun to play with. The shadows are very soft and easy to work with. My favorite look is pink on the inner half of the lid, the taupe on the outer half, and then brown in the crease. The cream color makes a great highlight.
The packaging is sleek, shiny, and perfect for packing to travel as it takes up little space in a makeup bag. The applicators it includes are nothing special, but they work in a pinch.
Though I’ve gotten over my neutral addiction, I still reach for this palette often for a classy minimal look that is perfect for work.

This is the best pallette for natural, contouring look. It's matte, but not chalky, blends very easily, and all 5 colours can be used to create one look. I would definately recommend this for anyone who wants to look professional, simple and chic.

When I was 19 years old I had my first makeover and was introduced to high end makeup ...... the artist used an eyeshadow palette from Lancome and from the age of 19 until 24, it was used every day ...... imagine my horror when it was discontinued ....... for years I tried to replicate the eyeshadows to no avail until recently. I have been using Dior's eyeshadows for years and always overlooked Incognito for some reason (the only time I really look at CD's palettes are to look at the new seasonal releases) ........ when i actually looked at the colors in Incognito, I was immediately reminded of my first beloved palette ...... I immediately purchased Incognito and was surprised that the eyeshadows are indentical ...... Incognito blends beautifully and not chalky and the colors work well together ...... you can easily blend from a light to more dramatic look. The colors work well with my NW10 skintone and my brown eyes ...... I can kick myself for not paying attention to Incognito before, but glad to have it now.

These colours are fantastic for daytime, and really great for contouring. The powder is super great for blending, and the pigmentation is incredible. A little goes a long way with these shadows.
I've hit pan on all of these colours so will be purchasing them again soon :)!

I love Christian Dior's ads and the brand's looks. The packaging alone is to die for. But incognito failed to move me. I suppose the neutrals were too muted for my taste. The shadows stayed put, but as I hardly saw them, I can't say I loved this palette.

Christian Dior eyeshadows are simply some of the best shadows out there. They are silky and the color payoff is great. I bought this quint because I wanted a very basic neutral collection of colors but the colors are a little boring on my coloring. I have dark red hair, brown eyes, and a good deal of freckles. The Beige Massai quint has better colors for my overall coloring. I will continue to use this quint and work with is, maybe mixing some of the colors with other shadows I own but I don't think I will repurchase since there are other Dior quints I would like to try.

I love this palette! The colors are lovely for a natural, yet polished look. They glide on with silky ease, and when used with a primer, last all day. They blend easily, and I've probably enjoyed them more than any other eye shadows for a natural, day time look. The packaging is lovely as well, and between the quality of the shadows and the packaging, I feel like I'm indulging myself when I use them.
Be forewarned, the colors are matte, and even the two that are stated to have a bit of shimmer, I find to show as matte also.
My only complaint, and the reason that I deducted one lippie, would be that thecolors can't be purchased individually. I find I go through two colors more quickly than the others, and would love to purchase just that 1 or 2, to prevent waste and also save a little money. Despite that, as long as Dior makes this palette, I will repurchase.
