i recently bought the mac lip conditioner stick with spf 15 in lightly vanilla and i absolutely love it. For the past year i have been suffering from lip chapping, redness, itching, soreness and the worse part is burning sensation. I dont know what it is my doctor has prescribed me all sorts of topical cream for it for and they all failed none works, she said i might be allergic to something so im going for an allergy testing in about a week, so till then i have been trying to find a good lip conditioner and i couldnt find any until i stumbled on this one. All of that redness, itching, burning were gone in about two days of usage..so im very pleased with this one=)

as a non-lipstick wearer, i'm a bit of a lip balm addict. i highly recommend this lip blam and wear their pink shade daily. its a very wearable shade, and makes your lips look healthy, moisturised and naturally pink. i only need to reapply a couple of times and the fact it has spf is a bonus.(it also lasts forever). a great all in one product for daytime or just when you want a natural look.

Great balm! Feels so soothing on my lips. SPF 12 is definitely a plus. Not sticky at all. I have the balm in Hush, Hush, pinkish-bronze-ish hue that's perfect for summer.

I just bought the new MAC Tendertones and they are fabulous. They are limited edition May 2007 and retail for $14.50. These come in pots similar to fluidlines but they are bigger (but not as big as the tinted lip conditioners). They feel much better on than any other MAC lip product. They glide right on, a gel-like consistency, and don't gunk up like the lipsticks and lipglasses with the telltale white ring that some users get. They are very sheer with shimmer or glitter depending on the shade and they make a great base for other lip products. I think the staying power is pretty good for a lip balm and the ingredient list seems to have some nice antioxidants and skin conditioning agents including coffee seed extract, olive fruit extract, vitamin E, wheat bran extract, linoleic acid, and cholesterol. These have a SPF of 12 with the active ingredients being octinoxate 7.5%, octisalate 2.0% and avobenzone 1.5%. I am a lipgloss junkie and would definitely repurchase these for either a natural look or a base to other lip looks. Only downside is the pot, but I will use a lipbrush.

I'm pretty disappointed in the Tint Toon lip balm. It's tiny, that's for sure, and the cartoon label on the lid does not justify the $17 CDN price. Go with chapstick for $1.99 or if you need cutesy prints, get one from Avon for $.99! Shame on MAC!

I really wanted to like this.It smells and feels great on my lips. But after a while they start to burn a little. I have also noticed that i get little white pimples along my lip line after wearing this. That might just be me because lately i have noticed that petroleum doesn't agree with me.The color selections are great and the summer le ones are beautiful. I would give this stuff a try.

I like the smell and taste of the product....like vanilla. The packaging is horrible. It comes in a plastic pot and you have to screw off the top and use your finger to get the balm out. Not very hygenic. Also, the consistency of the balm is a little on the greasy side. I want my lips to be moisturized but this stuff turns them into an oil-slick. Makes me wonder if it's actually penetrating or just sitting on top of my lips. I think the balm is overpriced considering the packaging and the product you get. But it will last you a long time.

I'm kinda undecided about this. The smell is weird, its like a vanilla mixed with mint and I don't like it. It moisturizes but it doesn't last as long. I think I get better results from my Burt's Bee and medicated blistex lip conditioners.

I was disappointed w/ this product after hearing so many praises about it. Yes, it is very softening because it contains pure castor oil; but, to me, it also tastes like it. I'm sticking to Neutrogena Lip Nutritions until I find something better.

I really like this lip balm. It's the perfect texture and leaves a vanilla-mint tingle on my lips. I use it before I go to bed at night and I have the one in the tube.

This is a great product from MAC--made my lips soft and supple, lovely balm, as for the pot, I tried one in the tube and I like tubes much better.

great, straightforward, vaseline-based balm. very emollient and shiny with a hint of vanilla. not much different from kiehl's lip balm, but i do love MAC's matter plastic packaging. great staple nighttime lip balm.

Love this lip balm - fairly generous tube with round tip for easy application. Was surprised how much better & non flaky my lips are now after a couple of uses. Have been using Carmex forever and always have a few flakes afterwards. Now this will be my Holy Grail (expensive though at $8.50)

Call me crazy, but I love it! It made my lips feel moisturized and soft. I don't understand all the negative reviews. It found it to be the perfect texture I was looking for, not too thick or too thin.

Great lip balm. It sooths chapped lips. I find it works to apply first, do my make-up, then go back to lips.

I bought this before MAC revamped it's skincare line, and I had forgotten how much I disliked it until I used it today. I've never had a problem with MAC lippies drying out my lips with other balms underneath. MAC's balm is runny, and it doesn't moisturize at all. I'm wondering if instead, it actually dried my lips out. It goes in the garbage.

Take your money to the Kiehls counter and buy a 1 oz jar of Kiehls Lip Balm.
This was not my favorite balm.

This stuff is too liquidy for me and doesn't moisturize my lips. It's kinda pricy and it comes in a simple white tube. I won't buy this again and will stick to Kiehl's.

I will not buy this again! It tastes yucky, the consistancy of the lip balm is runny, and it horribly dry out my lips like I've been on the Sahara for a month. I've purchased this before MAC revamp it's skincare line, so I dont know whether they've change the formulation to this lip balm, for their sake.. I hope they did!

This is a decent lipbalm. It smells good, but tastes waxy. It isn't thick enough for me, but those wanting a light balm might like it.
