This causes nothing but oil seeds! I had no idea this was the cause until 2 months later. I used it twice a day after toner then followed by moisturiser. So I was on my Laneige Water Bank series regime. I thought the moisturiser was the cause since it contains Algae which aggravates and pores my pores but after I stopped using it for 1 month, the oil seeds increased. Then I realised that it had to be the emulsion.

I've finally gave into the korean skincare routine. It is very long and tedious, but if you think about it if you take care of yourself, your skin will show it visibly. On a daily basis use the 6-8 skin care routine, which consist of at least 6-8 products on my face. So far I use two toners, emulsion, essence, then cream at night. only acne that shows up is hormonal (so i've seen). at first i thought i was breaking out because of an allergic reaction. i still used the routine. my face is clearer. though im not fond of emulsion making my face look somewhat shiny. so minus one lippie. i also used benzoyl perioxide. sometimes i may switch the night cream to AHA's souffle. overall i would buy laneige again due to its potent effects in such a short time :)

*EDIT: Wanted to like it. Used it about a month. then i broke out around my chin and upper lip. i thought that maybe it was just hormonal. but then i read te packaging and saw it has alcohol. bummer. this moisturize broke me out like the neutrogena moisturizer. i switched back olay's active hydring for sensitive skin, the acne went away! lots of silicone in it so it may have contributed to the break outs. so disappoined. may switch to shu uemura's line if they dont have alcohol in their products!

This is a good moisturizer for the day time, I don't mind the stickiness afterwards at all. This really won't break you out, and I love the scent of it. Doesn't do anything special IMO.

I haven't gotten the actual product, the SA gave me 3 of these testers (total of 45ML), so I pretty much got the entire product for free!!!

I used this along with the Skin Arrange Refiner 2 (toner) for many years in my early-mid twenties. I'm asian with combination skin, and this was my introduction to Korean skincare. I felt like it agreed with my skin really well. It offered just the right amount of light watery moisture that I felt my combo skin needed. I liked the scent and pretty translucent glass packaging. I only stopped using it because it's hard to find now since Amore (parent company) seems to only be selling it at their own stores, which I'd have to go all the way to Koreatown for.

Not 100% sure what this emulsion is for. The SA told me it supposes to provide moisture and control oil at the same time. However i just didn't see any result at all.

Made my face feels abit sticky after awhile. Not suitable for my combination skin. The smell is nice tho. Will not re-purchase again.

My fren bought this for me in Korea & it was dirt cheap! It came as a set: a 130ml bot of this moisturiser, 170ml of toner & 2 masques for less than SGD80! Tho its glass packaging isn't very friendly, but its contents is just great. The feel on the skin is so light that I hardly wake up with any tinges of oil on my face. I use this faithfully with the Laneige Water Sleeping Pack & it wks wonders - my skin feels absolutely refreshed. I encountered absolutely no allergies with this top-selling brand in Korea! Thumbs up to the comforting, economical Laneige which is, FYI, highly demanded in Shanghai as well!

This moisterizer wrecked havoc on my sensitive skin. A strange growth with cysts and pus developed on my face after using it for a week. My beautician informed me that this is the result of skin allergy. After I've stopped using this, the growth went off. Beware if you've got sensitive skin.

I tried the samples of this and found that the scent is overwhelming. After using it for 3 days, my skin did feel smooth and supple however, I found little blemishes here and there. Not too sure if it's because I'm allergic to the scent. In addition, the red veins on my skin is more vivid.

I bought this emulsion while I was living in Shanghai. It was fine during winter but during the summer, it felt very sticky even when I avoided putting it on my oily T-zone.

A Superb moisturizer ! Moisture well and leave my skin so soft~
Reasonable price and last for long time~ A Must- Buy item from Laneige ~ I agree with many of you that the package is poor , bulky bottle and difficult to pour out but it doesn't bother me anyway~

This is good 'coz it's oil-free, therefore doesn't break me out. I've got combi-oily, blemish prone skin. I have dry patches of skin due to the tons of pimple gel I apply, and I only have to use this emulsion twice daily for 2 to 3 days, the dry patch is almost gone! But the rant is abt the packaging, just like everybody else. It's cheap for a counter brand, and large amount too, so I'll just have to live with it.

UPDATE: I've found a better moisturizer without the overwhelming scent in HABA.

I have been using the Laneige range since around 5 years ago. When These Water Manager range was launched I was excited enough to give it a go. The problem is, although I love the texture of this lotion, I hate the strong fragrance that goes with it. It should be more subtle in my opinion. Other complain goes to the packaging, why Lanaeige didn't come up with pumps and/or less heavy bottle I just don't have the clue. But at the end, I have to admit that the quality of the product is superb. For the price that I pay, and the result I gain from it I would suffer the packaging and the fragrance.

I love this product! I actually bought this in a set (Basic Skincare set) and this product non-oily and it is absorbed very fast.The packaging is very simple and clean, it's really nice looking in my bathroom. The only bad thing is that you have to keep shaking the bottle to get the lotion onto your hand which is tedious and dangerous as the bottle is pretty fragile, so I gotta shake it carefully. Overall, it makes my skin very smooth and does not make my face feel "stuffed" after applying moisturizer.This is my HG for me :)

Love this moisturiser! Just like what trigin said, it is abit watery but gets absorbed fast and leaves no sticky feeling on my face. My face just feels soft and supple. And I find it very reasonably priced too for a 130ml bottle, which will last me quite awhile. Love the light floral scent too.

A Very Good moisturiser!!! Works well to hydrate my skin optimally without feeling greasy or shiny! The gel-lotion texture is a bit watery, but after it's absorbed, my skins feels so smooth and dewy! Highly recommended! It has a floral fragrance, so those with very sensitive skins do test it out first before applying on face.
I"m asian chinese with normal skin type. This product is supposed to be for combi skins.

This moisturizer is great, really keeps my skin from drying out. I have to buy this at a Korean store and it's real expensive, around $26. But it lasts a long while. Only complaint is the packaging, I have a hard time getting it out of the bottle when it runs low.

This was a part of a combination skin trial pack that I got. This moisturizer absorbed really well and quickly and hydrated my combo/dry skin really well. I didn't have dry patches as with some of the other moisturizers out there and I didn't have oily areas either. I highly recommend this moisturizer!
