I never used eyeliner when I was younger, but my mom gave this to me because it was irritated her eye. And when I tried it myself....I just love it! Good for me, this eyeliner never irritated my eye. The color is just amazing, it show up perfectly. Looks great on both upper and lower lash-line. (But I use liquid eyeliner on the upper, but still looks awesome with this eyeliner). Sometimes on the lower lash-line goes quickly and have to re-apply it again. I recommend this eyeliner!!!

I purchased this at Ulta for about $4 USD. The color is a very dark jet black. It goes on very smooth and easy and does not tug. I wore this on my waterline and it irritated my eyes so bad giving me cloudy vision. I wanted to be sure it was the liner and not a result of allergies and the same thing happened again. I wore this again smudged into the lash line. So far, so good. But I like the look of liner on the waterline. This was a total disappointment and not something I would purchase again. It barely lasted one hour on my water line before fading away. Also it's a bit pricey for a drugstore liner. I would not repurchase this. There are better quality drugstore liners out there and cheaper too!

Glides on easily, nice pigment but staying power is terrible. I can see it is already starting to fade within an hour! Won't buy again

LOVE this product. It doesn't tug at my eyes and the color's show up wonderfully. There is little smudging and it doesn't crease. I would most definatly purchase again.

i love this eyeliner. i've used it since i started wearing makeup, two years ago & haven't changed my eyeliner. i wear it on the waterline & i've started wearing it on the upper lash line. it kind of smudges throughout the day & it needs reapplied every so often, depending on how dark you like your eyeliner (i like mine really dark). it's pigmented wonderfully. i've had trouble finding it because i can usually only find it at cvs but last time i looked it wasn't there. i think it's about $3 there. i'd definitely recommend this eyeliner.

It's my go to eyeliner most of the time because even thought I love gel eyeliners for their staying power, it can be tedious since you need a brush. My eyelid is half-double eyelind and it makes so many eyeliners smudged on me like CRAZY. But this one, I use it to mainly tightline and line in between the lashes, it doesn't really budge! I loveee it.

Love this eyeliner. I only use this for smokey eyes or to tightline. Glides on smooth and is easy to smugde.
Wish it was automatic because sharpening is such a hassle!

I've had this product for like years, but I never really bothered to use it for my waterline, and when I used it on my lid, it smudged easily and faded, so I would use Blacktrack MAC Fluidline for my lid. But since fluidline was always fading on my waterline, just today, I tried my old E-10 Prestige eyeliner and I set it with black shadow on my waterline, and I am amazed. It's been eleven (11) hours and it hasn't budged on my waterline. Must have.

Iv gone through so many of these eye pencils. It is so so good this eyeliner. The color does not wear off. Very good if u want fine lines and also works good if your going for a smokey smudgey sort of look. Works great for any kind of look your going for :)

this is my go to eye liner ANYDAY. i have it in black, storm, kiwi, and disco. storm isn't exactly the color i expected but i still love it. anyway it goes on great, the color is vibrant and it's easy to apply and you don't have to go back and touch it up, it doesn't come off. it's very smooth and the color is always even and it's comfortable on the lids. sometimes some liners can be a little awkward feeling but this one is very gentle and smooth. this will definitely be my preferred liner always

At first, I really loved this liner. But when I would line my waterline, the color would transfer onto my eye. The formula really stung and irritated my eyes, so I'd have red eyes by the end of the day. The eyeliner is great if you're going to line the outside of your eyelids. But when you're going to line your top and bottom lines, the color could come off and really irritate your eyes. I wouldn't purchase this product again. Considering it was a drugstore purchase, I didn't waste that much money. Yes, the liner is creamy and goes on smoothly without tugging at your eyes too much. But the pain of it getting inside your eye isn't worth it.

