I bought this many many years ago and found that the color was quite milky browny pink. Not a chocolate color as described. It nuded my lips out a little but didn't turn them brown. It was a staple and I missed it immensely when they discontinued it.

I have found a dupe in By Terry's Gloss Delectation in Milky Crunch. It is a nude pinky brown and I adore it. Those of you who are missing this Dior color, go check out "milky crunch" and I'm sure you'll do the "OMG I found it!!!!"

As a product: The texture of Addict Ultra Glosses is possibly the best thing about them - while they are long-lasting, they are not sticky in the least. They are scented however (a slightly plastick-ey-floral). The packaging is stellar - a slim lucite tube with the Dior logo down the side and a gold topper, with an easy-to-spread doe-foot applicator. Slightly pricey, these retail at $25, but a tube will last a long time!

As a color: A Crunch of Chocolate is a satiny tawny brown with the slightest caramel undertones. While it is distinctly warm, it could work as a YLBB shade for a dark-skinned cool-toned gal. It is definitely a dark caramel-brown on my semi-pigmented lips, not super-flattering on my NC20 skin (but on the same hand, not scarily 90's brown!). I am very pleased that I do not see any odd gray tones that find their way onto my lips with most nude or brown shades!

As a whole: Fab texture and a good bit of shine, great pigmentation from this particular shade, and good lasting power for a gloss. I recommend this mainly to darker gals (NC35 +) for a shiny, YLBB nude shade.

Complementary products: Shimmery rose shadow (i.e. NARS nepal), long glossy lashes, and a shimmery rose-tawny blush (i.e. NARS madly)

Ok, to start things off, I'm a NC20 LLL, brown hair, Green eyes, very warm complexion. I bought this after reading the reviews and I am SO glad I did. It is **the perfect mlbb shade** ever on me. What I wanted Revlon sl/lg Nude Lustre to be but wasn't. It is much warmer than the revlon, more brown and deeper in color, much more like my actual lip shade but smooth and creamy and moisturizing like all my Dior glosses are. I'm so happy I bought this color. I would never call it a melted milk chocolate shade as it has quite a bit of pink to it, more pink than, say hot coco. Great nude for those with highly pigmented lips and a warm complexion. I LOVE IT!!

A Crunch of Chocolate is a flattering, non-shimmery milk chocolate shade... perfect for a nude lip which would suit most skintones. I have also successfully used (a tiny bit of) this as an eye gloss during summer. :)

This is the greatest gloss I'm ever try. I'm prefer no shimmer gloss and this one has no shimmer at all, but give a HIGH shine with NO sticky, very smooth I felt moist when I apply it, this gloss bright my face and smell so yummy! :)
The staying power is nice, can put over or mix with other lipstick.
The color is like milk chocolate. give a subtle look! :) good for day and night . recommended ! :)

Addict lip gloss is quite nice overall and reasonably tenacious (without being sticky or tacky) which makes it longer lasting than most.

To my eyes, A Crunch of Chocolate, is the colour and consistency of melted milk chocolate. When applied generously it looks as though lips are coated in melted milk chocolate. :) If that's not appealing, it can be sheered out quite easily to a nude brown which makes it easier to pull off this colour.

The scent is a little strange, kind of synthetic floral and chocolatey at the same time, and I detect a slight chemical taste, but not enough to be noticeable or annoying.

The packaging is lovely but the price point of these glosses is just too high. I would not recommend paying full retail price for the Addict glosses unless it's a particular unique colour.

I wouldn't buy A Crunch of Chocolate as I don't think this shade suits me, so I'll just use up my sample and investigate the other shades.

I've recently rediscovered this in my stash. I love using it with a nudish pink lipliner like MAC Dervish. It gives a wonderful YLBB look that looks so polished and not over the top. I didn't like wearing it on its own as it was a bit too dark for me. I wouldn't be repurchasing as it doesn't last long on my lips - also the reason why I've a lippie off.

I'm another HUGE fan of this shade. Just got mine from strawberry net and I am so glad I gave these glosses a try. They are so much nicer on than chanel glossimers which tend to be too thick and uneven when applied.

