I have a slew of eye make up removers, from Lancome's Bi-facial, to Milani (had to order from MIlanis website) to Sonia K....and have tried al the DS varieties. I stumbled upon this remover at TJ Maxx, and have fallen in love with it. It cost $14.99, so it is extremely expensive imho for an eye make remover, but it is awesome...removes ever trace of WP mascara and WP eyeliner, that even my MAC cleanse off oil cannot do! I have since bought a second bottle and would have cleaned out the stock, but this is all they had. If you struggle with removing stuburm WP makeup, be on the lookout for this at TJMaxx, it is worth it's weight in gold, plus, it doesn't burn, is not greasy, does not blur eyes, and it is in a squess bottle, so no messy spills!

I actually have the sample sized version of it, and I love it soo much
Its gentle on my eye area and face, removes my waterproof mascara easily and it just works amazingly well
I am going to save up for the full sized if this is the only makeup remover I like!

After using a DS product which burned and felt drying to the eye area, this was quite the welcome change!
This was the small bottle in gwp, which puzzled me at the dispensing, but you just shake it onto the cotton swipe. You can't squeeze the bottle for dispensing, so anywhoooo. I gave this packaging category a 4 for that.
The product? It's gentle. It's moisturizing. It's non-stinging and non-blinding! After a few moments on the eye lid, it efficiently removed all traces of eye makeup easily. You didn't have to rub and rub. Best of all, the eye lid didn't feel tight & dry.
I would give it an A.

I tried to like this but simply couldn't. It was significantly less effective than Neutrogena and I had to really scrub to get my non waterproof eye makeup off. I eventually had to use the Netrogena to clean off what this failed to. I am going to return.

All of the skincare products I use are by Shiseido. For skincare (and makeup) Shiseido is absolutely the best. However, for me, this eye/lip remover product is not great - unless I scrub very hard there is always a residue of mascara left on my eyes. I had been using Estee Lauder's Gentle Eye Makeup Remover - which I found just Ok. I swapped to the Shiseido Instant Eye and Lip and was a little dismayed to find that it's just not that effective (and I don't wear waterproof mascara). I know that there are many positive reviews for this product, which is great, but when I started using the Estee Lauder eye make remover again - it seemed amazingly effective in comparison! Actually, I think Gatineau's Floracil is better than either of the above...

This is the only eye makeup remover that I have ever had success with. I have only tried a few (Bliss, Clinique) but I didn't care to test out a million eyemake up removers when I knew the Shiseido one worked well. It is an oil based remover, feels moisturizing after it takes off my eyemake up, is very gentle and doesn't burn the eye area. The price is fair for a higher end makeup remover, $26, and a little bit goes a long way. I don't use it every night because I don't always wear heavy eye makeup so my cleanser often times takes most of it off.. but I have had this same bottle for about 6 months and I still have about 80% of the product left.

I mostly use this remover to take off my stubborn Japanese mascara and it's usually able to melt off all my eye-makeup in a few seconds. It doesn't irritate my eyes, affect my contacts, nor blur my vision. I've gotten several 1 oz samples and am sad to see how quickly it goes with everyday use. I don't know how I'd feel about buying it retail and using it up so quickly.

At first, I really like this makeup remover, it removes my waterproof mascaras without irritating my contact-user eyes. But after two weeks of continue use, I notice that my skin around eye area become really dry and fragile :( Before this, I was a long term devotee to Lancome's Bi-ficil, it never dries up my eye area like this remover did. Since I really like my other Shiseido skincare products so I gave this a try. Now I only use Bi-ficil and will never go back to shiseido, unless they come up with a new formula.

My favorite eye makeup remover. It removes every type of mascara and eyeliner easily and it's not so oil as the Lamcôme's one. Also, the packaging permits you to drop the product, so it's very hygienic and economical.

This is the first eye makeup remover I ever used that didn't burn my eyes out. In fact, my eyes had been burning for the last 24 hours. I applied a drop or two with the Shiseido cotton pad (see my review) and the burning stopped immediately and never came back. I did not have mascara on, so I will add more later when I give it a full trial. I am really relieved to have found this and can't believe it didn't hurt or leave that burning oil on me. Wow.

I love this product. I only need a few drops on a cotton wipe and it removes my concealer, primer, eyeshadow, liner and mascara quickly and effectively. The only, small downside is that I do find my lids are a little oily after usage, but I do not find it causes my lids to stay oily. I also use a drop of this on a Q-tip if I've made a small mistake while applying my eye makeup, and it works great!
Would definitely recommend this, and I will be purchasing it again!

LOVE. just love. Bought this because Sephora was out of my favorite remover (Korres Jasmine Eye makeup remover) and was quite pleased.
It's non-greasy, doesn't sting, a little goes a long way, and it easily removes my waterproof mascara.
I like the packaging, you can get just enough out, and it doesn't spill easily if you knock it over. It doesn't irritate my eyes, I can easily apply it to a q-tip to clean up messy eye application. It leaves a little powdery feeling, but that doesn't bother me, it's a silky fine layer and seems moisturizing.

I used up a whole bottle of Lancome's Bi-Facil Double Action eye makeup remover before I tried this. I admit I was a bit skeptical when I bought this thinking this wouldn't compare to the Bi-Facil, but I have to say, this is way more gentle and Bi-Facil is already really gentle. It does have a mild scent but it's pleasant and not overpowering. It is more on the pricier side, but it's worth it for the quality, plus they do give a pretty big bottle. Not instant love, but still learning to love it.

I really like this and I usually use Lancome waterproof remover. It's not greasy if you use a little but it can be if you use too much! Does a good job...$29 CDN so it's a better price than Lancome. I like the bottle too...would recommend.

This is one of the best eye makeup removers I've ever tried. It is light and non-greasy on my skin, and takes away makeup very quickly and easily. I don't have to rub my eyes to get off my makeup either. I find that I sometimes have to put a little on a cotton swab in order to get the liner off of my waterline and go over some of my h2o proof mascara, but when i do, the makeup comes off immediatly. It's a good remover and worth the money.

$26 USD for 4.2 oz. is a little expensive for a remover, but this product works really well! There's a mild scent and no burning sensation. Cute, nozzle-like packaging prevents me from pouring out too much. I would repurchase.

i have tried a ton of make-up removers but i find most leave a greasy film, stings my eyes, still leaves a lot of make-up behind or doesn't do anything. for a while now, i have been using cleansing wipes after removing make-up since it was necessary. even after using a toner, there were still traces of make-up and lots of it. so, i turned to this make-up remover and didn't expect it to be this good. after using this, i would use cleansing wipes as usual and there's nothing on the cleansing wipes!! i thought it was odd so i used a toner after and still nothing. when i looked at my eyes in the mirror, it looks super clean. i love this make-up remover, it's worth my money. =) i was so amazed with the results.

This is one of my favorite eye makeup removers because it gets waterproof eyeliner and mascara off quickly and easily. My eyes are sensitive to chemical products and so many makeup removers are too harsh; this one is gentle and does not sting at all. My only criticism is that they could be a bit more generous with the product- 4.2 ounces of product does not last very long if I use it daily. I would love it if they make this 6 ounces or more for the same cost.
