It is too bad that I don't see this product at the store any more. I can only find it online at special stores. It is the best mask I have ever used, and I have used masks from (Lancome, clinique, origin charcoal mask, biotherm, St Ives, Aztec clay, mineral clays, Este Lauder, and the list goes on). The marine mud probably has something to do with cleaning the pores and brighten up my complexion like nothing I have ever tried. My skin was peachy and glowing with radiance whenever I use it. Many high end expensive products don't do the same for me like this mask. I have even tried honey, lemon, avocado, etc but nothing compares to this mask. For my oily acne prone skin it seems like the only other product that is comparable to this mask is real cucumber or natural lactic acid from live unsweetened yogurt. This mask is the Best bargain for the price.

This mask....hmm.......I really didn't find anything special about it. It throughly cleans the skin, although its extremely hard to get out of the tube at times, comparable to the difficulty of getting Queen Helene Mint Julep Mask out of the tube. The packaging says "wash off for noticeably clearer skin", which I think is bull, because my skin didn't look clearer, not even a little bit. I won't be repurchasing.

I like this a lot, just not as much as my Queen Helene Mint mask. It takes 20 minutes to dry and is your typical mask. Another perk is that iut doesn't "tingle",( aka burn), as other masks can do. It is also easier to rinse off then my Queen Helene. The only reason why I perfer my Queen Helene mask to this is because after that is done it feels like it sucked all the impurities out of my face. Oh well for a buck at Dollar Tree this was a nice alternative and I totally recommend if you can find it.

It was ok. I prefer the Queen Helene Mint Julep.

This is a good mask. I use in before showering, because it will stain your washcloths and towels.
Best to just rinse it off in the shower.
Also, when it dries I noticed little green specks all over, so it does flake off your face once it's dry.
The smell isn't very pleasant. I noticed while it was drying it had a stinky smell.
It actually feels like it is sucking the oil out of your pores, yet does not irritate. A big plus for me, as I can be sensitive to certain masks.
I think Clearasil has discontinued this line of products, though. I can't seem to find it in the stores.

This is a nice, basic clay mask that I found on clearance at WalMart for 3 dollars-don't think i'd pay more than that for it,though.
The pluses of this mask are that it spreads easily, dries fast, and really does seem to suck up a lot of stuff (hopefully out of my pores). The clay is dark green and has little scent to it.
The minuses are that it tends to separate(do they tell you to shake it up first? If not, they should),it stains my washcloth PERMANENTLY,and I cannot get it all off unless I follow up with toner.
It is definitely overpriced at full price, and I would not repurchase again, just because there are so many other clay based masks out there to try.

This didn't seem to do anything for me. It's a very basic mask, just clay, no scent, etc. My skin didn't feel smoother; it even looked a little strange afterwards. I can't really explain it...my skin didn't look brightened or smoother or healthier...if anything it looked dull. I think it may have caused me to have a minor breakout also. I use Queen Helene's Mint Julep Mask now, and I love it.

It's a good clay mask coz' it works & the price is reasonable! I like it way better than the clay mask from Borghese!

I just bought this on clearance for 2.50 (K-mart, baby!), and decided to give it a whirl. The packaging is nothing special, a cute little squeeze-tube that should be shaken a bit before application. The clay is a muddy/dark green and lightly textured, and VERY easy to spread over the face. It also dired extremly fast, but be sure to keep it on for the full 20 minutes! After I washed it off my skin looked a lot healthier, and skin tone was definatly improved...I also noticed that my face had a healthy glow in the morning, instead of the usual oil slicks. I gave it 4 lipsticks because it overdries just a little bit, and you have to use toner to really get all of it off in the end. Overall, I good product.

Very deep-cleansing, and in my experience, discourages breakouts and leaves your face brighter and clearer.

I've owned this for a long time and waited to review it in case I had any bad reactions to it. I'm pleased to say that I've had none, and I'd recommend this product to anyone with oily or breakout-prone skin. It's a great mask and spot treatment, and it doesn't overdry my skin or irritate it. I'm sure I'll buy this again when my tube runs out.

This is a VERY basic mask - don't think I've ever seen one so...well...so basic before. It's extremely creamy so it's easy to spread. No scent at all, which I missed sorely since that's part of the experience of a good mask, IMHO. And when I washed it off, it washed off cleanly but didn't seem to really do anything for my skin besides suck up some oil. Didn't hurt it any either, though, which is nice. So I think I'll keep it on hand in case I'm ever really oily and just want to mattify before putting on make-up. This is definitely NOT a good holy grail mask spa-type experience. It's more of a good tool to have around.

I'm not sure about making me less oily in the long-run, but I definitely notice that the day or two after I use it, my face is much softer, smoother, not prone to shine as quickly. I usually take it off with a wash cloth, so that helps get all the dried on bits off nicely. I'm not sure though about declogging any blackheads or reducing the size of my pores. Haven't noticed any difference there. But haven't broken out anymore than usual.

I love it! It made my pores and blackheads less visible, and it actually did reduce shine too.
Even though the mask dries in only a few minutes, it's important to keep it on for the full 20. I wondered why the first time I used it but noticed that even though it's totally dry and pale green after the 20 minutes, you can see that it's much darker in the oily areas. It sucks up the grease after it dries! :-D Huge rave!

Word of advice, shake the tube before each use as the liquid tends to seperate from the clay. This left my skin feeling smooth and soft, not dry and tight like most masks. I like that there are only 2 ingredients in this mask. I will def. repurchase!

I really wanted this to work for me after reading these reviews. This mask didn't do anything for me. Instead it caused an allergic reaction(I got red patches)and irritated a small pimple that it erupted to a huge cyst.

Unlike some of the other reviewers, I didn't really notice a difference in the clearness of my pores. While my face does feel tight while the mask dries & my skin feels refreshed & "clean" after I wash it off, I still have blackheads on my nose! =( The packaging also leaves much to be desired: Product tends to collect on the bottom near the cap. You have to make sure to shake the container vigorously before you open it to prevent spillage. Overall, though, a decent product. Though it can be a little drying at times, I like the non-greasy, refreshing feeling it leaves on my oily combination skin after I wash it off. I use this about once a week.

I like this mask, my skin feels nice afterwards. My skin looks brighter and pores look better.
I leave it on for about 15-20 mins. The only bad thing about it is that it's kind of messy to put it on- just make sure you are right by the sink cuz it can drip. But it's still worth it cuz the result is great! My face looks and feels clean and smooth. I would buy definitely buy this again!
