Price: You won't find the blueberry version in store most of the time but they seem to bring it out every now and then when they have sales on body butter or when they want to get rid of the seasonal products. When it goes on sale you can get it for $10, which while still expensive is half price of what their body butters sell for.
Texture/performance: All the body butters have varying consistencies depending on the version. The blueberry has the thickest consistency of all the ones I've used and tested. It's like shortening, it does not move around in the container at all, even through the hot summers. This makes it nice for putting into smaller containers for your bag. The downside is that it also takes longer for it to fully absorb into your skin. Whether if it says it's for normal or dry skin all the body butters from The Body Shop all seem to perform the same in the end to me. It's decent as a moisturizer but there's probably better lotions out there for way cheaper than these butters.
Smell: The big selling point for most of The Body Shop's non-skincare products is the smell. The blueberry is pleasant and does not smell fake as they use real fruit oils and extracts. It smells like sweetened real blueberries. The smell is not obnoxiously overpowering and people will not smell it on you from a meter away unlike their grapefruit or satsuma butters(I've heard of people complain of the scents from the grapefruit one setting off some people's asthma before much like perfume). What I particularly like about the blueberry butter is that it doesn't go rancid even after a long time. All of the other butters I've had or gifted went rancid (from the oils in the butter no doubt) after a little over 6 months. I even had a bit of the grapefruit butter leftover that melted and separated in the hot summer, afterwards which it smelled like cheap old lotion. That said, it may not be a good idea to stock up on the other body butters if you won't be using it up quickly enough. They always have sales anyway.

I bought this on a sale because I was looking for a body butter for dry winter skin and loved the scent. Now I am fan, went back and bought another 3 more so I would have for enough to make it through to spring. I completely plan on repurchasing next winter, probably too thick for summer, but exactly the texture I love for winter and the texture I look for in the winter. I normally purchase either unscented or light scented body because too much fragance gives me headaches. This smells great without being too strong and lingers midly only which I love. The only thing I don't like is that the regular price is expensive for how long it lasts for me (about 4 weeks w being used 2 twice a day) but it is worth it.

The Body Shop brought this back as a limited edition product and you can still get it online. First of all, this smells absolutely amazing and the packaging is rather pleasing as well. However, as a skin moisturizer it just falls short. I also find this (as well as most Body Shop body butters) very oily. It takes forever to absorb into my skin and so I usually only use it at night. I might buy it again during a sale, but otherwise no.

My fav body butter! It smells so good that i wanna eat it heh. It is very moisterizing and absorbs quickly to my dry skin. I just love it but i think it is not a regular product cuz i dont see if on the shelf all the time at body shop ;( I kinda want it in a pump size (if body shop ever produce body butter in that) It would feel more hygienic as the lotion exposed to air/ bacteria is minimized.

I don't see this body butter around the stores very often so when I saw it for 10$ I picked one up. I'm glad I did! It has a very nice blueberry smell, not as overpowering as some of the other fruity body butters. It's also thick but I didn't find it that hard to spread. My skin is soft for hours and hours after applying it. I will be stocking up on this one!

SMELL SO GOOD!
I love Body Shop Body Butters but, this one is probably my favourite.
I also use it as scent on holiday as it has no alcohol in it!

I bought these online for $5 each. Body Butter is thick, so when you put it on, you have to smear it in. But it does wonders for skin. Blueberry is so sweet-smelling, you can wear it alone or layer a light fruity fragrance over it. So good.

What it Claims:
"End dry skin using an intensive, creamy all-over moisturizer that conditions and softens for up to 24 hours with a fruity, blueberry scent."
Claims - True or False?
1) "End dry skin...": True. It left my skin feeling very moisturized, but didn't absorb as quickly.
2) "conditions and softens for up to 24 hours...": False. I didn't feel that it kept my skin smooth for that long. Maybe 5 or 6 hours at most.
Packaging:
The body butter came in a tub, and the lid opened and closed very easily.
Smell:
I love the smell of this product. It is not overpowering at all. It is a light sweet berry scent. It smells exactly like blueberries.
Consistency:
It has a very thick consistency, and has a really rich texture. Because I have dry skin, its consistency helps keep it moisturised.
Ease of Use:
This product is really easy to use, as are most lotions and body butters.
Bang for your Buck:
I think it is worth it because it moisturises so well. I got this for 10.00 CAD, because it is a limited edition product.
Final Consensus:
I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a great product that moisturises really well, and has a really light fruity scent.
Overall Rating: 4/5
Price: 2/5
Packaging Quality: 5/5
Would you buy this product again: Yes.

This is my winter body cream. I tend to get quite dry legs when it's getting cold, and this body butter is perfect for me. It is quite thick, but melts on the skin and really moisturizes very well.
The smell is absolutely wonderful. Very fresh and sweet in the same time. It's such a shame they don't sell it in the stores anymore, and I'm just waiting for the online shop to start shipping to Denmark.

This smell is unbelievable!
I got this off a blog sale so not sure if The Body Shop still stocks it.
The formula is a bit sticky and not hydrating for your skin so I just use it for the scent.

Unfortunately this isn't sold anymore but it is a great body butter! It was the first one I ever bought and it was rly moisturizing and smelled amazing. However if u don't like the consistency of normal body butters I would skip this one as well.

I'm kinda sad that this isn't sold anymore, as it was my first body butter and I was getting ready for another round! I love blueberries, and this butter smelled really delicious and moisturized well. Hope they'll bring it back eventually.

the body shop i have in my local town Bangor in North Wales it is still being sold so it must not be completely discontinued.
i love the smell of this creme its smells really fruity and fresh, i bought it in the christmas sale for £5 i have looked at buying it before but i thought it was quite expensive at around £12.
the one thing about this creme that i dont really like is the fact that it takes such a long time to sink into the skin, because of this i tend to use it before bed and i use white cotton gloves and apply the creme in the and wear them over night then when i wake in the morning the creme has sunk and my skin is lovely and soft.xx

Not in stores anymore but I got it from Ebay.
It smells like blueberries in milk or something like that haha. It's quite thick but that leaves your skin moisturized and it smells alot better on the skin than in the yar.
I'm buying this again when I'm all out

It's been discontinued a while back, but thought I should give a review anyway.
This was my first body butter ever, so moisturising, and smells absolutely gorgeous! I love the smell of blueberries!
Too bad it's been discontinued, and I hope that TBS will one day bring this back =D

i had never tried this before until very recently when i bought it off ebay, because i can never find it in-store. but my sister used to use it years ago when they sold it in-store as long ago as when body butters were about £8. so a pretty long time ago, and she sweared by it.
so it is a very very nice and sweet butter. it does smell a lot like blueberries but in a weird milky way, it isn't at all zingy or citrus-like. it's how a blueberry fruit yoghurt would smell. moisturisation is great, a bit sticky like someone else said, but keeps skin very soft and sweet smelling. this is a very unusual body butter, a real treat.
i would definitely buy again.

The smell is pleasantly like REAL, fresh blueberries, so it's a more delicate scent (rather than a strong, artificial blueberry smell), and the fragrance does fade in the package if you've had it for awhile. The product does leave a slightly sticky residue feeling after you rub it in, which isn't great (for a butter, I would expect a greasier and less sticky feel). The big tub is really more than I need since I tend to buy/use a lot of different lotions and butters. I don't regret buying it at the time (I think it was on sale or something), and did enjoy using it, but I'm ready to move on to a new product.
