This powder is fantastic ! The packaging is very practical, i take it everywhere with me because i know i can touch up whenever i want. I use it as a powder AND as a blush : i have the L2 and i use the pink color only on my cheeks, it looks natural and beautiful.

I have this in L2 (white, apricot, brown) and use it either alone or on top of my Givenchy primer.
I don't have much experience with powders, so I can't really compare it with anything, but here's what I can say: it's pretty light and natural and mattifies well enough. It's not sparkly, but doesn't make the skin look too dull. I've had it for about a year, I think, and am only now starting to see the bottom of it; the compact is pretty clever, with a mirror and a brush which I really, really like- I actually use it for other things as well.
I'll probably rebuy.

I have been on the hunt for a pressed powder that will set my makeup, does not exacerbate the dryness that has taken over my face, and looks natural. I was in high hopes that this powder would do the trick based on the reviews here but I guess its true that what works for one does not work for all. I do have to say that this powder does not make my dry skin look worse but as a pressed powder I need it to take away shine and it made my pores look huge when they are small at best. I'm bummed because now I've wasted $35 and I have to look for a new powder. Oh wells, maybe my mom will want this compact.

This powder suits me perfectly. I have got L1 and L2. L1 is more shimmering then L2. I would say L2 is almost matt. Powder forms lightweight transparent cover. It makes my face to be radiant. My skin doesn't become cluttered with this powder. And Brush... It is a brilliant device. Love it!

This powder is amazing! It doesn't look like you have powder on, just naturally beautiful skin. You do not see the shimmer nor overly glowy skin. I don't know how this powder does it, but it just blurs all the imperfections, hides the pores, and even out your skin tone. Even though it's summer time and my skin can get really oily, it still controls oil without looking cakey and dry. Unfortunately, it breaks my heart that I can't use this powder because it causes my skin to break out. I would use this for life if it didn't break me out. It has the nicest finish in a powder I've ever tried.

this is definitely a very natural looking, very lightweight powder. it does not look cakey at all and it goes on very very smoothly. i thought it'd be weird b/c of the three colors but it works great when i want to use my small puff to just get the darker one for my cheeks and the whiter for under eyes. i swirl around all three for my whole face.
the coverage is light-medium. i would've given this five lippies if it wasn't for the fact that this has such a small color selection and it's a bit light for me. other than that, it's the perfect powder compact! feels so great on my skin!

I'm very fond of this powder, using L1 in the winter & L3 in the summer.
Refills are a decent price & can easy be swapped into the one compact.

It's a great setting powder & a good touch-up/anti-shine for the latter hours of the day.
I don't like heavy powders, it would be very hard to cake this stuff on.
The down-side is that it is not easy to spot use one third of it without just using a finger.

The sable brush it comes with it beautiful. I tend to swirl over the whole cake.
(I have smashed one or two of the compacts over the years, but still have all the brushes, which I use for blush).

I had left this powder alone for a few years, but always come back to it.
Try it you'll like it!

I love this powder so much! After my foundation application, I use this to set my makeup. It gives me a healthy glow that stays. I also love the scent of it. I use mostly the 2 lightest shades in the compact, but I've realized that the 3 colors are all very sheer and barely have a difference between them! Definitely will repurchase.

Absolutely LOVE IT. Today I took Guerlains luminizing powder back to the store because of this guy. I'm very very fair skin girl and usually any powders make me look too dark or made up even the lightest shades, so when I went to the store I was looking to try L1 shade but it looked too white on my skin( for the first time something lighter then me..!!) and SA convinced me to try L2 shade. Well, this is great powder, sooo silk and feels light on the skin. The darkest shades I use as blush and it's just perfect. I never a fan of all in one compacts( I like my blush and powder separetly, because I"m cluts and always mix things up), however, this just perfect for me. Brush that comes with compact is amazing. I'm taking MAC 116 back to the store tomorrow( I gave it a great review but after trying this.... just can't compare). I know everyone is different an looking for different stuff, but I just found mine. I might going back to get a back up.