Crunch of chocolate is the perfect everyday neutral brown for me (GA LSF 6.5, MMM, Chinese colouring). It lasts a reasonable amount of time, isn't too tacky on the lips and has a pleasant scent.

I went shopping today and tried to find more shades to buy.. but the range instore isn't as nice as that on strawberry net at the moment...

I looove this product! I don't know if they even sell this color anymore, I had to order it from Strawberrynet. I first got it as a sample and I couldn't get enough. The gloss is very shiny, without shimmer, and it makes my lips look so luscious and full. It seems to puff out the lines in my lips and even photographs well. The color is a nice natural pinky brown, that I can wear everyday. I'll keep buying this as long as they sell it.

I am so addicted, it is beyond control. This is my third tube. Two words, which are oxymorons to the lip gloss notion, - the smell and the taste. Chocolatey Yum. The gloss is not too glassy, just perfect to my liking. Just one small complaint - the cap gets loose - the tubes always leak just a slightly bit.

This color is a non-shimmery cocoa. Not dark for me [some pale skinned girls might say it's a bit dark for them] and looks polished for daytime and tempting at night. I notice that it makes my lips smooth [fills in the lines] and I love the shine!

I am not a fan of these glosses. They are really shiny, which is good, but the color lasts literally 5 minutes. The price much to high for the product, I prefer MAC lipglass and Chanel Glossimers.

A Crunch of Chocolate is my favorite of the Dior Addict glosses so far! I have a ton of glosses but I reach for this one fairly often since its the perfect YLBB shade on my pigmented lips. It's a pinky brown shade that's great to wear on a everyday basis. I love the packaging! There is a slight scent but it doesn't bother me.

I love this lipgloss! The color is shiny and natural, the smell is delightful and the packaging is chic. The drawbacks? The formula is thinnner and less sticky than I prefer in a gloss. It wears away quicker than MAC Lipglass or Lancome Juicy Tubes. Also, Addict lip gloss is like $22, though that didn't stop me from buying A Bite of Toffee also! I'll definitely be repurchasing another tube of A Crunch of Chocolate.

I love this gloss! I'm a PPP, and this color looks really good with a natural m/u look on me. It's a pink-chocolately color, and it's super shiny on my lips. It doesn't last through a meal, but not many glosses do so I wasn't expecting it to. I paid $22 for it, which was a little steep for me but I loved the color. There is a slight scent but it wasn't really bothersome. My only complaint is the packaging- don't really like the gold thing on the top of the tube, but I like the gloss so the packaging didn't bother me that much. Overall, a good purchase.

I couldn't believe when I put it on it looked pinkish. That doesn't go with my skin tone! I am a bit dissapointed since I paid $22 for it to just sit around. I like the consistency though its absolutly fab!

I really wanted to love this, but the smell, god I damn near threw up when I had it on my lips. I even used a lipbrush and I still couldn't get over the smell. Pretty chocolate milk color with lots of shine. Well up for swap it goes

Because I'd been using lots of viscuous glosses lately, the texture of Dior addict took some getting used to. However, these do stay on quite long even though they're not as thick as JTs or BB glosses and they have a really gorgeous shine. I like to mix this up with the Dior gloss in Toffee and the result is sublime. Gives my lips lots of volume and has good pigment. Overall I would buy again although I much prefer the Toffee shade to this one.

Shiny but not sticky, is the best way to describe this lip gloss. The color is a sheer chocolatey warm color. I'm a LOLA (lovely latina) and this color looks very natural. It has no sparkles which is good, there's no graininess. This is my third Dior Addict Lip Gloss and I absolutely love love love it. If I were to best describe it I'd have to say "j-lo",it's very very j-lo. As with most Dior Addict glosses it does have a slight fragrance. It doesn't bother me but it is a little strong for a gloss, like roses. I would definitely repurchase.

This is a beautiful shade. Its a perfect natural looking shade. Im not too fond of the smell but it goes away fast. The consistency is not as sticky as I would like it, so the color doesnt last that long. Nothing spectacular, I wont repurchase.
