I've scoured the world for the best hair products, and honestly this is one of them for me. I rotate it with my other HG shampoos (It's a 10 Shampoo, Biolage Hydrating, and Kinky-Curly Knot Today) and I feel that it outperforms other sulfate-free shampoos even though it has SLES. It's very gentle and smells great, plus it leaves my hair very soft and smooth.

Smells like green apples and is very moisturizing, but it doesn't cleanse well for me. More suitable for those with heat damaged hair or hair that is chemically processed. But I will keep this on hand to use during those hot summer days in Cali since it does a decent job of controlling fly-aways.

Smell is to die for. If L'OREAL could package this as a fragrance, they would have a hit on their hands. I'm a swimmer and I already have dry colored hair so after the pool I always shampoo and condition. This stuff works well. It rids the shampoo and doesn't leave my hair stripped. I would buy again.

I bought this when I had non-relaxed super curly, super dry, super frizzy hair. It did absolutely nothing to combat any of those problems, even though it said it would. I may give it a few more try's since I'm now relaxed, but if it still doesn't work, I will use it as body wash or something.

This was not a hit for me. I have fine color treated hair that frizzes easily and I didn't think this shmpoo and cond worked to eliminate frizz at all. Overall as a shampoo and cond it's an ok product but I def. will not repurchase.

I think this is a great moisturizing shampoo. Though, I didn't see much of a difference in the friz factor. The shampoo did make a difference in the softness of my hair and kept it from being dry during the winter without making my scalp oily. I do recommend using a clarifying shampoo once in a while. It has a really nice fruity fresh scent. The short fat bottle is somewhat cumbersome because it doesn't allow for much room on shower shelves for anything else. For reference, I usually have oily scalp & roots with normal hair everywhere else. But since I've been pregnant, my hair has gotten drier.

Beautiful stuff! This truly unfrizzed my hair for the most part and kept it soft. It smells wonderful too. If your hair tends to get frizzy, dry, or is simply hard to control, this really is a great poduct for you.

I bought this because Sally's was out of my usual Nature's Therapy Mega Moisture shampoo. I didn't find this to be as moisturizing as Mega Moisture but it is still a good alternative. It made my hair soft but not weighed down. Has a great scent too.

I love this product. I've tried several professional shampoos and this one is not only comparable but maybe even better. It has a smoothing effect on the cuticle. I can comb through my hair before even applying conditioner. This shampoo is very moisturizing. I would recommend this product to people that have medium to coarse hair that is hard to manage. I would not recommend it for fine hair types because it might be to heavy. But I think everyone should use a clarfiying shampoo once in awhile cuz any shampoo can build up. Oh by the way smells like fresh apples. Try it its great.

This is a perfect product for all those with frizzy, hard-to-control hair. IT DOES WORK, gals. Though, after using it a couple of times, I have noticed that it makes my champagne blond hair a bit yellowish

I only use the Unfrizz Shampoo (Moisture Recovery Complex Cond.). The shampoo is very heavy and loaded with silicones. So its great for thick, coarse, heavy hair. Not recommended for fine hair or for acne prone skin because of all the cones. I will use up this bottle in the winter but will definitely find something lighter in the spring months. Heard huge raves for Nioxin and B2B.

I like it. Couldn't believe how smooth my hair actually felt while rinsing this stuff out - and it doesn't seem to build up much compared to other products.

I bought these in January along with the Taming Creme and they worked wonderfully for me then in the cold, dry weather. (I have thick, dry, frizz-prone hair) However, when I use them now in the hot sticky summer months, my hair just feels weighed down and even a little frizzy, even though they are supposed to protect from humidity. The scent's nice but gets to be a little strong after awhile. The price is great, however, and you only have to use a little of each at a time so they last a long while. I dislike the tub the conditioner comes in; it's awkward to handle in the shower. Definitely not for fine-haired people, however. All the oils in the products will weigh it down. It's worth checking out, though, for people who have thick dry hair.

I've only used the conditioner, but if you're like me - have thick wavy hair and actually *want* your conditioner to weigh your hair down a bit, then this is a great product to try. It keeps the frizz down and it's cheap. The only reason I removed one point is for the strong green apple fragrance. It isn't a bad smell, but just a bit too strong for my liking. Overall, a great product that I'll be repurchasing.

I like this combo, but prefer the Nature's Therapy Mega Moisture line. Now THAT'S great stuff! My "frizz" comes from overprocessing, so those with natural curls might have better results with this product.

I've only used the conditioner but it's great. Left on for about 15 minutes in the shower so I wasn't expecting fabulous results but I was pleasantly surprised! Frizz was reduced! Finally a product that does what it promises! Caution: this conditioner did not rinse completely clean. That's not a problem for me but may be for people with fine or thin hair.

i bought the shampoo at Sally's after reading the first review here, and i'm VERY happy with it! i have dry, coarse, color-treated hair, and my previous holy grail was L'oreal ColorVive shampoo for dry hair. i compared the ingredients for ColorVive with the ingredients for the Unfrizz shampoo, and they're similar (in different order, though--when i've compared Nature's Therapy products with Kerastase, they are VERY similar--K. is owned by L'oreal too, so the Nature's Therapy line is a GREAT deal!), with the addition of glycerin in the Unfrizz. my hair definitely feels smoother, softer, more manageable, and my semipermanent haircolor is NOT stripped at all, so this is probably my new holy grail!
