Faithful use of this serum. Applying it overnight, my skin feels smooth and visibly clear.
Amazing.
If you find it too thick and sticky, I dilute the serum with Uriage Thermal Water so that it will spread easier.

My skin feels good after applying the serum at night.
Amazing.

Initially i disliked the sticky feeling. But these days, I diluted one squirt of the serum to 3 sprays of Evian/Uriage spring water. Feels just as good and not so sticky and easier to spread on the face.

I bought this in a kit recommended for rosacea. I wanted to try other Neostrata items since I love the ultra moisturizing night cream. Yes, this goes on slightly sticky but it dries quickly and forms a film that is not drying or flaky. I don't use this under makeup, only at night because of that. In the morning my face looks noticeably improved with my red marks from breakouts diminished and my skintone more even. I have had an occasional breakout and it may be because of this serum so I have cut back to every other night. Undecided if I would buy again since I've only been using for a couple of weeks but I like what I'm seeing so far.

It seems didnt work for me. When I first open the bottle, the pump is broken ... It is very sticky to apply. I used it for one month and didnt see any improvement. This serum is on pricy side and I am not impressed by its performence at all.

wonderfull
Vit C,E,A with good amount of a gentle exfoliant and the least preservatives and additionals,so simple and pure,the best thing that skin needs.
I reall love it and it helped with my acne,im 25 and I use it 3times per week at nights,It works great

Absolutely hated this product. It was fairly expensive, felt sticky and horrid on the skin, and also broke me out! Maybe it is better for mature skin but something in this really disagreed with my skin. Will never touch this again...

it brighten my face up on the first time i use it. face feel pump up no clog pores. a little expensive for 30ml.will buy it again.

UPDATE: Taking off a lippy. This created a whitehead/clogged pore purge the likes I've never seen before on my face. Practically every pore on my chin got clogged. Still dealing with the aftermath a month later. I think I can't handle the Retinyl Palmitate or the oily texture of this product.

Sigh. It seems like Neostrata works for everyone but me. I tried their Ultra Smoothing Lotion, which irritated me like nobody's business, and now I can say the same about the more "gentler" (supposedly) bionic serum. Caused redness and irritation-based little whiteheads/bumps. Can't believe they recommend this for rosacea. There is something about Neostrata's formulations that is super irritating, and I am using it on the least sensitive part of my skin! And the worst part (besides the fact that this is hella expensive) is that neither product ever cleared my acne, might have even made it worse. Even the pump sucked, broke on me twice, hard to pump out a small amount. Onward, to Garden of Wisdom, as I search for my HG acne fighter.

I started using this to replace vitamin C serum but then went back to the serum thinking that would be a better antioxident.
My face suffered because as well ha containing antioxidents, this is an exfoliator too.
I use this every morning, it keeps my skin clearer than using other blemish fighting products and even if it doesn't have the same benefits as using a vitamin c product, I think overall, it works very well for my combo/dryish skin.

I love this product!!!! I am 23 and have the occasional acne around my mouth, as well as redness. Since I have started using this Bionic Face Serum, I have gotten several compliments on my skin and complexion. And I have even noticed a difference which is rare with a product. I apply before bed and wake up with the smoothest, softest skin. The product is expensive and the bottle is small, but it's worth it. My skin looks great. It's OK to apply- kinda sticky so you have to smear it in fast before it dries. You have to wash your hand afterwards, too. Overall a great product that has cleared up my redness and acne irritation around my mouth. I had these tiny bumps on my chin that looked like they might erupt into full blown pimples at any moment, and this product decreased their size and they are slowly going away.

The products description states that it is an advanced anti-aging cream that will moisutrize and restore the skin. Also, repeated use may reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Younger women don't be mislead. If you have terribly dry skin, this is a must. I am a 17 year old and was directed to this product by my dermatologist. At first, I thought this was thick and made my face greasy and shiny. I opted to use only during the night, waking up with smooth skin. I couldn't figure out how I was expected to use this twice a day. I later found that I was using waaaayy too much. $60 for a 1.75 oz container is well worth it! I can go 6 months of this container. A must have for dry skin!

For my acne prone and sensitive skin, this is a good product. I cannot complain. It smooth out my skin, non irritating, non comedogenic. I do not see much effect other than smoothing out my skin a little for a week usage. But I will update later. I bought it from skinwest at a 30 or 40% discount. Not bad. BTW, I cannot tolerate benzol peroxide(irritating), salicylic acid(drying), retinoic acid(cause small zits) or glycolic acid(cause me lot of small zits), PHA is a good exfoliator for me now.

I have been using this product for two weeks now and feel so far so good!
I'm using it along with Neostrata Bionic lotion (pha 15) day and night and they have smoothed out my acne-prone skin a lot. My skin was quite hard to manage as it tend to break out with most of make up I wear, but since I started using this product, my skin has been doing well. They only down side is the serum is quite sticky, so I have to wait for about 20 mins before I can put pressed powder on, which is not a problem if you only use it at night time I suppose..

The PHA in the product is Lactobionic Acid. I would recommend it if you want a simple exfoliant with antioxidants. In an opaque glass jar w/pump, I think it is definitely packaged for stability. I've not had any problems putting moisturizer over it when needed. I apply it sparsely to avoid stickiness. If you can't tolerate AHAs and don't want a cream formulation PHA, go for it.

I liked this. There was perceptible brightening and smoothing. It’s quite tacky and has the distinctive chemical tang of all Neostrata products. I found it best not to let the serum dry completely before moisturising, as it would pill. It didn’t irritate or cause redness. I would buy it again.

Didn't work for me I'm afraid. Perhaps because I'd used an AHA/BHA product before I was expecting more noticeable results. My skin felt a little softer after using the serum but that's it. I think my skin needs more active ingredients to effect a result. It does seem very gentle, though, so probably would be OK for sensitive skin.

I never used this product line before. But thanks to MUA, I have found my answer to my problem skin. I've been dabbling in Glycohlic Acid Toner (DDF) for awhile, and had great improvement in my skin and acne scars. Recently I had eruption, while in South America. I came back with bad skin again. I needed a fix. I bought four items from this line,and they all worked dramaticly. I think the biggest wow came from the serum and the Gel Plus. The serum I put on at night, and gives me a wonderful glow. At first, I worried about putting a serum on my acne prone face. Happy to say this item didn't break me out. The Gel plus healed my face anywhere I needed, which I put on at night. The Ultra smoothing lotion is good too, which mix a dab with my sunscreen in the day. I also purchased the Lighting gel, which has dramaticly and quickly lightened the damage that was done down South. I will soon buy the toner and eye cream. Skin-etc.com seems the cheapest for this product line.

This is my HG! Though the price is steep, it is worth it. It smooth the skin and also gave me the radiance. Hydrating. I will re purchase again. :)

I love this and highly recommend it if you are sensitive to glycolic acid. This is 10% PHA and unlike glycolic or beta hydroxy acid products, the poly hydroxy is actually slightly moisturizing. This seems a little tacky at first but it sinks in well and dries to a smooth finish and I can definitely see a marked improvement when I'm faithful using this nightly. My face seems brighter and it helps with breakouts. I also like the opaque air tight pump to protect what's inside, and the addition of vitamin A, C & E in the product for antioxidant protection.

Really good, have used many many products with mixed reviews over the years but this is becmoing a favorite.
Just apply a small amount cos if u overdo it it kinda pills off in lumps. Has brightened my whole skin after about 2 weeks.
LIke it alot and will re-purchase
