This used to be my HG foundation when I was much younger. Glowtion is actually more of a luminous tinted moisturizer. I was super bummed when they discontinued this product because nothing else has ever compared since. It does exactly as the name implies...it gives a super healthy but not shiny glow. The only place I have seen it lately is on EBay for like $60. But, it's been discontinued for a long time so it would be pretty gross to put something THAT old on my face. Love love love this stuff with all of my heart!

I'm searching for the no-color glowtion moisturizer all over the internet and can't find it. If anyone has a clue, I'd sure appreciate it.
Wonderful product, a little goes a long way, and I don't look like a waxed dummy when it's on my skin. A definite 5.

I wish they'd bring this back. Just enough tint and faint pearl to sort of blur the imperfections, enough moisture to help the dry spots without glopping up the skin or making the Tzone greasy and spf that actually helped. I loved this and want more. I DO have a bottle still, but it's past the date as would be anything I got to replace it...very sad this is discontinued. I've found nothing to replace it nor has my sister, though we both have been actively looking for years now.

I HEART GLOWTION! Wow, what a blast from the past :) I used this stuff YEARS ago before it was DC'd and you could buy it in the drug store for a few dollars. LOVED IT! Contrary to what you would believe, it did not make your skin super oily or shiny looking... really amazing product, just a true "glow" just like it claims. There is nothing else on the market either then or now that comes close to this. Really a shame that it's all over and you have to practically fork over a mortgage payment on the black market for this stuff! This will go down in history as one of those one in a million products that slipped through our fingers. RIP Glowtion, RIP.

I think I'm in the right place... The bottle says Glowtion SPF 15 Ultima II 2 Fluid Oz... and on the back it says "Flaw Perfecting. Skin Protecting. Moisture Retaining." I dunno if I'm in the right product review place but here goes:

I LOVE this product! My mom gave it to me and I started using it again.
PROS:
-Gives me a healthy glow, hence GLOWtion.
-Blends awesomely being tinted and everything.
-Does what it says on the bottle.
-Has SPF. Always a plus.

CONS:
-I looked on the internet and saw the price. Yikes. That's all I have to say.

Overall awesome product. I'll cherish this when I use it since I don't know if I can afford this. But I try not holding the price against the product. It doesn't affect its quality. 5 lipsticks though! I love it! :-D

I just received this in a swap. I am a little saddened by the few reviews on this product, as it is just wonderful and has become my HG. This is one of the few shimmer/highlighter/luminizing product that you can use on your WHOLE face. It doesn't have any noticeable glitter or shimmer particles in it- it just makes your skin glow and look healthy. It's subtle enough for everyday use but noticeable enough for people to wonder what it is different about you today. This would be wonderful on mature skin. Of course, I'm a big shimmer girl and I use an additional highlighter on my cheekbones, nose, cupids bow, and browbone, but this is a very good base and would be just enough for everyone else. For someone who has tried highlighters or other luminizing products but found it to be a bit "too much", then you should try this. This was what I wanted from MAC's strobe cream- but that didn't make a difference in my skin at all.

However, as a few has already mentioned, I hate the bottle. It isn't liquidy enough to flow out on its own by just tilting the bottle. And just to add in, I got the one in No Color and I would suggest that shade for everyone, too!

I recently invested in this as the no colour version it had such good reviews. I wasn't that easy to get in no colour in the uk but i finally managed and it has definatly lived up to my expectations! When you first put it on it looks kind of shiny and intimidating but i blends really easily and settles too make you look glowy and healthy with no noticible shimmer particles. The only annoying thing is the packaging- Its in a glass bottle with no pump which wouldn't be the end of the world if i could actually get some out, but it is so thick i cant get any to come out at all and have had to buy some skinny spatula's to poke in there and scrape some out!

I swapped for this item in "no colour", as I was looking for a tinted moisturizer to transition from using foundation. Initially, I was worried that this would make my skin too shiny, and although it gives more shine than I'd prefer on my skin, it does give me a glow that's healthy and natural looking. I've had people commpliment on my skin, when all I was wearing was this and a bit of loose powder. I like that it has some SPF, although I'm not sure if the amount I apply to my face provides adequate sun protection. Sometimes I mix a bit of my foundation in with this moisturizer to provide more coverage.

That said, I wished the packaging was a little more user friendly! It's heavy and bulky, and the product isn't all that liquidy so it's very hard to actually pour anything out - I usually have to shake it out (think, Heinz ketchup consistency, in the old fashion ketchup bottles, yup). A pump or a squeeze bottle would have been a lot more practical. The product has a scent to it, which isn't too offensive, but be careful not to get this on your lips - it tastes awful! I hope I'll be able to swap for more of this once I run out - we don't have access to this line in Canada.

I like this product. I got it free in a promotion when I purchased the glowtion foundation that I have used for years. I wear it on the weekends during the day, because it gives very light coverage with a great glow. Sometimes I use it it conjunction with the glowtion foundation, but this sometimes makes my face look slightly greasy instead of glowy. I usually choose a light-medium shade of make-up, but I wear the "light" in this product. I think it would be too dark if you are fair- light skinned.

