I like the way that this shampoo feels on my wiry, coarse hair when I'm washing it. It does work up a very nice lather and feels like its cleanising it throughly without stripping it. However this does not translate into an improved appearance when my hair is being blow dried. The scent is unusual, not unpleasant exactly but not conventional for sure. I'd give it a 6 out of 10 and guess I must keep looking for my HG shampoo.

This is a great shampoo to smooth down those fly away's. Great for everyday use and for really long hair. I love it.

This shampoo did not make my hair silkier as it is intended to, but it didn't dry it out either. Basically, there wasn' a difference in my hair's texture and feel. I love anything that smells like cherries and almonds, which is another reason why i wanted to try this shampoo, but the scent was too faint and not as good as Aveda's color-depositing shampoos (Blue malva, Black malva, etc.). However, I do like the fact that they come in travel sizes and have easy flip-top lid packaging.

When my hair isn't dyed, I use this shampoo on a daily basis. It stays true to it's name. It smoothes out my frizz and makes my somewhat rough hair very soft to the touch. I would highly recommend this shampoo to anyone.
