I got this in order to lightly moisturize my long and quite healthy hair. It has recently got a lot stronger since I've been growing my natural hair color out. My ends are a little dry, but overall pretty healthy.
This conditioner detangles, but that's it. It leaves my hair looking really matte, especially when I'm using the Seaweed Shampoo with it. It doesn't moisturize at all.
I feel like this line would be perfect for children, since it cleans well, smells light and fresh (the smell is my favorite!) and detangles. Might work if your hair is not colored and super healthy.
But doesn't do anything for normal to slightly dry hair, which is so sad.

Packaged really lovely in my opinion, the sturdy bottles are pretty unisex. The scent is undetectable so I really like that.

However, this conditioner is WEAK. I have thin, wavy hair and this conditioner does nothing after the heavy clean that the shampoo supplies. Leaves my hair dry and does nothing for shine. Not happy with this buy

Edit: this seems to build up. Oddly enough, seems to work better in soft water areas, not hard water. Love the soft smell, but the last couple of times I used it, it was like I was blowdrying glue into my hair. Too bad.

This is exactly what it says- a weightless detangler. Gives smoothness and shine. Yes, it definitely does. No, this is not a heavy duty conditioner- as stated on the bottle!!- so don't expect mega-repairing mask qualities from it. The scent is almost non-existent, but fresh (I like milder scents). I'm a big fan of B&B conditioners, this one does not disappoint for my fine, parched, dry ends/oily roots hurr. As always, the price is the main deterrent for the amount of product.

I will update again near the end of the bottle.

It's light, it's non-greasy, and it adds volume. i don't like the smell of the conditioner as well as I like the smell of the Seaweed Shampoo, but it's not a bad smell.

I always wanted to try more Bumble and Bumble products because they're high end and just look nice! I went to Target the other day and decided to pick up a little mini sample of the Seaweed Conditioner to see if I would like it. The 4 oz sample was $12.99 This conditioner is absolutely mediocre. My VO5 Conditioner moisturizes my hair better than this. This conditioner does basically nothing to my hair. I'll stick to my CHI Conditioner, so much better than this. Please do not spend your money on this product.

I bought this because it was buy one, get one free at Target. I wish I hadn't even wasted my money. Right upon application, it felt sticky. My hair didn't feel soft or conditioned whatsoever. It was also a very thin formula. Being as my hair is quite long, I felt like I needed to use a lot of product to cover my hair. When I got out of the shower, it was more difficult than normal to comb my hair (I know, "you're not supposed to comb wet hair"). When my hair dried, it felt frizzier than normal too. It was difficult to run my fingers through. I even felt like there was some sort of film leftover, which I've never experienced before. I've used almost the whole bottle before writing this review. I came to this product on MUA, read all the positive reviews and continued to use this conditioner, just to see if I could find any of the good things people are talking about, but I couldn't.

The other day I saw a travel-sized bottle of this on clearance, so I purchased it along with the matching shampoo to try it out. I have used it twice so far, and I am really impressed with it. It isn't a super moisturizing conditioner, but it's perfect for normal hair that doesn't need the extra oil. The first time I used it I noticed a drastic change in the way my hair felt. It felt very clean and soft, but without the goo of a rich-moisturizer. The consistency of it isn't as thick as I expected it would be, and I end up using twice as much of it as I do the shampoo. The results are excellent though.
The only complaint I have, of course, is the price. I cannot justify spending so much money per ounce, regardless of how well it works. My husband would not appreciate it!
If I ever come across a really good deal on it, I'll absolutely buy it again. Until that happens though (if ever), I'll just have to save it for special occasions!
If you have the money to buy this, then absolutely do it.

This product is fantastic! It's not the most moisturizing but it still works fine for my curly, somewhat dry hair and it's so light weight that it really adds volume. I also love the consistency.

Cannot say I re-buy every bumble product but I have with this one. The conditioner is light so it doesn't make my straight hair completely oily and flat yet still hydrates my hair. Can't say I use this everyday but like to use it a couple times a week.

I'm glad I stuck to my better judgment in sticking with this conditioner because it works miracles despite its thin consistency.

This conditioner has no smell and is supposed to be extra mild in conditioning hair after having washed it. It does just that, but it's so light (I must stress this)! If you ever ran lotioned hands underneath running water, that's exactly how this stuff feels when you disperse it onto your hair. Because of this, I didn't expect it to do anything for my thick hair and I was about to be so pissed for paying $7+ for a TINY sample sized bottle of this. Well, it worked and I don't know how!

In the past, I've had success with sterokonium chloride based conditioners. This substance is what you guys may be feeling on your hair from this conditioner; a main ingredient listed on its label. It makes hair feel SO SOFT after washing that heat styling may end up impossible and might cause hair to frizz and 'poof'. Another side-effect is extreme build-up which is what happens to me when I use ANYTHING with sterokonium chloride. This product, however, didn't hurt my hair at all. It made it really soft and manageable even after several washes! It has even helped minimize the severe breakage I've had lately. Wow!

All of that being said, it's a keeper and I'm going to try one more product line before I suck it up and splurge on bumble and bumble. I won't be angry though because it'll be well worth it....but my main complaint here is that for the size of these, you aren't getting excellent value. It's good stuff overall!

This conditioner is terrible. Someone tell me this the next time my stylist tries to sucker me into buying it. My hair was actually shinier and smoother using JUST shampoo than using shampoo and this conditioner. Instead of moisturizing, it actually made my hair drier and duller. Instead of detangling -- what it claims to do on the label -- it actually made my hair difficult to brush through and coated it with a disgusting product buildup. A waste of $18. And after a day of using $3 crap from Walgreens, my hair already looks better.

