pretty pinkish-gold color. good on my pale skin. like that the tube is square and pink. makes it easy to find in a sea of black round ones.

I really love Maybelline's Wet Shine lipsticks :) This particular shade isn't great on me (warm PPP, brown hair/eyes), but it is wearable. It's a little too vibrant and too cool; I thought it would be a warmer pink with all the gold in it. I find this shade similar to MAC Giddy, but I prefer Pink Pout. But the formula is wonderful, slick and fairly glossy, very comfortable on the lips and lasts decently *for a sheer lipstick*. It's a step up from glosses at least. I also like that it is unscented. I highly reccommend this if you are a sheer lipstick fan that likes girly pinks.

I really like Maybelline's Wet Shine lipsticks! I just bought Pink Pout this evening and am wearing it right now - and I love it! It's a light to medium pearly pink with a gold sheen. I am a MAC NW20-25 with mostly pink undertones. I'm surprised that this l/s does NOT wash me out! I agree that this color would go with most makeup looks (i'm wearing it with green e/s right now). It's smooth, soft, and does not build up on the lips and get all nasty looking. It doesn't last forever but it is decent and I don't mind reapplying. And it's cheap, too! About $6 USD.

I love Maybelline's Wet Shine Lipstick! I love the fact that they're smooth and slick upon application, and that they have no discernable fragrance. I think what impresses me most is that you can reapply w/o having gunky buildup! I'm on my second tube of Pink Pout, and that says a lot since I'm not loyal to much. Pink Pout is a warm light golden pink. I find it wearable w/most anything, and it does not wash me out. I'll definitely repuchase this again and again! I'm a MAC C3/Aromaleigh 2W w/medium golden brown hair and hazel eyes.
EDIT 4/19/05 - I'm not changing my rating or review for this since it is a great lipstick formula and color, but I've since given this away since I was never wearing it. However, I'd still highly recommend it to those who are looking for a pretty golden pink.

Pink Pout is a sheer and average pink that is glossy (but not as glossy as it's advertised to be ;)!) It has slight shimmer and subtle frost - all in all, it's a great find! I recommend trying this if you like pinks!

As far as pinks go, I really love this one. Its a sheer rosey baby pink with lots of gold shimmer, but the shimmer isnt overwhelming at all. Its cheap, around $5 and the texture is great (sheer, but then again it doesnt last very long). It looks really good with a gloss on top, really brings out the gold shimmer. I think tons of people could wear it, this is definatly a winner.
