A s/a at Saks used this color on me (from her own make up bag) as a highlighter in the color Tranquil Sands, even though it's an eyeshadow it's a wonderful highlighter, as with all of them you have to buff and use a great brush. At $3.00 I'm hooked and the packaging? I don't care about that, it's the product that delivers...I highly recommend this product it's a hg for me now!

I don't understand why everybody says these aren't pigmented. I recently bought a light purple color and light lilac looking color and although they were light, they appeared on my eyelids and lasted pretty much the whole day. I thought it would be hard because the colors were so light but I loved them. I recently went on a haul and bought 5 or 6 more colors. I haven't used them but I really have no complaints at all so I don't see why I would complain now. I would buy these again.

I bought two eyeshadows one in a light beige and the other in black. I applied a little bit of each on to my eye when I arrived home to see what it looked like. I washed it off a few a minutes later. I woke up the next day with a huge rash on my eyelids and underneath of my eye. The rash lasted for about 4 days. Not worth the risk!

I agree with everyone else. Just no.

No pigment, no lasting power, no shades that you cant find with another brand.

They could have done WAY better.

Maybelline Expertwear Eye Shadow in Night Sky. In the package, it looks black, however, it translates to a beautiful dark, smoky gray, very wearable on my fair skin.
Love, love , love the color. Downfall is that I haven't seen an eyeshadow that creases and fades as quick in this one in YEARS. So sad.

Terrible, terrible, terrible. Just read my giant rant/review on Cover Girl shadows because these are just as bad.

Terrible, chalky, couldn't get any on the brush. I bought because the colors looked good and the price is cheap - but the quality is very bad.

I was really disappointed by my purchase of the new, reformulated Expert Eyes trio in Watercolors (pale blue, pale green, pale pink). I tend to use pale shades a lot to open up my deep-set eyes, and I just do a color wash over the eyelid. These shadows just don't have a lot of pigment, and they are crumbly and difficult to apply. You *must* use an eyeshadow base with them if you don't want the color to fade within 30 minutes. I wear these over 3 layers of eye products (concealer, powder, and creme shadow) and they work OK that way, but they end up all looking like the same frosty white color by day's end. No thanks!

It's not pigmented at all!! Ok it is slightly but barely. I had to apply it like 10 times to give my eyelids a friggin color. I have oily lids so after like 1 hr, they're all crammed onto the creases and everything. I bought the quad palette thing with white shimmer, brown, pink and light beige. The white looks so cheap - it's just like a kiddie white glitter thing. The other 3 are better, but only by a fraction. I gave it to my 7 year old sister (who was delighted with it).

When I saw the Bermuda Sunset shade in the store, I thought it was a sort of orangey-pink eyeshadow. It was one of the cheaper-priced eyeshadow singles from Maybelline ($1.79) so I chose to try it. Turns out, it was actually more of a medium-dark pink. The shadow goes on light. Have to really press the sponge against the stuff to get some decent color. Even then, it doesn't really show, and fades quickly.

While the choice of colour is nice, the usability is horrible! I bought a set of purple/mauve shades and when I put them on my eyelids they didn't have the colour on the pallette AT ALL. The same thing happened with a pink shade I bought. Oh, and forget about layering with multiple colours!

I've been pretty dissapointed with these shadows. At first I loved the brand because of it's youthful colors. After trying it I realized this stuff doesn't even stay on your lids for an hour, except for the terrible crease it leaves. I would seriously not recommend this shadow to anyone.

I used to use this Maybelline product for a long time, and really liked the product at first and after a few months of using, it make my eyes really dry and flaky. My eyelids would crack and itch. It was terrible-kind of like really bad chapped lips :0/. And being someone who wears makeup all the time, I had to stop wearing makeup for awhile to allow my eyes heal. So with that said I wouldn't recommend buying this product if you have sensitive skin.

No pigment--you're honestly better off buying Wet 'N Wild eyeshadows. Wipes off almost instantly. Never again...

I bought this on sale for a dollar for a purple trio. I liked it. All three colours showed up on my skin tone, even an incredibly light brown and lavender coloured one. The dark coloured one, I swiped once or twice, and it gives me a very nice colour, not too dark for me to wear during the day.

I bought the Sunlit bronze quad and wanted so much to like it. The colors are gorgeous but sad to say that they did not show up on me/ not pigmented enough without having to swipe my eyeshadow at least 20 times. Would be great if you wanted just a tiny, tiny hint of color.

I have White Celedon and it isn't bad. It is a white eyeshadow with a green sheen if that makes any sense. Unlike the other reviewers I havent had any problems with my shadow except they now discontinued the shade. Oh well I got mine at Dollar Tree so Im not complaining, however this was the only one in this color, and now they only have Navy left and that does not suit my PPP skin at all.

um, EW!! i have a quad in Stone Age and it does NOTHING for me. at all. the palette gets so dusty with these awful metallic shades--dark brown, a golden-greeny yellow, silver, and a taupe. I prefer just about anything over these.

Ugh. Normally I'm a fan of most drugstore cosmetics and will give everything a chance, but this was, hands down, the worst shadow I've ever used. The texture was incredibly crumbly and not at all easy to blend--it was like reaching down, grabbing a handful of dirt, and trying to grind it into my lids. No idea how it wears since I was unable to successfully get it on my eyes to begin with!
