This product made me feel as if I wa starting with a whole new fresh face. It was exfoliating yet smooth and gave me a glow that I have not had in years. I truly felt ike a "New Beginning." It was a bit pricy but worth it. It took very little of the product for each use and I would recommend for anyone that feels they need a lift or just has that feeling of wnter dull skin.

This is a miracle product. Hg x 10000000. I did a bad self tanning job on my face and not only was it uneven but it also gave me hundreds of little mini blackheads. I had tons of big blackheads before too as well as rough, dry flaky patches and general uneveness. I have very dry and sensitive skin. When I got out of the shower I literally couldn't believe I was looking at my own skin! It was perfect!! It was nice and glowy but not shiny, ALL my blackheads disappeared, and my face was even and hydrated. I've tried lots of scrubs and rarely had good results, but this is amazing!! To add to that my skin is baby soft. This is by far the best and most gentle exfoliator I have ever tried. I like the price too. My skin is so difficult I'm used to spending 50+ but $24 is a nice deal for something so perfect. I only need to use it once a week and even then I use just a teeny bit so it'll last a while. Bottom line is that it makes me look like I'm wearing foundation when I'm not. Will definitely repurchase and would recomend it to anyone with dry, sensitive skin.

Wow I really thought this product would be great because of all the amazing reviews. I have combination skin that's acne prone - but ever since using the Boscia kit from Sephora (AMAZING), I needed a scrub to use 2-3 times a week, just to smooth everything out perfectly. I was highly recommeded this scrub from a MA at Sephora. I tried this out for about 3 weeks, was told to use it every three days. Every morning after I used it, I TOTALLY BROKE OUT ALL OVER!!! It was terrible!! At first I just thought it was stress/hormonal changes but I just used it last night and got them all over again on my clear skin!!! Thankfully I will be returning this tomorrow morning!! I spoke to an MA again today and she said the same thing happened to her! SO be weary!!

I had major skin issues after trying new MAC products. My skin became very dry & flaky, especially on my cheeks, nose & around my mouth. Because of the reaction, I also had ugly little bumps on my face.
I went to Sephora looking for any type of suggestions from the Sales Associate. She suggested the Ole Henrikson line since I have dry, sensitive skin. She said my skin looked really "stressed" and suggested a handful of products.
She suggested I do a scrub once a week with this product & use it along with the OH Nurture Me Moisturizer. She also gave me a sample of the OH African Red Tea Foaming Face wash.
Anyway, when I used this scrub the granules felt much more fine than my normal scrub (DS St. Ives Olive Oil Scrub). It sort of felt like I was rubbing sugar on my face. The smell was pleasant but not overbearing.
After I rinsed it off, I felt a slight difference in my skin...my skin definitely didn't feel tight or dry though. I followed it by using the OH Nurture Me Moisturizer.
The next morning, I WAS SHOCKED!!! Alot of the bumps had dissappeared & most of the flaky parts of my skin had gone away. My skin was noticeable less red & even my pores appeared a little smaller.
I'm researching all the other OH products right now!

This is a gentle scrub with soft beads. It feels hydrating. I finshed the tub - which is a big deal - I seem to jump from product to product - so if I scrape every last drop off a product out of the tub - I must really like it. :) this will not give you microderm like results - it's more about maintenance - promoting circulation and clearing some dead skin cells - not a chemical peel type results.

There's no secret that I love Ole products and this is by far the best scrub in the line. It's really great. It does what it's supposed to - it's super gentle, but really clears up your face and leaves you glowing and smooth. I love it. I only need to use it twice a week too. The texture is a little liquid soapy and the granuals are tiny.

It does it's job, scrubs without irritating the skin and leaves your face baby soft.
I don't like the smell and i do think it's stupid with jars. It's great for sensetive skin.

I love this "scrub" (although it's barely a scrub) is so gentle that I have used it as a cleanser in the morning. It leaves my skin feeling so soft and glowy. It has never made my skin red or irritated which is kind of miraculous. It's just a really nice, gentle cleanser. the Jojoba beads are super gentle and soft and so they don't do much scrubbing for me but there seems to be something in this that makes my skin look great. I've purchased it several times now and highly recommend it for anyone else suffering from sensitive, acne prone skin. I've used this for years and have never experienced breakouts or irritation. Love it :-)

Great scrub! It really is gentle on my sensitive skin, just perfect. Smells good and does a great job, it doesn't really feel like it at the time because its so gentle but after you wash it off, you really notice the difference! Just perfect.

PROS: Gentle granular scrub with a base that is extremely hydrating. Exfoliates while it hydrates, and when washed off (use a lot of water) it leaves skin SUPER soft. It also has a wonderful smell of grapefruit, which leaves you feeling cleansed!

CONS: I can't think of any - it's just a great scrub that leaves you feeling soft and smells refreshing!

This line also has a cucumber based toner that is FABULOUS and an apricot cleanser that works well in getting the make up off without being too harsh...

I'm a big fan of OH skincare and this scrub is another reason why. Having irritated my skin using grainy scrubs in the past I was reluctant to try another and in fact had stopped exfoliating to allow my skin to settle and repair. After finding the tester very gentle I bought a jar and I'm glad I did. My skin feels so thoroughly clean and soft after using this. I have not experienced any irritation as the beads are so soft. I make sure I use a lot of water to reduce friction. The scent of this scrub is strong and may not appeal to many - it almost has sinus clearing properties and may even make eyes water! I don't mind it though. I find that a small amount goes a long way if you moisten your face for extra slip to avoid overstimulating a reactive skin. I will continue to use this once a week which seems to be working nicely for my skin type.

This is a very gentle cleanser that I bought because I do not like harsh scrubs for my face. This scrub, however, did nothing. It did not improve my skin's texture nor did it improve the appearance. It also left a slightly filmy, unclean feel to my skin [I always rinse 30 times so it was not caused by not rinsing properly]. It is marketed for normal to dry skin or for sensitive skin. My skin is normal with a slight tendency towards dryness only in the winter but it is sensitive. It just left me wanting to re-wash my face. It costs $24 for 2 oz. Another Ole Henriksen product that was disappointing!

Very nice scrub. I'm going to be dissident and say I hate the smell of this this. To me, it smelled like celery which isn't exactly a scent I find very nice. But aside from that, it's a great scrub that leaves my face feeling clean, tingly and boosts my complexion afterward.

Great gentle scrub for my dry, sensitive skin. Smoothes out my skin and the fragrance is nice too. A light orange/citrus smell.

This is great for skin that's acneic or at all sensitive. The jojoba beads leave your skin smooth, glowy, and clean. Works very well daily or a few times a week.

I didn't care for this scrub. It smelled nice but didn't do a good job exfoliating.

Having combo/acne prone skin that tends to be sensitive, I gave this product a try. It is a gentle scrub for sensitive skin that exfoliates wonderfully. After using this product my skin felt great! I have also tried the Apricot Complexion Scrub, which I like better since it is designed for oily skin and makes my face feel even better!! Imagine that! The apricot is kind of rough, but not irritating. You just have to remember to scrub genlty when using it. If you have sensitive skin, try the Gentle scrub, if you have oily, try the Apricot. Ole products are a bit expensive, but worth every penny.

I got this as a smaple when I ordered On The Go Cleanser and Cucumber Tonic and I must say it's pretty good. It has a wonderful grapefruity scent and really is gentle for use 2-3 x a week. Good addition to skin care routine using Ole's products. Highly recommend.
