This is a product that I've been using for about a year, and I love it. I was having serious issues with dry and oily patches (having combination skin) and acne all over my face. other moisturizers I would try only made my face extremely oily and caused my acne to get worse. I tried this because a friend recommended it to me, and it works very well for my skin. The only thing I don't like about it is that my face now reacts to different types of moisturizers if I attempt to use them.

I don't know why I keep buying this. Maybe because it's light? I usually go six months without using this and then think, "Hmmm. It's cheap, it didn't break me out in hives...Must've been a keeper." It burns my skin and causes my rosacea to flare. Why on earth do I use this? I'm writing a review to this product to try and remind myself that I hate it. Hopefully it will work.

I have only used this twice, but I really like it. It moisturizes better than my Olay Active Hyrdating cream. Makes my skin very soft.

Purpose face wash is my all time favorite face wash. I thought I'd try out the moisturizer, but it was a bit disappointing. I have dry skin, and it is not that moisturizing. My skin is also not that sensitive, but this lotion is somewhat irritating to my skin. I'm going to try to finish this bottle but I will not purchase again...

I used to use the soap when I was in high school from this brand and it cleared up my acne. Years later I decided to come back to this brand while pregnant since my skin was in zitopia and I didn't want a lot of active chemicals on my face to be absorbed to my unborn child.(vitamin a etc..) This moisturized my sensitive combination skin. I have cheeks that can me normal or just dry with a slightly oily forehead, nose and chin. I had little bumps here and there pop up but nothing to cry about and it was nowhere near where I had been. In fact after using it for a year my skin tone evened out and the white residue I first noticed after putting it on seemed to blend in. I stopped using it a year after having my daughter to upgrade a bit. My skin was damaged from having used proactiv 2 years before so my forehead had odd fine lines. So I am looking for a slightly more advanced line to heal them or a good night cream that doesn't break me out. I will always fall back on this though should my acne become severe and it does at times. I took off a point mainly because of that white residue I got. I'm dark-skinned so I looked really odd having white streaks across my face. =(

I bought this product bc it didn't contain certain ingredients that I had been told to watch out for. I had also started using the face wash, so I figured it would help.

I have recently read to wait about five minutes after washing your face to apply moisturizer, so that's what I've been doing. I don't have a film from it, and it works just fine. Doesn't smell weird or contain mineral oil.

It's alright. I'll use it as long as it lasts and see how I feel then.

I've used this product on and off for years. As an adolescent and teenager I had really problematic skin, and my dermatologist recommended this daily spf lotion for me, and the cleansing wash (and bar) to wash with. The products are gentle, and they work. They may not be the best, but they are certainly not the worst! I like them and continue to buy them as an affordable regular option.

This is just an OK facial moisturizer. Granted, it did moisturize my face but it left behind a white film on my face like I didn't entirely rub in the moisturizer. I am not sure I would recommend this product for it is just an average drugstore moisturizer and there are better drugstore and higher end moisturizer options out there.

Overall, decent. Moisturizes fine. Goes on smoothly. Like the fact that it protects my skin with spf. As for all those who mention the "white film" on the face, it is not sticky in the least bit, but is similar to a primer. For these reasons, I actually enjoy it. Wears wonderful under mineral makeup. Have yet to try any other kinds of makeup on top. The only negative would be that I seem to have some small bumps on my skin since using it. This is normal for me though, so I wouldn't contribute it to the moisturizer. Will probably buy again, because I've found nothing better. But nevertheless, I'm always on the search for the perfect product...

So far I really like this product. I have normal to oily skin and usually when I try to use a sunscreen my face becomes a greasy mess. This one seems to dry to a more matte finish, which may mean it probably isn't great for those with dry skin.

I typically use Neutrogena oil free moisturizer at night without issues, but when I tried the Neutrogena with SPF 15 it was very slippery and greasy. I've also tried Clinique city block, which is okay but doesn't dry as matte as Purpose. Also I have to be careful with the city block because it really stings if it gets in your eyes.

I'll definitely buy again as long as I don't start breaking out after long term use.

Update: I didn't start breaking out, but it is a little greasy on my combo skin and I often avoid using it. I deducted one lippie.

My skin didn't really like this product at all. It absorbed well enough but I could see "shine" right after I put it on and my husband (or I) wasn't very fond of the smell. And after 2 days of using it (morning and night), I had to stop because I noticed it made my skin break out.

But apart from that, the packaging and the price is very good. Just disappointing my skin wasn't very fond of it.

I don't know why or how, but my skin loves this moisturizer. I don't particularly like spending a lot of money on moisturizers, particularly after reading articles about how they are all the same, but I haven't had much luck with drugstore brands...until this. It sinks in quickly, makes my skin feel very soft and hydrated, and acts as a great base for my mineral foundation. My only issue, and the only reason why I did not give it a 5, is the smell. I'm not sure how to describe it. But the smell does not linger, and the smell does not outweigh how much I like what this does to my skin!

I use this moisturizer because I have ance prone skin and my doctor told me about this. I use this as my moisturizer before I put on my makeup. Its an okay moisturizer. It tends to make my skin oily which isn't a good thing since my face in EXTERMELY oily. I would repurchase if I can't find anything esle.

This lotion was awful on my skin. My skin would not absorb it for some reason and it failed to provide enough moisture for my dry skin.

I'm not in love with it, but it soothes my skin from those acne products I use. I only use it once in awhile since I believe it would not do well with my everyday regimen.

This is recommended by several websites-hypoallergenic, no fragrances, and all. This went on really weird for me. it was cake-like and didn't really absorb. It left a film on my face that would come off in little pieces. Really bizarre. It moisurized OK, but I couldn't use this in the morning. Left face a tad greasy.

I am light-skinned, mild acne, ash-blonde hair, oily skin.

I bought this moisturizer about one year ago, and I almost finished a tube. I used to have oily skin, but last years my skin tended to be more dry. I still have acnes though. Although my skin is dry and this product is very light, it's still quite moisturizing, plus never breaks me out. So, definetely I will repurchase..
