I bought a bunch of different demeter scents many years back, and I still remember this one as being the best, most interesting, and most accurate. It has a very green smell. For some reason it makes me think of a classy elderly lady wearing a large straw hat that has flowers on it. :)
I don't think this is a great perfume unless you want to smell very flowery, but I feel that it accurately captures "flower show". It was my favorite out of all the scents I purchased and I found it the most interesting.

This is one of the most realistic Demeters that I've tried so far. I agree with the other reviews... If you go to a flower shop and open the refrigerated cabinet that arrangements are stored in, this is that scent. It's a very green fragrance and smells like carnations and roses, in a floral-arrangement sort of way. I love it because it smells JUST like the many vases of flowers that my husband has sent to my home and workplace on birthdays and special occasions... It just makes me smile!

iikkkkk.I ordered 5 demeter fragrances over the net , i basically based them on MUA reviews ...probably a mistake i know ...well in this case defenitely .What i was expecting was a mix of loads of fresh flowers something light and fresh but sweet .Instead this is awful ,it smells like the leafs and foliage at a flowershow very green and VERY strong .It gave me headache all day ,this stuff is just awful

I agree with the previous review - Flower Show is definitely a "cold" floral. Imagine sliding open the glass door and sticking your head inside a refrigerator in a flower shop. This is exactly what those chilled bouquets smell like. If you're looking for a very realistic floral blend, this is a good one.

My first Demeter scent and I really love it. One review mentioned a "green" rose scent and that's dead on. This is a cold floral, NOT a garden in full bloom in July at 95 degrees. I picked up more of a carnation note, kinda spicy. Go to a florist shop and open the fridge and there is Flower Show. I am buying more, don't want to run out. Staying power is not very impressive and the spray nozzle assembly is a bit shoddy but I do get a little bit of a lift when I inhale this scent so it's worth it to me.

SO true to its name. I love the smell of fresh cut flowers in the florist shop and this is what it smells like. Doesn't last long at all though. But I found if I spritz some on my pillow before bed, it still is there in the morning. Guess it just doesn't hang on to skin as well as fabric.

Wow! It's like walking into a flower store and being hit by the wonderful scent of all those beautiful roses and carnations! My mother-in law, a fan of floral scents, is going to love this one. I know I do, and I'm not usually keen on flowery fragrances.

It's very floral, but not in a cloying lilac way (my own personal dislike - I can't STAND lilac or lavender scents.) If you are a fan of florals and like a light scent, you may want to give this one a try. I tend to like my florals mixed with something else, like a fruity note, so I don't find myself reaching for this one often, especially since Demeter is famous for it's non-staying power.

This is a nice flowery scent that isn't perfumey. I don't like a lot of flowery-smelling perfumes, because they are overpowering or sharp. This scent is neither - it smells fresh and rich, but not heavy. It really reminds me of a greenhouse full of flowers, but without the dirt smell.

This fragrance smells EXACTLY like the high-end roses used in the flower shop where I once worked. The roses (like the fragrance) do not smell like the typical "rose" more of a GREEN rose scent. I really like this Demeter spray and use it often sometimes paired with Wisteria and/or Lily of the Valley.

I love this because it smells just like my Grandmother. It smells exactly like a wonderful florist's shop, or a garden in full bloom. Very sweet, old-fashioned, and romantic. My husband loves it when I spray it. It's kind of a carnation-rose-lily thing. Thank you, Demeter, for helping me keep Nanny close.

this smells almost exactly like funeral home, (carnations) but it doesnt have the same underlying scent of something or other (its supposed to be formaldehyde, but i just dont smell it.) flower show has a few other carnation-y type scents going on. if i had to choose between two very similar fragrances, id go with the funeral home, which smells perfectly lovely, and not at all of what the name implies.

I love this flower scent. It doesn't last very long, but it is such a pretty flower smell. Buying it for family members too - I think it's that pretty.

i liked this product until i wore it to work, and realised it smells exactly like the air freshener we use. however as it lasts approx 5 minutes on me it didnt matter too much! i think i'll try using it as a linen spray.