If you want to look like a "natural" beauty - look no further! A few sweeps and my skin looks so much better - smooths my complexion and removes the shininess! It's amazing because the product is so light on my skin that at first I wondered if this was going to do anything??? Hours later my skin still looks great and shine free. Great product if you want light coverage and want your natural skin tone to show through... but not good if you are looking for medium to heavy coverage. This is a very light product, but it does wonders!

I have the Golden Beige. It works more like a finishing touch than a powder, though for me it is more than enough. The powder neutralizes redness, and really had the effect I wanted. Its staying power is good, but not out of the ordinary. However, it is definitely worth its price!

It comes with three shades and a brush. I had only problem that I run out of "the brown" shade much more earlier that the orther two (white and apricot).
Very light powder which give natural look. My face sweats in hot wheater, although this poweder ideal for summer time.

I have L3 (golden beige). First let me say that this powder is amazing in that it gives a nice light finish that evens out the skin. It is more of a skin evener/color correcter than a powder to just set your makeup. It gives a natural lightweight flawless coverage but very lightweight. It has a slight...really slight...hint of shimmer that is spectacularly natural and not the oil slick version you see on celebrities on television. This particular shade, L3 gives you a candle lit evening glow as though you are sitting across from someone over a candle lit dinner in the evening. It is really beautiful but just put a tiny tiny tiny bit on so you don't look too yellowy. I would love to try the L2 shade also if I could find it anywhere. I find the L3 shade takes some of the paleness and greyness away from my super fair complexion. I don't think I saw anyone mention this seems to be a bit of a color corrector. So if you have alot of pink in your skin maybe the L3 would take that away and if you have alot of yellow perhaps the L2 would neutralize that. The L4 seems to be for darker skins or imparting a more bronzed/tanned look. Overall this really gives the look of perfect skin and I would buy again.

I like the soap-bubble scent of this powder. Slight shimmer,not glitterly,very stuble.Nice~~
The compact contain a little brush, the hair is super soft which is very surprising. The compact brush is always in poor condition.
The price for the compact is very reasonable.I think this compact can be fit for many pressed powder or powder foundation, and it is perfect for touch up.
The powder itself is too sheer for my taste sometimes, but still nice:)

I love this powder...although it doesn't give any coverage, it sets my foundation (MUFE F&B) perfectly. And I also use it as a oil control powder throughout the day. I am not as oily, but I do sweat a little bit, so I blot my face with some tissue, then I brush this stuff on. I am a NW35 I think and I use L3 in this. It seems a little light at first but then it settles and matches into my skin with a slight glow. Eventhough I am not a Shiseido cronie, I do love this powder and will def repurchase!

The best pressed powder. I repurchase it again and again. I have been using it for 3 years now.
I don't like sponges, and it comes with a brush. This powder gives me the perfect glow, it really brightens my skin.
I've got L3 (golden beige).

I have been using this for the past 6 years or more. Every now and then, my loyalty will tilt a bit and i would try one or two other brands, but have end up disppointed, coz others have left me too oily, too thick, too dry, too cakey, too made-up etc. Somehow I would make a "i'm back!" crawl to this powder.

I used medium and it is sheer, yet, smooth enough for me to look naturally make up. I only used a concealer and this covers well. No, i never ever use a foundation, believing it's unnecessary and only adds clogs and bulks to my skin and pores.

I can never OD on it, and i can reapply it many many times without looking cakey. Price-wise, I find it reasonable, as I only need to get the refills and the casing is beautiful. I usually buy them from airport duty free which is much cheaper.

I have tried the 2way cake of this series and it's much thicker and made up than I like. I'll rather cover up my flaws with a good concealer (eg Bobbi Brown corrector or Maybelline line of several good ones), and cover up with this powder. No loose powder for me either as it's way too messy.

Love this powder. Yes it is light, and pretty crap at controlling my oilt zone BUT its the best powder ive tried because its so light, and u can re apply and re apply and it will never look heavy or cakey. It looks very natural on, and gives a soft look thats matte but not overly so. It's just one of those rare powders that never looks too fake, over done or obvious and thats a great thing. I use the medium and im nc25-30.

The best thing about this product is that it doesn't break me out. I use it as a finishing powder to even everything up and to add a bit of glow. It does this beautifully! The effects are subtle, however, it makes me look more finished and has no effects I don't want.
