My favorite pencil eyeliner! I wear it every day. It is not very sharp so it works well with creating a smoky eye. There are products out there that are better for creating sharper/more defined lines but I LOVE the green and purple colors- they make my chocolate brown eyes look very hazel, something that I just cannot accomplish with any other eyeliner! Plus they are so cheap compared to other eyeliners and last all day under most circumstances.

I love wet and wild products and decided to try their liquid liner in black. Unfortunately - i got what i paid for.
It is very liquid-y so it transfers onto my eye lids. It flakes every time I curl my lashes - even after letting it dry completely. A little bit of moisture and this liner smudges like no tomorrow. I have smudges and flakes under my eye area and on my cheeks - I know it is not water resistant but I want my liner to stay till end of my work day.

The good stuff about this liner is that it is cheap and I find it easy to wing my liner with this brush. I like the brush applicator.
Overall, I will not repurchase this liner - it does not compare to other drugstore liners like Revlon colorstay ink pot.

I bought a couple just because they're cheap. Big mistake. It's hard to use -- I find it hard to get fine lines. Plus, it smudges so easily. And so much! If I don't check on it, I turn up looking like I didn't get to sleep all night.

Although, don't get me wrong, it may not be for me but my friend uses it and she's pretty satisfied with it. Maybe it's just learning how to work around its disadvantages.

Wet 'n Wild has dissapointed me with this eyeliner. I was looking for a purple eyeliner and was over the moon to find this lovely purple eyeliner and also cheap. Unfortunatly I got what I paid for. The colour pay-off is amazing but it is IMPOSSIBLE to get a line on your lid with out it getting smudged or clumpy. I don't own any other colour so I can't compair but I don't like this eyeliner at all

I would not repurchase this colour or any other colour again

This product is the epitomy of what my mother and I like to call "Walgreens Values". This eyeliner is only 99 cents and comes in so many colors. It stays on and it doesn't smear. I am so happy that it is inexpensive, so I can buy all of the colors. It's the only eyeliner I use. ^_^

only 1$ yee . this is the only eyeliner i can use to line the bottom of my eye, like right on the eye , not below it. i use black black 651. i use to use NYC for the same price, but they changed the way they made it and i had to switch to a better one, ie this one.

Absolutely useless. I got this in 4 colors since it's so cheap (99c) and while they all look good when first applied, they all fade within a couple of hours. I'm keeping them because they work wonderfully as an eyebrow pencil.

I am always on the quest for the perfect eyeliner, and this may be closest thing I've found in a liquid liner, which I far prefer to pencil or gel liners. (Bobbi Brown gel liner is close, but I can't get it on thin enough no matter the brush I use.) The brush is thin and color goes on opaque, true to the bottle color. The brush is perfect and very easy to control. If I had to complain about something, and only if I had to, it would be that there isn't a more neutral (deeper shade of green), but a bright teal. I don't think there's a navy blue either, which is a gap. Also would love a slate or graphite color. The purple had too much pink in it for me. The product is slow to dry, but perhaps I need that leaway for error.
I also tried the waterproof version and didn't like that -- wasn't as smooth and fluid. Bought one in every color.

HG eyeliner pencil! It is buildable in color I find anyway, for myelf. I often apply like a liquid liner with the little flick up at the corner end of eyes, when I want this look I apply it with one soft line, then I go over it one more time to deepen the black to an inky liquid black color. For a natural look, I simply just apply as a normal eyeliner pencil and still get that black color, not as intense though like the way I do for the liquid look. The plain black pencil is pretty pigmented for being a cheapy dollar eyeliner pencil, it is my favorite, because it stays in place, color doesnt fade, I sweat alot in the summer and this liner doesnt budge, run or fade. It is also easily smudgable if you want to add a light smokey day look. It is not at all waxy, or difficult to apply, no tugging, glides on smooth. I have tried many eye pencils and this one has become my HG cannot live without liner, I love it sooo much, it works perfectly for me, love the smooth texture! Love the price! I just really love this liner! I always buy at least two at a time, just incase. I have been using this liner since juniorhigh and I'm almost 30 now! As long as they keep making it and don't change the formula, I will always use this liner for life!

This is my go to eyeliner when i cant buy the L'Oreal extra intense liquid eyeliner pencil.
Its Good. But the only thing i some what hate is that you have to go over it to get it real dark especially on the water line. but nothing really bad.

It's just a dollar so you can't really complain.. But it smudges and - I've noticed this changes between individual liners- some of the sticks are so stiff they won't even apply properly. I use a brown colored one on my brows though, and the colored ones can be nicely used as an eyeshadow

This doesn't go on as nicely as my MAC kohl eyeliner, but what can you expect from a $1 eye pencil? The color (dark brown) is nice, but it goes on a little clumpy. I do like how long the pencil is, though. You can keep sharpening it and it'll last a long time. All in all, a pretty decent eyeliner pencil for the price. I'll buy it again, if only because it's so cheap.

This stayed on for like 2 hours and than it slid right off, and when i apply it on my top lash line i cant open my eye or it would transfer onto my upper lid. i bought it for a dollar which is a good price for people on a budget.

The pencil eyeliner works okay. Creamy and easy to apply. However, it smudges easily and does not stay on all day.

hello everyone...yay! my first review... :-)

i've tried many different liquid eye liners and for me most of them either smudged or faded. But when i tried the WET'n'WILD H20 liquid eyeliner I was amazed. I have semi oily lids and this product stayed on all day even after a night of dancing. Overall, I really love this product I would buy it again.

i really like these pencils because they're SO cheap, and really soft! i'm a blinker when it comes to eyeliner and mascara, so the softness is definitely a plus. i love the bronze color when i want a really natural look, because it looks barely there, so it just gives my naturally (really really) pale skin a little bit of color. it's not amazing makeup, but it does the job!

They're cheap and the line has an awesome color assortment. The eyeliners are soft and they glide on very easily. However, they do smudge and they have some fallout so I can't call them a favorite, but I'll definitely repurchase just because they're so cheap and accessible.