I must go thru about half a dozen of E-10s a year! If I'm wearing make up, Im wearing black liner...and this one by Prestige is such a great steal for an everyday liner! For under $5, this pencil is soft, smooth, and stays on all day (even inside my eyes, when I decide to apply it there). Since I splurge & use MUFE and UD for my colored liners, I feel like I can "go cheap" on my everyday black liner, & this one certainly doesn't disappoint! I also recommend applying a thing coat of Prestige liquid black liner on top of the pencil, if you're looking to create a more dramatic, precise look.

I love this eyeliner! Very rich, dark color that stays on my waterline well. It does smudge down under my lash line once in awhile, but this rarely happens and should be expected for any eyeliner that's put in the waterline.

Well, I bought this product based on the reviews. I was looking for a dark, transferrable, non-tugging pencil for tightlining, but this wasn't it.
It's ok for black, not as pigmented as I hoped though. It's a hard pencil, so it was kind of painful to line my sensitive upper waterline. I was able to get it onto my bottom waterline, but I had to run it back and forth a few times. So I checked my makeup in a couple of hours, and I had terrible raccoon eyes! That barely happened to me with the crappy CoverGirl pencil I'd been using, and I was not wearing mascara on my bottom lashes so it wasn't that. I should've known it would happen, because it's pretty waxy. I don't use this anymore now that I've found what I'm looking for with L'Oreal's Extra-Intense Liquid pencil eyeliner.
I'm disappointed because I had great luck with Prestige eye shadows and eyebrow pencils in the past, but this liner was too hard for my teary eyes.

Really wonderful eyeliner, especially given the price. It's very black, lasts all day, not too creamy nor hard, and barely smudges even though I have pretty watery eyes (I might have to touch up, but only after many, many hours later). However, I only use it on my lower lashline, and usually smudge it so it's not as harsh.

Best eyeliner! For those having trouble with it staying put in your waterline, make sure your waterline as dry as possible when applying, blot it with a tissue before if you can.

This is my staple everyday eyeliner - I have been using this everyday for the past two years and it has never failed me. It has just the right consistency; soft enough that it doesn't pull the eyelid skin when applying but hard enough to give easy control. This gives a very true line that doesn't smudge but can also be blended out with a brush. I find that the pigment is very black and doesn't fade during the day. I also use this in my waterline and have never had any problems with it despite having numerous eye conditions (dry eye, corneal erosion syndrome, allergies). I even use it sometimes by closing my eye around it and swiping through which gives colour to my top and bottom waterline and makes my eyes look very defined (definitely a night time look). Like another reviewer mentioned, this does sharpen well (I too have problems with makeup pencils not sharpening properly!) and doesn not waste any product. Very good value for money.

Meh. I have the same pencil in brown that I use to enhance my eyebrows which works great! I've been using Benefit's Bad Gal for years now and recently ran my latest pencil to a useless stub. In a pinch, I went to the drugstore to pick up Prestige's eyeliner in E-10. In general, I love Prestige pencils, but this one just didn't work out. The pencil is waaaaaaaay too hard and almost painfully pulls at the sensitive skin around my eyes. Not much pigment for a black pencil either. I think I'll chuck it.

i really like this eyeliner. its my favorite so far...from all the ones i have tried. it goes on smoothly. it stays on [when i set with black e/s it lasts all day], it can be smudged if desired, it doesnt fight with you when you want to remove it. its really good for the waterline, it doesnt burn my eyes and it goes on easily. its cheap too! plus a big thing for me is how easily it sharpens, this baby sharpens so easily and doesnt waste products. ALL of the brands i have tried, when i sharpen them, it is so difficult and i waste so much product. i usually wait for walgreens or rite aid to have a BOGO deal and stock up.

This is honestly the only eyeliner i will ever use.My cousin got me hooked on it about 2 years ago.It goes on so easily, never smudges unless you play with your makeup to create the smudged or smokey look. Its easy to take off and you dont usually need to re apply throughout the day.It lasts for a long period of time as well.I tried urban decay 24/7 glide on in zero
that everyone seems just to love but it made my eyes sticky however it does go on super easy.I like prestige because you dont need a lot of eyeliner to make it look good.It goes for about 3.99-4.99 bucks in the usa and its defintely worth it!