SKIP. THIS.

I really like the Seaweed Shampoo and wanted to love the conditioner, too. Unfortunately, I find it too thin -- it's really more of a detangler than it is a conditioner. If it were more nourishing it would be perfect.

Please don't let these low ratings steer you away from trying this conditioner and it's companion shampoo.

This is the best conditioner I have ever used. I use it with the Seaweed Shampoo which is equally amazing.
I think whether this product is a success for you or not depends of course on your hair type.

My hair: Mostly straight, but can get some soft body if styled right.
Slightly oily scalp, but dryish, colored rest of hair.
I also have a problem with tangled hair when it is wet.
Oh, very important.....my hair gets a build up from every shampoo and conditioner I have ever used. Except this one!!!

I always had to go through a clarifying treatment at least once a week. But truthfully I needed to clarify about every 3 days in order for my hair not to be weighed down and coated with whatever. But doing this dried my hair out a bit.

I have used this conditioner (and shampoo) for 4 weeks straight. My hair is clean but not stripped, nicely conditioned but not weighed down, and amazingly.....tangle free each and every time I comb through my wet just washed hair!
No detangler needed.

I guess if your hair is medium to fine in thickness and needs moisture because of damage or processing, but you don't like thick heavy conditioners that weigh hair down....then this is definitely worth a try.

It comes in a small, trial size...so at least you won't be out major money to try it out.
I am so glad I did.
HG for me!

I have a large pump bottle of this conditioner which is a better value and has a convenient pump. It doesn't give you amazing hair instantly, but I find long term use of this has given me soft healthy hair WITHOUT BUILD-UP. This is very important to me, b/c I find a lot of conditioners that give me glossy hair immediately leave a residue after prolonged use. The scent is light and sweet (it doesn't smell like sushi seaweed). I enjoy the smell but I don't notice it much anymore. For reference, I have dry thick coarse straight asian hair and oily roots. I used to only condition on my ends, but this conditioner is okay to use root to tip.

After reading the other reviews, you can pretty much conclude that if you have fine hair... you will love this product. People with thick hair seem to hate it. As a person with super soft, fine, non-colored hair, I found this product to work great. It left my hair silky smooth and I do not even have to use a hair straightener which saves me a lot of time and stress on my hair. As far as the smell goes, I do not think it has much smell which is ok with me since the blow dry serum that I use smells great and that is enough for me.

This stuff is the worst! I normally switch between Matrix Sleek Look and Bumble & Bumble color support conditioner for cool blondes, and my hair feels great when I get out of the shower while it's still wet. It feels healthy and smooth. I have been traveling so for the past week I've been using a sample I had of this. When i get out of the shower, my hair feels knotty and unhealthy. It feels like I didn't even use conditioner. Putting a comb through it is torture to my hair. It just stretches the hair and I can hear it snapping and breaking. I hope that this stuff hasn't ruined my hair too badly. Maybe this would work on someone with very fine, straight hair, but my hair is medium thickness and wavy, and it was terrible for me.

This doesn't do much to condition my hair. It smells nice and is lightweight, but my dry hair isn't any less dry after using this. I won't buy again as it's wrong for my hair. This is best suited for someone with oily hair.

This condition really dried out my thick, naturally curly hair. I would not recommend it to anyone. I tossed what was left of the bottle. Oh, it smells terrible too!

I absolutely love this conditioner. My salon uses Bumble and Bumble products, and the last time I went, she used both the Seaweed shampoo and conditioner. My hair, as always, was so soft and shiny. A few days later, I went back to my Pantene and my hair dried out again. I figured I would splurge for one of the B&B products to see if it made a difference. I decided on the conditioner because it was more likely to make my hair smooth and shiny.
This was worth the $18, honestly. I’ve tried several brands of conditioner (the type of stuff I would buy at Target) and none of them made my hair very soft, and some even dried it out. I usually have to gob on a ton of product and spread it all throughout my hair and even still, it doesn't end up being very soft. With this product I use just a little bit and smooth it over and into my hair. It's funny because it's not as "soapy" feeling as other conditioners, and the first time I used it I thought it wasn't going to work very well. I let it stay for about two minutes while I do something else like exfoliate my face or something, and then I rinse it out. I brush my hair and let it air dry (unless I'm in a rush and I use my hair dryer). Since my hair gets really wavy for some reason when it air dries, I have to use my straightener - and here's the awesome part - since I started using this conditioner in my hair, my hair is SO smooth and silky after straightening. No more flyaways or straw-like ends. I used to have to buy that VO5 hot oil for my hair every so often because my hair was always dry, but I haven't needed it.
I love this conditioner and will definitely repurchase it when I run out. I touch my hair all the time and am amazed and how smooth it is lately. It's expensive at around $18, but I have no problem buying it when I know it works. If want to try it out but are afraid of the price, check out a salon that sells the mini size (I think they are $5) and give it a sample to see.
Oh, and I love the smell.

I just finished this condtioner and I would have to say it was a so so product for me. Not terrible but not great. I don't think this type of conditioner was the right formula for my hair to begin with. I have really thick curly hair & I feel that this is more for anyone who has short hair or is looking for a really lighter condtioner and has more of an oily scalp. I purchased it because it lists itself as a "remarkably light detangler/condtioner" which it is. Unfortunately my dry hair needs a bit more condtioning. I do think most guys would like this because of it's light formula and it's simple scent it would make a great upscale gift for that guy who is still using pert and douces himself in oldspice.
