I find that these eyeshadows don't have great staying power. Admittedly, I have quite oily skin and I wasn't using an eye primer, but I find that they tend to crease very quickly. Also, when applying, you need to shake the brush off really well or you can make quite a mess. Will try again with a primer to see if it makes much of a difference.

I quite like these eyeshadows. They may not be super pigmented, but they're definitely not sheer.
I have Antique Gold and Slate, and I prefer using these more for crease colours or for blending (especially for day looks). From the shadows I have I love this line, but the price for these does sting a bit. I probably wouldn't repurchase again just because I don't see myself running out of these anytime soon.

I have this one in Ash.I like the fact that it has a build-in mirror.
It has a good staying power.
Just your average eyeshadow in a fancier compact and at a fancier price.
Recommendable :)

I was dissapointed in this product.

The shimmer shades have a nice level of shimmer, not sparkly or overpowering. They also come in matte shades.

This product is not very pigmented. You can build up a bit of colour with persistence, but you are never going to get much up on these products. For the money, there are much better alternatives.

The packaging is super-cute and the main reason I bought this product (plus it was on a 3 for 2 offer). However, it is impractical not being able to see the shade. I also can't imagine ever actually using the tiny mirror to apply the eyeshadow.

For reference I have three shades: a silver shade, peony, and dark taupe.

I have a few of the Bloom eye shadows in some of their palettes, but I don't use them very often. For the most part their eye shadows are not very pigmented and don't seem to last long without flaking off. The shimmery ones seem to do better than the matte ones for me somehow and some colors are very nice. One I really like is Chestnut, which is a nice shimmery cool brown color and seems to stay pretty well. Eskimo is also pretty and so is Sparkle, but the others just don't seem to show up much on me at all.

Bloom Eyeshadow in Navy is a fab indigo blue shade that is really striking without that 80's throwback thing going on. It's got a very iridescent sheen to it and though it looks very dark in the pan you do have to work to build it up. This is fine because it makes it really easy to use across the lid for a wash of colour and then build it up around the edge of the lid. I love it.

These shadows are of pretty good quality for their price (AUD20). They go on smoothly. last well and there are a variety of textures - I prefer the velvety ones (eg. moss and olive). There is a small but wide range of shades. They might be a little bold for those who only wear neutrals but there are a couple of good neutral shades in taupe and chestnut.

The only shadow I have and like is that of Eskimo but I also love Lagoon and Moss and will buy those next time around. All the other shades are pigmented, but too boring. Also, it would be good if the compacts did away with the mirror and replaced it with a clear top so I could tell which eyeshadow is which, when they're all lying out next to each other on my table.

I love Bloom eyeshadows- they come in a wonderful range of basic and more unusual colours, and the quality is superb. Purchasing it in Australia also makes it such a great price!

I have five or six of these shadows, and they have all impressed me. The shimmer shadows are a pretty metallic sheen, without being too sparkly or tacky. The matte shadows are soft and subtle, and the packaging is the sweetest, aside from Stila.

I really like Bloom eyeshadows - most of them are shimmery but not OTT or glittery. They are really easy to blend and last for ages on me. Packaging wise, you can't beat Bloom! They come in small little compacts with the cute Bloom cartoon girl on the top - totally adorable :)
