I love trying out new products and after watching a great show with OleH on QVCUK decided to go for it.
It certainly lathers incredibly, but woe betide you getting it in your eye - as one of the other reviewers said it really does sting and yes as somebody else pointed out it is a bit drying for the winter, I loved the packaging though!!!

I like the way this leaves my face feeling really clean yet it irritates my eye area so badly I had to stop using it. If you get some in your eye, well, just don't get it in your eye or you will want to call the fire department.

I was a bit skeptical about this. I have dehydrated combo skin and "soap" sounds a bit daunting to me. But I'm glad that I took the plunge. I like the subtle citrus smell. I use it with the sponge that comes with the cleanser (for gentle exfoliation) and my skin feels so clean and smooth.

I have been using this procuct for about 3 months or so and I absolutely love it. I love and hate the complexion sponges you use with it. Love it because using it with the cleanser gets my skin so clean, exfoliates, and it is in great condition now. But I hate it because the sponges do not last long before you need to replace them. I am in search of an alternative sponge that I can buy locally to use. You can not leave any water in this jar as the other review said, but that is pretty easy to do. Overall I am in love with this product. I have had great success with the Ole line. I have combo skin. Oily T-Zone with occ. hormonal breakouts - -have not had this problem since using the line. Update: Still love this product, and even better, you can find the complexion sponges at Sallys Beauty Supply!!!! Yippie!! A 2 pack for like 2 bucks!

ok, so you know how it says on the packaging of this product to make sure that you don`t leave any moisture in the jar? well, i took this product on a retreat with me and thought it would be perfect, low maintenance, yadda yadda. ya, so i forgot about the moisture thing and sealed the damp sponge inside the jar and the entire bar of lovely soap turned to syrup and wouldn't dry back out again. into the garbage it went. i got two days use out of it - and i think that if you *remembered* the moisture thing, then it would be lovely - especially if you like a lather when you wash your face. i just found it kind of difficult to do, because the sponge leaves water behind and if you tip that out, then you tip out some soap too. anyway, i'm rambling now. i'll repurchase this (and remember about the sponge this time...grrr)

I like the concept of this -- a soap in a jar. It's gentle and lathers well. It doesn't aggravate my rosacea or sensitive skin. it removes makeup well, and there's no need for a toner. The only problem is that it's a bit too drying for Winter. I'll shelve it until spring and summer.
