Chance body moisture is a lightweight basic body lotion for normal skin. It's not a heavy duty moisturizer.
A bit runny, absorbs immediately, doesn't leave any residue. More suitable for spring and summer.
Smells really refreshing and soft, mainly patchouli, citrus and hyacinth on me and the smell lingers for quite a while, even without the matching EDT or EDP.
If you have normal skin and find Chance EDT too sharp and the EDP too sweet/ heady try the body moisture, it might be the perfect spring/ summer scent!

Although I enjoy this body lotion I won't repurchase. The EDT I own lasts pretty well even without it and I have (and want to try) numerous other body lotions

Chanel Chance has been my go to fragrance for quite some time now. Every holiday I get a bottle in a gift set and use it occasionally. For daily wear however, I prefer:

Chance Body Moisture!

It smells exactly like the fragrance does minus the harshness you get from spraying something of of a glass bottle (equaling zero complaints from the peanut department). it stays on your skin and emits through your clothing. The sent is durable and lasts longer then the general work/school day. Just be careful as a little goes a long way when applying it to your body.

I love Chance and wear it in the EDT formula as it smells fresher as the EDP is more warm and sweet. This bottle got the big NO-NO from me as it is round plastic and the screw top is a pretty sqaure bit of clear crystal-like plastic. Major grouse is the opening for the bottle is so small and near the top of the bottle with a barely 0.5cm long nose. I really have to tilt the bottle to get the lotion out. And a rounded bottle with slippery hands is a big no-no as prone to slips and spills.
Other than this, the lotion is fresh texture, true to the scent of Chance with floral fruity notes. I like that it make the EDT smells soft and also longer lasting when i layer them together. I use this on my very dry legs and they managed to provide enough moisture for about couple hours, I simply apply a non-scented balm onto dry legs if i want the Chance smell to linger longer.

I must have been delirious when I ordered this. Hated it immediately. It smelled like men's cologne and then went straight to smelling like sweaty gym clothes. Sent it back the next day.

I first got a sample of this lotion and fell in love with the scent!! I bought a bottle of the perfume and I didn't like it all that much. I then bought a bottle of the lotion and I got back that lovin' feeling. Such a light and pretty scent. Elegant and classy!!

I love this lotion! On my skin it is very true to the original fragrance so I mainly use it for layering. For those on whom Chance wears strong I imagine it would also be great to use alone in the summer, at school, or in a work setting where you don't want to accidently overwhelm those around you with your fragrance. Chance fragrances seem to "dissapear" on me quickly so I layer this with the EdP in the winter and the EdT in the summer and it lasts all day. The packaging is adorable with the little CC engraved stopper that's also on the Chance fragrances. I'm using this sparingly because it is rather expensive for a lotion, but I won't hesistate to repurchase when I run out.

I find the Chanel Bath and Body products are very consistent in quality when compared to their original fragrance-this is no exception. The fragrance is true to the EDT/EDP and is delivered in a very light, moisturizing lotion (more of a body milk, imho) that leaves your skin feeling soft, and of course wonderfully fragranced! If you like Chance, don't hesitate on the lotion version. You could easily wear this alone and get a good impact from the fragrance, or layer it for more strength/lasting power with the EDT. My only gripe is the packaging-while it is beautiful and top matches the stopper on the EDT, I do find myself wishing it had a pump or some other way to decant.

Ok, I got this as a sample. I put it on after my night shower. It smelled so heavenly. It was still on me when I woke up in the morning. When I went to bed in the evening I could still smell it fainly on my sheets. It's just light and flower, not in a horrible way. The lotion is good and does moisturize fairly well. But mostly I fell in love with this sent... I will have to get it.

The lotion is not as moisturizing as you would expected, but since my skin is not that dry so it works well for me, specially in summer. I only use about a quarter size for both of my arms. It lasts the whole day, not overwheming at all. If i spritz a bit of the perfum on, it helps the perfume stayed put all day. I would definitely repurchase this.

Well, actually I am talking about the chance body satin creme. This smells good, just lightly fragranced. I think it good if the perfume alone is too strong. I know I can just wear my satin creme and I will smell so nice all day long. As it does have lasting power. Wow!!

The fragrance is lovely... but it does not work well as a lotion. I found that after using it, within a couple of hours my skin was VERY dry. Even more dry than when I use no lotion at all. It's unfortunately that it doesn't do the job as a lotion since the scent is so nice.

Although this is a pricey lotion, it smells great and really smooths out the skin. I wish it was a tad bit thicker but it's not watery so it does fine for me. Lasts all day and really helps the scent last longer (I layer it with my Chance EDT.)

Although the product does go on lightly, the scent is overwhelmingly perfume-y. If you really like the scent, then perhaps this product is for you. I felt it was too sharp a scent, and smells like I bathed in perfume. YUCK!

This is a fun way to wear Chance. The lotion is lightly moisturizing. The bottle has a cute jeweled cap that is so cute--they know what we like. This will last a while as it is concentrated.

This is a very moisturizing scented lotion that smells exactly like the Chanel Chance perfume. I discovered the perfume again recently after a friend started wearing it to work. She hand a few bottles of the lotion and passed one onto me (yay!!!). I was so excited to get my hands on this.


It really sinks into my skin fast and leaves my body feeling soft and smelling great. I love the layer this with the perfume, it really helps to make the scent last even longer.
