Copper Sparkle is a true copper shimmer pigment with plenty of glitter and sparkle. i first want to talk about the texture and awkwardness of this product and how i tackle that.
this pigment is an extremely chunky consistency. it's almost like glitter in a jar. in fact, when i first used this, i excitedly ripped open the box and just applied this over the make-up i already had on. fail. it just fell everywhere and didn't stay on my lids. then i tried it wet! this completely obliterated the sparkles and it went on this condensed metallic copper. but i didn't like the way it dried and i generally dislike using products wet personally. so then i removed all my make-up, reapplied foundation and primer on my eyelids, and then i applied this straight away with a flat brush and SUCCESS. the chunks blended into a gorgeous shimmer and just a few remained to keep it sparkly, but it really delivered, with minimal fall out too. so that's how i now use this. i believe that as long as you have a tacky sticky base and apply this with a flat brush, you can't go wrong. i make sure to apply my foundation after my eye make-up and it also helps to remove any fall out, if any, from my cheeks with make-up remover and a cotton bud. i also recommend trying this with TFSI in 'Glitter Glue' if you can get your hands on it. or MAC's mixing medium which i've heard is very useful.
now a bit more on the shade. this is a true mid-tone burnt copper. if you also love MAC's Coppering, then this is for you! i feel that the way i apply this blends in enough of the sparkle for it to be more than just a special, once in a while pigment that i can wear more often. but it still really is special. i'm wearing it today with MAC's Tan pigment applied in the center and 'Brown Down' and 'Sketch' in the crease and 'Carbon' in the outer corner. don't forget to blend it all! i have also uploaded a picture above with details for anyone interested. it has my username on it.
overall, i think this is a wonderful pigment to own and experiment with, especially if you have blue eyes! i think pigments require a lot of patience and experimentation, which is why i think it's easy to get frustrated with them, but they are worth it! especially this one.

This pigment is in my top 5 pigments I love. Getting used to working with the loose pigment vs pressed is different but the effect is amazing. Just put on a primer first and you shouldnt have any trouble with it. It comes out a very bold shimmery copper. I love to pair it with Golden lemon or if I am feeling bold using the Rose pigment on the outer edge of the lid, coppersparkle in the middle and then golden lemon on the inner lid. It gives a very vibrant fresh look.

I have bought this product twice and have never found any other copper that works like this does. LOVE LOVE LOVE it.

The name says it all. After my immense success w/MAC pigments, this was a huge letdown
Colour: sparkly copper with sheen
This is basically a copper glitter that is by no means sheer. The colour in the jar is the colour u get. But the fall-out is HORRIBLE!!!!! Even w/kleenex pressed under my eye, the sparkles went everywhere!!! (how'd it end up on my chin?!!) So yeah, not even gonna buy a full size or use the rest

I love this product!!! I only ever wear it when I'm going on a girl's night out and really want to emphasise the colour of my eyes. I am an nc20 in the winter and can go to an nw35 in the summer depending on my tan and to be honest it sometimes is a bit too pigmented for me in the winter but I sometimes go for that look, i just don't put as much on. I put it with jest as a base and a very inky black eyeliner and mascara. It does make my green/brown eyes look so much greener!!

This color is beautiful! I am in awe. I am African American and have a caramel/chocolate color skin and it looks so good. I've tried it dry and wet, both look ah mazing. It is such a good color to add to your collection. It was $19.50, I mean kind of pricey, but it isn't a color I would use everyday so it will last me quite awhile. I love the slim bottle packaging and it has a plastic insert so it's not messy when the top is opened. MUST HAVE :)

I saw this at the CCO. At first I really hated this color but I applied this wet with the 242 brush and it is actually not that bad. The sparkles actually melt when applies wet. 12/15 I really love this pigment now. I saw an artist wear this with chocolate brown pigment and it was so nice.

A really nice colour and very pigmented - a shame that my colouring does not suit copper or sparkly!!

I would recommend this based on its staying power and how a tiny tiny amount is enough for a whole lid.

I think anyone with olive or darker skin-tones would look great in it.

The color is gorgeous, but the texture is awful! No matter how much you tap off, you WILL end up with a bunch of color on your cheeks. I would not purchase it again. Thankfully, I only bought a sample.

The name on this one fits it perfectly ... it's copper for sure, and spakles like mad! It's highly shimmery and incredibly gorgeous on, assuming you can actually get more of it to stick to your lid than fall on the rest of your face. The trick with this is applying it wet .. and used wet, the color is so striking that you really have to use a light hand without looking ridiculous! That said, this looks stunning pressed wet on the lid or used in conjunction with blacktrack to line with. The texture of this is what kills this pigment for me though. It's so chunky, that using it dry just isn't an option (I've attached a picture by the heading that reflects this statement.) All in all though, gorgeous color, just not one I can use without investing more time in applying it with precision.

I love the color. I have naturally tan skin so it works well with my skin tone. I like to use a black base underneath so the color appears less orange. I find this works very well! Only need to use a little bit of the product to get a lot of pigmentation.

This color is sooo pretty, but WAY too orange. However, lightly latered over a brown, black, or any other dark color, it looks very nice. Will repurchase.

I don't understand the low "buy again" percentage!! This pigment is AWESOME!!! I totally agree with the reviewer that said it looks like "crushed pennies"!!!! It looks chunky (maybe even flake-like) but goes on so smooth!! I get compliments EVERYTIME I wear this!! Looks great layered over tan pigment with Mulch in the crease. LOVE IT!

Love this color! It's like a brand new penny, as described in other reviews. Highly metallic and quite the unusual color. It takes flak for being chunky but if you use a primer and soft brush it actually blends very well.

I'll give Copper Sparkle a 5 just for sheer hotness that it screams whenever I wear it. MAC pigments are awesome IMO...they set the standard in eye mu pigments...plus they are a great value for the money...little goes a LONG way....Copper Sparkle is no different. I would describe this pigment looking like a brand new shiny penny. The texture is definitley chunkier, but it can be blended with some patience and the right brush. I LOVE using this as a liner on the top lids and bottom corners. Paired with some Mulch e/s (or just by itself) and a swipe of mascara....simply hotttt.....*sizzle*

Yes, hard to use, but totally worth it! This color is crazy intense and if applied right looks like I used a cooper foil on my lids! I used it as an eye liner and it was cool but I prefer it as a shadow. I also like to use it with similar other colors to keep this one as the focus color and not to out shine it.

Chunky pigment but gorgeous in the pot. No, i can't say i'm happy to have bought the full thing (like many others) just to make my collection look attractive. I would be a lot happier of this was a little easier to work with but it makes a hell of a dramatic eye and a great eyeliner. 3 lippies but 2 off for texture. Its a shame it wasn't finer and easier to blend but if it was, it probably wouldn't be this dramatic metallic copper colour!
