Got this for 90% off at a drugstore closeout sale at Big Lots- after discovering how much I like it went back & bought about a half-dozen all together, in Banana-Coconut, Grape Juice, & Raspberry Cherry.


I’ve never tried a Rachel Perry product before. The packaging is cute, a little plastic tub with a 1970’s look to it. I’d like it better in a stick for ease of application, but the formula is pretty soft/slippery. I really don’t mind the tub, though.


Banana-Coconut tastes just like banana ‘Runts’ candy and has kind of a nutty smell to it. Its strong & you’d better like banana-flavored stuff. I like it, its kind of warm & summer-y. I like to slather it on before bed & I can still feel it on my lips in the morning. If I wear it during the day it lasts about 1-2 hrs on my lips, though my lips don’t feel parched even when it wears off. I like the slick, slippery feeling, I feel like it really sinks into my lips. It even makes them look/feel a little plumper and gives them a nice healthy sheen. I’ll use these until I get sick of the scents or if they suddenly stop working for me. I would seek them out to repurchase, if I’d ever need to.

I love Rachel Perry products and this is no exception. I took a few lippies off for the taste of this stuff, but it still smells great. Reminds me of summertime, sunscreen, and going to the beach. My favorite so far is the chocolate one, but this is a nice change too.

I love it and think it smells and tastes wonderful. It is not too sticky and works well as a cuticle balm too. Very emollient.

Truthfully, I bought it because of the absolutely adorable deco packaging. Its not moisturizing in the slightest. It also smells like chupa-chups, which may or may not be a good thing. It does get one bonus point for being spf 15. Pretty disappointing but i've spent $3.50 on stupider things before.

I found the scent of this to be way too overpowering and fake. The balm itself is very thin and slippery, not moisturizing at all and wears off quickly, leaving my lips more chapped than before. Also, it tastes awful if you get any in you mouth, and burns my lips. Will not be trying any of her other balms, or even finishing the one I have.

Just got this today.. I love it! It tastes and smells wonderful, very moisturizing. I like that there is no colour, I can wear it under lipstick when needed. I'm going to get this in cantaloupe ASAP!

I liked the smell of this lip gloss but it really burned and stung when I applied it. It lasts for several minutes and I just can't use it due to the burning. It does give a nice soft feel and shiny look though.

Love the banana-coconut smell. Love the texture. It's kind of a stinger on my lips like the grape juice flavor, but it goes away instantly. I like this flavor, but raspberry-cherry is my favorite.

I love Rachel Perry lip balms, but the Banana-Coconut flavor is my least-favorite of the bunch - it's just a little too fake-tasting and fragrant for me. I'd recommend the Very Vanilla, Grape Juice and Cantaloupe varieties.

I love this lip balm. It smells so yummy and reminds me of summer. Even my husband and son like the smell and like to use it. It keeps my lips moist and works as a gloss over lip stick as well.

i think this lipbalm is pretty good. i like the flavors and it feels great on my lips but i didnt like that it doesnt last very long i felt like i had to constantly reapply all day long and that i didnt like

picked this up at the store and WOW! sure has a nice banana smell with a hint of coconut. Reminds me of those stickers from the 80's where you scratch n sniff. I love this banana balm, cause it makes your lips glossy and soft. I know i am gonna keep buying this :) REVISED: I have gotten sick of the taste of this product and every time i put it on, it makes me want to gag that it's so fake. I dropped my lipstick from a 5 to 2, cause the taste has gotten so unbareable that i tossed the pot out last night. This product did a good job of keeping the lips soft and moist, but HATE the flavor.

I loved the scent/taste of this. Im sure all the rachel perry lip lover balms are good. It doesnt dry out my lips either like other balms do sometimes.

I have tried almost all of the flavors- this one is good- a definite coconut smell. This particular flavor has a bit of sting to it that is not nice, so I have taken to "watering" it down with vaseline. these lip balms last a long time, are very moisturizing, and best of all- taste GREAT
