Pretty color although, I agree with other reviewers that the color isn't rose. It's more of a reddish brown. On me it shows up a little too red so I out brown gloss on top and it's perfect.

I don't really care for the consistency of this. Too thick and gloss like so that's why I took away one lippie. When I open it theres always a gob of product on the wand and try as I might to apply just a little at a time I always end up having to blot away excess product.

I like this color. It's a darkish red/pink that manages not to look too severe. It's really good for reddening your lips without making your mouth scream "my lips are red!" (If that makes sense.)

This isn't shimmery; it's a creamy liquid lipstick rather than a traditional gloss. A little goes a long way for me; I usually apply a small amount to my lower lip, smack my lips together, and then touch it up on both lips as needed.

If I ever run out and need to restock with a staple red color, this would definitely be the one I'd want. However, it is discontinued so I'd either have to find a dupe or buy it on eBay or somewhere.

This is a very berry red color on me and is just not good for my fair skin. It is very pigmented.

It seems like everyone describes this color differently. Its definately not a rose color-to me this is reddish brown that has some orange tones to it. However, I showed it to my coworker and she said it looks coral. Whaa? I know a coral when I see it and this is definately not it. Its not what I was expecting and its not my favorite since I never, ever wear anything brown toned. It actually looks alright on me but I don't know if I will wear it a lot. I prefer pink/mauve/fushia shades. Not sure about the wear yet since I just put it on however I don't like the fact that its creme and has no shimmer. Also, I was expecting a gloss and this is more of a liquid lipstick. At the moment, I'm willing to give it 3 lippies, maybe I will like it better after I wear it for a while

It looked pretty online,in person it looked like a weird bronzy red,on my pigmented lips it looks like a nice dark wash of red.Good for the daytime when a brighter red would be too much.I love these things!!

I bought this thinking it would be a nice rose color, as the name implies. however, it's more of a bronzy reddish color. the formula gives a lot of color along with shine, which is good, but for this color I wish there were less color. I think it's too dark for my fair skin, but it's not totally bad either.

I'm not sure what it is about my skin tone but anything that has even a hint of orange shows up as bright orange on my lips and this was no exception. I'm giving up on the Glazewears accept for the Dazzlers which have a more lip gloss feel.

Its my favorite color in the Glazewear line. Its a reddish-pink, and it compliments my medium skin tone. Its very moisturizing, non-sticky and the color impact is beautiful. It lasts a long time. I hate wearing lipsticks and I enjoy using Rosebud because it has a pigment of a lipstick but look of a gloss. So darn ladylike pretty.

I just plain love Glazewear -- it's long-lasting, lustrous, non-sticky and smells/tastes great. Oh, and the colour of the Rosebud is this lovely vibrant coppery pink...Not brassy or orangey at all. Great for everyday wear. If you want just a bit more drama, Glazewear in Buttered Rum is like Rosebud but a wee bit darker.

This is gorgeous. I love it! I got it from the catalogue and this is the first glazewear that I actually like! On me, its a kind of burnt-orange/red and even an almost slightly pinkish colour! I don't wear reds, and I don't wear oranges.. I very rarely wear opaque colours, I'm more of a sheer lipgloss or lipstick kinda girl.. but this colour is so gorgeous I can't help going back to it!

Another one of my most favorite glosses. The formula really is like lipstick in a glossy tube; you don't need liner with it, but you may want it to keep it in place (similar to MAC's Lipglass or NYX's Lipgloss with MegaShine). This is even MORE pigmented (if that's possible) and very very thick, be careful not to overapply or it will go everywhere, on your teeth, and over the lipline. Nice tasting gloss and it lasts for a very long time. The name is misleading - it's actually a medium to dark rosey bronzey brown - it's a warm color not a cool color. Looks great on me as a MAC NC30. Goes with lots of colors and good for everyday use. I love this color and have repurchased it twice also. Avon often has great sales on their Glazewears. Stock up when they do!

This wasn't the color I was expecting, I thought Rosebud would have more pink or berry in it. Sometimes I don't know where Avon comes up with the names. I've never seen a rosebud this color. But it's a surprisingly nice color, even for a blonde PPP. It looks great now that I have a tan but I'm not sure what it'll look like in the winter. It's got great staying power for a gloss too. On me it's a brown peachy color. I like it.

I really like this color. It feels good on, and I love the color. It is a good alternative to straight up red. I have very fair skin and light eyes, and I am a cool tone. Although this is a warm tone color (according to Avon), I always get compliments when I wear it.

On my medium-dark skin this just looks too red and weird and clownish. Makes my whole face look too red. I guess I just bought the wrong color, because I am in love with the Darling Pink. It has the same qualities as the other Avon Glazewears-dirt cheap, great quality, long-lasting, smells heavenly, satisfying applicator, portable, etc.- but this color just isn't for me. No repurchasing here.

This liquid lipstick was a bit of a surprise; the name (Rosebud) implied pink BUT this is truly a neutral salmon kind of a shade and it worked out actually very well for my medium tone skin! I love to contrast it with a hint of violet eyehsadow, the look is casual but sophisticated at the same time. The moderately glossy lipstick hangs on to your lips through eating and drinking if you are careful - I find that I do not have to reapply as much as the other glosses. If a muted orange is what you are looking for, that is what Rosebud will be :)

This is my 3rd tube of Rosebud and it is different than the 2 I ordered previously. This one is in the new packaging and looks brownish orange-red. My 1st two were less orange and very pretty. Almost like a warm version of the Mystic color they discontinued. This tube I had to throw out. Very pigmented and thick and the color was just ugly. I will not repurchase.

I love glazewear. It has the color of a lipstick and the moisture of a gloss. Plus you can get them cheap on e-bay and occasionally half-price through avon. I'm a red-headed PPP and this is as pink as I dare go. I honestly thought it might be too pink, but I gave it a try anyway. It's a beautiful peachy/nude-pink and just right for me. It's a great daytime color and looks natural. It's one of my favorites and frequently worn.

This is one of my favorite lip colors EVER, but the formulation is terrible. It's goes on evenly, but in a few minutes migrates into glops and weird little patterns--not attractive. I adore the color, but just can't live with the formulation.
