I'm just not impressed. To me, this is identical to the old Sonia Kashuk blush in the rectangular case. Soft of a peachy warmish tone. It definitely has a micro-shimmer, which was disappointing for me, since I had to order it and I thought it was matte. It's not. I'm sure many people like this, but it's nothing special, and definitely not as pink as I had hoped.

This is like a rosy plum shade that is quite wearable. I just sweep and swoosh it on and it looks pretty natural on my tawny wam yellow skintone. Looks great for fall. I t hink this shade is neutral enough to be worn by anyone. I can't gauge if it is cool-toned or warm-toned, or if it matters. The texture is nice, and it's sheer, so I can sweep it on my face virtually foolproof.
I had swapped for this in the Studio Sue Devitt version, which is the same blush as the Sephora version, but in different packaging. I like the minimalist packaging of the blush, which includes a mirror. You can find this on ebay for cheap, I think.

I absolutely ADORE this blush. I had been using Smashbox's Skin Tints for a few months and finally decided that they made my combo skin feel too greasy (even though they're water-based and looked fine). In my search for a good powder blush match for my NC20 skin, I came across this blush in Katherine and have to say it's perfect. It blends easily, feels great on my skin, and makes me look like I have a natural flush to my cheeks. This is definitely my HG blush for now.

Like another reviewer before me, I, too, was browsing the Sue Devitt display at Sephora looking to buy Belize blush, but stumbled upon Katherine, first. Katherine caught my eye because the color was so pretty (pinkish-plum) and neutral. (A few of Sue Devitt's blushes are rather vivid and bright, I guess for darker skin tones.) Belize looked a shade or two darker than Katherine, and had obvious shimmer on the display. So, I opted for Katherine, and have no regrets! What a gorgeous, compatible, blush color this is for my skin tone! (NW20, cool LLL with dark hair and hazel eyes.) Katherine looks like my natural flush, or like I just came back from a day at the beach, or a hike on a beautiful autumn day! So pretty and healthy looking, and no obvious shimmer to accentuate my pores! As always, Sue D.'s powder blushes have great texture, and apply and blend like a dream! Definitely HG for me, along with Benefit Dallas (which is darker than Katherine). I like this even better than Laura Mercier's powder blush in Opera, because SD's is better pigmented and lasts longer on my cheeks.

I love this blush! It is very silky going on. It sinks into your skin rather than sitting on top. I am a warm FFF with golden undertones. I wear Sue Devitt Quiet and Still foundation. I never could wear pink blushes until this one. Some on here have reviewed this as a plum or a plummy pink, to me it looks pink. I have yet to find a Sue Devitt product I don't like. HG pink blush for me.

Very pretty light rosy blush with one of the silkiest textures (extremely flawless finish on the skin...no visible demarcations -- blends so beautifully). That said, perhaps it's due to my recent tan acquired on vacation-- but this particular color does not show up enough on me. If I were to choose an alternative with more "oomph", I'd use Laura Mercier's "Opera" blush instead.

This is a very pretty blush--for someone else! I am very fair and cool-toned, and it just had too much brown for me, and I also prefer a sheerer tone. I'm glad it works for others, though!

I love this blush! it is truly so silky and light, yet it has great staying power. I am a dark olive MMM to DDD, and while i've never been profiled for my type, I'd guess i'm an NC 40 or similar. I love this product for a very finished, polished look. My cheeks are subtly "plum-ified" with this blush, but it's not "mauve" or bright in any way. It's perfect if you want to play up your eyes, or do a deeper lip. I'm currently in my sunny/summery "bronze" phase, so to actually be willing to go the other way and wear this right now says a LOT about how pleasant this product feels and acts! My only complaint is that the packaging is sort of small/compact, and i always focus on holding it carefully so i won't do the unthinkable (drop it and potentially upset the blush!)...Sue Devitt has very sophisticated products and I feel elegant wearing them. : )

As other reviewers have stated, this is definitely more of a plummy pink than a true plum. Which is probably why my uber-pale skin can pull it off, actually. It's definitely one of those more subdues shades to pair with a smoky eye or a more natural look. None of Sue Devitt's blushes have failed to impress me, and I can't wait to finally get my hands on them all.

urrr... not too excited about the packaging, but very happy to find a matte blush i like.. Katherine is matte pinky plum compared to my GA powder #6, which is rosier. NARS is too shimmery, GA has very slight shimmer, I always pair SD's blushes for my shimmery eyes, they are silky, subtle, and lasting long. Slightly cool toned, but i believe anyone can nicely pull it off cuz it's very wearable. FYR, I am NC30, asian.

This is a wonderful blush for 4 reasons: 1) It has great staying-power. I put on a light sweep in the morning and it's still in place when I wash off at night. 2) It has a silky texture. 3) It has a matte finish (I don't want shimmery cheeks). 4) The color is a lovely pink that has a slightly plum tone to it. It makes me look fresh.

As with all Sue Devitt blushes, Katherine is very pigmented and silky, and quite wearable. Katherine is a matte plummy pink that works wonderfully for this PPP, but would suit other skintones as well.

I definitely agree that this is more rosey plum than plum. In the pan it looks like a neutral mauvey brown, but on my cheeks it looks brighter (but not too bright), almost with a coral undertone. I'm a PPP and was almost scared off after Belize made me look feverish. This is actually more subtle than Belize imo.

I just love the SD blushes. The texture glides on easily and lasts all day looking so natural. Katherine is a rosy brown shade. I saw the other posts calling it plummy so i compared it to EL Plum and it is quite close but browner. So maybe plummy brown more accurately describes it. Love the color though. Very pretty.

I love this color! After striking out twice with NARS (neither Orgasm nor Sin quite did it for me) I hit pay dirt with this one. It's long lasting, looks beautiful and natural on, goes with almost every lipstick I own... The only thing I don't like about this blush is the packaging. Not quite as exciting as NARS graphic little compact. UPDATE: I've found I like Chanel's blushes better...

This a another beautiful blush from Sue Devitt. This is a rosy plum...a deeper version of Belize with hints of brown in it. Very versatile color that is not quite as cool as Belize and therefore should work on a wider range of skin tones. As usual great pigmentation and staying power. Update...LORAC Melina lipstick is a nice match to this.