ORIGINAL 2 star rating - Upon reading these reviews, I really wanted to try the 'no color' version; however I was unable to find it anywhere. I found a place that had a good deal on the Glowtion moisturizer and I chose 'Fair', which was the lightest shade available. For the record, I have very fair, dry skin. Glowtion in 'Fair' is bright orange in the jar. When I put it on my face the orange mostly blended away, however in the areas of my face where my skin is most dry, the orange pigment was very noticeable. One thing that really put me off about this lotion was that it smells VERY strongly of sunscreen. I have been able to make it work by wearing my normal moisturizer underneath, then the Glowtion, and then a tinted moisturizer. It does help me achieve a slightly brighter complexion, but doesn’t seem to be worth the price, smell, and the trouble of having to layer it with other products. I would still like to try the ‘no color’ version and see if I have better results. I just saw that Ulta.com now has the Glowtion in 'no color'.
UPDATE- I finally bought the 'no color' version and it is GORGEOUS. For $21.50 a bottle, it's a tad pricey, but a little goes a long way and it's MUCH cheaper than other products out there that do the same. The smell is nice, kind of soft and perfumey, but not in any way offensive. I am a very fair NW15 and this goes on a transparent pearl. I can't explain how or why, but this lotion just makes my skin look better, without looking or feeling like make-up. It's a HG product for me. Fortunately, I don't have too much of a problem with blotchy skin or acne, so the sheerness of this product is fine. If I do need to even out my skin tone, I simply add just a touch of my foundation to the lotion and blend. This gives me a dewy, radiating beauty from the inside look. If you ever covet the glowing skin of the models in fashion mags, try this product and you just may be able to achieve that look.

I think i bought the wrong color. I was at the Revlon Factory Outlet in New Jersey and they had a bunch of Ultima II and since I'd never tried the stuff before, i decided to give it a shot. I had 3 minutes till the store closed and i chose the medium shade because im usually a medium (nc30). I came home and tried some off the inside of the cap and it was too dark for my skin, it looked like a dirty tan on me and thats not good. They dont do returns but i thought id give it a try when i go back to NJ. I plan on getting the no color based on the reviews here. Also, for those of you who cannot find the stuff anywhere, heres the website where u can order it. I got it for $8.60, which ive heard is a steal. The website is: www.cosmeticsandmore.com
You can thank me later:D Hope this helps, ladies! good luck:)

OK, It looks like I'm going to become a serious Ultima fan. There are three products from this company that I have to have at all times and never run out (just like some people always have to have milk and eggs in their fridge). Ultima's Skin Brightening Moisturizer (no color) is one of them.
It's moisturizing enough for me (combo skin) and it gives the skin a radiant, fresh glow. It evens out the skin tone but does not provide any coverage for blemishes. If you want to go pure, you'll have to apply some concealer over your imperfections. This is one of those products that you can use, let's say you wake up in the morning and have company. Of course you don't want to start your makeup routine and reveal the secrets or your'natural' beauty. You apply this and it will be obvious that you don't have any makeup on but for some reason you will be told that you don't need any, you look sooo beautiful and radiant without it... (You will laugh silently and try to look as innocent as possible, hey, you just used a moisturizer and nothing else)

I have this in no color and I love it. I just bought a second bottle yesterday at Ulta. It goes on smooth and brightens without looking fake. A great product. $21.50 is a bit steep, but the bottle is rather large and lasts a long time.

I have fair, freckled skin, and I buy this product in light. I love the way it feels. I can't stand powder or cream foundation on my face and this provides some coverage, sunblock and a nice glow without making my face feel and look "gloppy." It does look terribly orange when it comes out of the bottle, but not on my face. I also like the fact that it has no noticeable fragrance. Can't live without it!

The no-colour shade works wonderful under makeup - makes my skin look absolutely flawless. I've tried all sorts of highlighter type things (radiance enhancers, whatever): Revlon Skinlights, Prescriptives Vibrance, Benefit Highbeam/Moonbeam - and this does the job the best. The texture isn't the greatest, and the the smell is a bit odd, but I don't hold that against it! Heck, the stuff does what it says on the bottle. The bottle is pretty big, and I don't use it daily, so I can't see that I'll be repurchasing anytime soon as I'll probably never run out!

I bought two bottles of this in "No Color" at Sears, on super-duper clearance. I love this, I have a pale complexion & find that whether or not I'm using self tanner, this seems to work for me. I like using this in place of foundation-it gives me that "I don't have to do anything, I just look this way..." kind of a complexion. I was afraid it would look sparkly, but was pleasantly suprised. Great to throw on w/some mascara & lip balm for running out of the house with no time to get ready.

Ok, don't ask me how I got stuck with both a regular sized bottle, guess I stupidly bought that at my local Long's Drugs and a samle size???? This stuff looked intriguing in the store and the bottle was cool, but when I put the light formula on my light skin it looked just awful. The product touts itself as being a great sunblock, with its spf 25 which is probably what sold me initially and it is supposed to add a healthy "glow." Glow? the result was a goulish dark orangey looking thing that did not flatter at all. In fact, the light version looks very dark peachy orange in the bottle. I was really hoping for more and had heard good things about this line, but this did not satisfy at all.
