I have very very dry and chapped lips all the time. When I was buying other Clarins products, the SA recommend me this lipbalm which she claimed really feel nice on lips because she herself was using it. Well, I tend to believe experience-based recommendation and I was almost running out of lipbalm at that time so I bought it.
In daytime, it doesn't create lips-changing effect, but after I drink/eat, I still can feel the moisturizer stays for a while. I like my Banana Boat SPF 30 better.
Good thing is: I found that when I applied it generously at night, I'll wake up seeing the "lips dead skin" are ready to be wiped, revealing brand new, healty-look lips.
I'm not sure if I'll buy it again, but I do recommend it for night use.

I'm happier with my Labello lipbalm which is much cheaper than the Clarins.

This was expensive, and although it goes on nicely and seems to plump up the lips, I found it almost made my lips dry again shortly afterwards, so that was pretty irritating. Better sticking to a very basic lip balm than wasting money on this.

This was the only lip balm that worked on my super dry/ chapped/ peeling lips. Pregnancy somehow made my skin really dry, including my lips, and this lip balm made my lips better within 2 days. Will definitely repurchase.

Nice product but not an essential that I'd want to repurchase. I didnt notice anything more (treatment wise) than the layer sitting on top of my lips.

This is my HG lip balm. I use it every night before I go to sleep and I literally *never* have to use anything during the day except lip color. No flakes, no dryness, and no rough feeling lips. I will continue to use this for as long as Clarins produces it. The price is ridiculous- but it will pay for itself in the end. I highly recommend it.

I got the sample of this with a travelers bag from my very generous mom. It is awesome. its never sticky and moisturizes well. Not sure if I should buy one for the sake of having a bunch of lip balms laying around my room.

I have:
-very dry lips with deep lines, but no cracks nor dry peeling skin on my lips
- my lips are sensitive to a number of lip products. Like having an allery where a patch of my lips will swell up a little, and then it will dry up and you will see a dry patch and this makes lip stick application very uneven

So with the above problems, I am very cautious with lip products and am always in search of lip balms and lip sticks that will not dry and aggravate the problems I have.

This Lip Balm is a godsend - (and I've tried tons). After 1 night and 1 morning of use, my lips were plumped up which I've not seen in a long time! And yes, the 'allergy' issues did not surface with this balm.

The other tip that the Clarins beautician gave me was that I should massage the balm into my lips instead of just applying it and letting it stay there. Also if I am using this under skincare, like the in evening, I should also massage it out of my lip lines so as to moisturise and prevent vertical lip lines from forming, especially this is also one of my concerns.

Yes, I think, and I am quite sure this will be one of my staples. Paid Singapore $36 for this.

This is a lovely lip balm that retails for around $18 and comes packaged in a 15ml squeeze tube with a slant tip applicator. The balm itself is clear with a gentle shimmer and leaves lips feeling soft and moisturized with a slightly glossy sheen. The tube lasted me around 4 months so it is economical overall. Only negative is that the product did melt a bit when kept in my pocket. Good basic lip balm, but it ain't no Jack Black!

This has now been repackaged in a light blue tube (to "harmonize" with products in the "Hydra Quench" line. What a great lip treatment this is. It applies from an angle-tipped plastic squeeze tube and the product is very rich and hydrating. It's thick and sort of "waxy" rather than being oily, sticky and greasy like MAC's Lip Conditioner and a lot of other lip balms. I apply this at night, as part of my bed-time routine and when I wake in the morning, my lips are soft and smooth. No obnoxious scent (like Carmex or some others) and no greasy feel. I don't know how this performs under lipstick yet....I have to give it a try to see if the 2 products are compatible but even if they're not, this is just a terrific product for healing cracked, chapped lips or for preventing lips from chapping in the cold winter weather or when outside. I do wish they had a version with SPF for outdoor sports like skiiing or hiking, though. A definite must have item for me and it's something my husband and kids don't mind using when their lips are chapped.

Superb. Effectively mositurises with the added benefit of a honey-wax consistency that simply melts into lips. Knocks into a cocked hat Kiehl's and Eve Lom's balm profferings.

I really have to say this is the best lip balm I've ever tried. I've constantly battled dry chapped lips for ever and I've tried everything available at the drug store. This is my new HG!. The only downside to this lip balm is that it doesn't have SPF.

The feeling is thicker, slightly sticky balm but not waxy. I'd liken it to Jack Black lip balm from sephora, but with no apparent taste/smell. Even after I can't feel it on my lips anymore, they still feel hydrated and wonderful. I put this on at night over 100% shea butter balm and it's instant heaven.

I have VERY dry, cracked lips and this stuff is great! I feel like I have tried every lip product there is, but this stuff actually works instantly, and stays on too! It is a little on the pricer side for a lip balm, but if it does the job, it is worth it, instead of continually buying cheaper products that do not work!

I'm so glad I bought this Moisture Replenishing Lip Balm with Essential Rose Wax. It is extremely moisturizing. I love the very soft rose-scent and the feeling once applied on the lips. It lasts quite long and is completely without color, it just gives the lips a nice sheen to them. The blue packaging is very classic and convenient to use with the slanted tip applicator. Even though the price is high I'd repurchase. Love it.

I bough it because the Clarins beauty consultant recommended on it.
It feels very nice on the lips, but to tell that it did something to my lips?? Nada. Same feeling and impact that 2 bucks moisture can make

wow wow wow! Love this. I found this at my local TJMaxx and soooo glad i bought it. This made my lips incredibly soft and chapless. The smell is very ordinary, and the same thing with the taste (think DS lipgloss), but regardless, i love how it does good for my lips. I'll be going back to TJMaxx and purchase more of this. 0.46oz or 15mL

I first got a sample tube of this when I purchased an eyeshadow. I have dry lips, and this product is one of the very very few that actually does what it says it does. My lips feel smoother, less dry, and much much softer!!
If you can afford to get it, I recommend you do!
I've purchased a full size tube off the net, and can't wait to get back into using it again!
The only thing I wish Clarins did was produce prettier packaging, but oh well, you can't always win haha!

I am on my third tube of it. Love the smell, the feel, love everything about it. It lasts fairly long, and it does not have any taste. It is one of the best lip conditioning treatments I have tried, and really nice to apply prior to bedtime. It sets the nice calm mood for me

This lip balm does the job but it's not the best, so not worth the price. Jurlique's lip balm is the best by far, it softens your lips, heals chapped skin instantly, and on top of it, it erases all lip lines.
