Greasy greasy greasy greasy. Did not absorb just stayed greasy. Disappointing as I found the other "ultra" products such as the cleanser to be awesome.

Pleasantly surprised by this.I usually use anti aging creams rich in antioxidants vitamins etc. This has some good ingredients squalene, sweet almond oil, avocado oil and apricot kernel oil,so it's not bad at all I'm not sure how much of these ingredients this contains (if it's enough to be beneficial) but I use an antioxidant serum underneath. It's fragrance free,I wouldn't consider it otherwise..It's a super hydrator and a little goes a long way. This will keep your skin hydrated for a long time.My skin is combination and this suits me fine.I think it would be ok for most except oily skins. I would be careful there.I don't actually use this during the day as it has no spf, although you could use it under an spf.But I find it a bit greasy for this and prefer a serum under sunscreen I've been using it as a night cream and I wake up with silky smooth skin. This has become one of my favourites and really £15 for a 75ml bottle is not bad. I like the packaging as well, personally I will not buy jars .To be honest I've never used many Kiehls products until recently. But I like this, and their ultra facial cleanser is second to none.

I got a sample of this moisturizer is and it absolutely fab. The sample I got was fairly generous at 15mL so it lasted me about a week applying morning and night. I have really dry skin and wasn't expecting the moisture in this to be quite enough but it was perfect. The lotion is fairly liquidy but it absorbs into the skin quite nicely and smooths on the skin effortlessly- there is no tugging or dragging, it just melts right in. I have sensitive skin and this neither broke me out nor caused irritation of any kind. The only thing I wasn't a huge fan of is that is left a little bit of a watery feeling on my skin after applying it so if I was going to wear makeup I would have to dab it off with a tissue. Overall I think this is a really great lotion and for $38 (I believe that is what the saleslady said it was), you can't really go wrong. Highly recommend.

This left my skin feeling oily hours after I applied it. It also triggered me to breakout in those micro whiteheads and blackheads around my problem areas (chin, cheeks near my nose, forehead). It clogged my pores and had a greasy finish on my already oily skin.
I used this lotion for a month before I figured out it was causing all of those little breakouts. Once I stopped using it the little pimples cleared up.

I have been using this moisturizer for years- Ive tried others but I feel nothing compares to this. It moisturizes, leaves my skin feeling amazing and supple. I love the ingredient used as well, they do not irritate my skin. I like using this before makeup as a primer. I don't think very oil skinned people should use this, I think it is more geared towards normal-dry skin people. After using this for so many years I just don't ever see myself changing.
In terms of price, you pay $35+ for 8.4 fl oz that lasts forever. I once paid $12.99 for a neutrogena moisturizer but only got about 2 fl oz of product...so the price does not bother me because the amount of product you get is plenty.

Eh. It's your run of the mill basic moisturizer. Comparable to Cetaphil but I like the ingredients in this better. It's sort of expensive for what you're getting and I absolutely cannot use this before I put makeup on. Even if I wait for the moisturizer to absorb my makeup still balls up like bits of eraser. Ick.
I use this as a backup when I've run out of my other moisturizers/serums.

I asked the sa give me three saches of sample to let me really try out this before I commit to buy a full size. I really like it. My skin is oily and very breakout prone. My skin will get dehydrate from using tretinoin. This lotion is light weight yet moisturizes very well. I use it only in night times since I use sunscreen only in the morning. It took me two weeks to finish the second sache. Only small amount is needed for the whole face and neck. Most importantly, it doesn't break me out. I just got my full size bottle today. So far a HG.
it broke me out even though not in a very bad way. I always have one or two pimples on my face when using this. will breakout bad if use with my tretinoin. my skin will dull up with my oil secration and this will make it happen faster. better for people whose skin love squlene I would say...

Good basic moisturizer. Don't really have many complaint about the product itself, but quite dislike the packaging. It would be just so much more convenient if there's an pump or comes in a tube rather than a bottle.
