This has to be the biggest waste of money EVER. It does not show up at all on my lightly pigmented lips. I could get the exact same look using a tube of vaseline lip therapy. Shiny. That's it. For fifty bucks. Yes it feels nice, but not THAT nice if you get my drift.
The packaging is awkward and unattractive. You can't see any product and the amount that you get is very little. I think personally they tried to make this look better than it actually is. With the vibrantly colored packaging which in no way reflects the actual shade.
So try before you buy, unlike me! Reading the reviews here I thought this was HG material gloss. Um no. Tried it once and up for swap it will go.
Will not repurchase any Clea de peau cosmetic other than their foundation, concealer and loose powder. Which I love.

Well, I'll have to add my 2 cents and say that I love this gloss as well. I am currently more of an Armani lip shimmer addict, but this is definitely one I keep in my purse! It's the one I reach for when I want a naturally enhanced lip without too much fuss. It's pricey, but once in a while you might luck out on eBay as I found #14 on there to avoid paying the exorbitant price at Saks!

just purchased this lovely item today - under a much needed shopping retail therapy session. wow - is it pricey $45 US but let's put it this way, my dh LOVES it on me. when i approached the mu counter at saks and asked for this color, i was a bit apprehensive after seeing the almost bright neon pink bottle. then i just placed my trust at the cle de peau mu manager and let her work her magic. boy, was i a bit nervous (she did the whole application w/o letting see the results until afterwards). but after she was done, man is this amazing. yes it's pricey but as other mua members have noted, the quality is up on par w/ chantecaille (which is quite a compliment in my book). i re-applied later at home and so far am happy w/ the results. the case itself is quite sturdy looking so i'm overly pleased w/ the packaging. plus it comes w/ a brush (which other brands don't). my ONLY complaint is that i wished there was more of the product. but the color itself is quite lovely - a nudish rose. very flattering. and best of all, no "funny" smell. yippee!!! looks like i finally have an alternative for my "taffy" gloss. whoppee!!!

This is a very beautiful lip gloss. 12 is a neutral color with just enough sexy shine to be worn alone or over lipstick. The brush-type applicator gives even results without wasting too much product. The gloss is not too sticky or slippery and is odorless. The drawback is the price.

This is one very expensive lip gloss, for $35 it comes in a TINY WEENY sized bottle (3.9ml) which is about THREE TIMES smaller than average lip glosses (Chanel, Clinique etc). Anyway I just fell in love with the nuddish pink color. The color looked very intense from the outside, but when applied on my lips it is very light, and it stays put for quite some time. The gloss contains a little fragrance, which is fine by me. Comes in a lovely packaging with a brush-like applicator. The reason for FOUR LIPSTICKS I gave is because its steep price and tiny amount given. Other than that this is one LUXURIOUS SLURGE for your lips ladies.

Beautiful colors. Love the consistency - not sticky and not slippery. Will be purchasing more.

One of the few glosses I had that does not leak. First this looks shockingly pink, but once applied it is a beautiful sheer rose with light shimmer. Not a sticky gloss at all, and the lipbrush is top quality. Of course, being a gloss it has minimal lasting power. One more thing, these things seem to never go rancid.

Hands down the best gloss I've ever tried. The texture exceeds Chantecaille (which until now I considered the ultimate!) and the staying power is phenomenal! The color looks a scary flamingo pink in the tube but applies naturally and brightens up your whole face. I really enjoy this gloss!

This is a lovely pinky-rose color. It is long lasting, looks great on, but for the price, I would not order it again. ($60.00 Canadian!!).
