The normal price is high, but worth it since you don't need to apply so much. I do really enjoy this balm. This stuff really works on dry lips. I know that's not convincing, but I bought 5 other lip balms before trying this brand. And none were satisfactory. Even during my better lip days, I love the smooth buttery coating. It's not too thick and not greasy at all. It has better than average staying power. There's also no gross taste and no sweetener. I have the Cardamom and Rose-Mint since they are the only ones I could find on sale. Man, the scents are right on. But not irritably strong. I do think this is a unisex lip balm...it doesn't give extreme glossy finish and there are scents that can please both sexes. I'm so happy to find this, and I hope the other "flavors" are available.

Hands down my favourite lip balm! Nothing else I've ever tried seems to nourish my lips as well as this does! And it comes in such unusual yummy flavours like: Cardamom, Mango, Ginger, Passion fruit, Ginger, Rose-Mint, Nectarine...

I have this lip balm in cardamom. It is my all-time favorite lip balm for it's scent, texture and taste. I am interested in trying the other scents (especially "rose mint") however I can't get myself to stop using the cardamom. It is not that my lips are addicted to the balm but that my senses are addicted to the experience. It is a true cardamom scent and taste (although I don't recommend eating it). Upon application your lips mught feel a bit tingly, as with current lip plumpers on the market today. Although this is not a "lip-plumper", as a previous reviewer stated, your lips MIGHT plump-up a little and turn pinker (mine do); this is probably due to the concentrated formula. For me, this is a bonus. As far as the consistency, it goes on slightly thick and waxy which is great for cold weather protection and nighttime moisture. I wear it, however, in all seasons and at all times (if I am not wearing lipstick or gloss). Other added bonuses? My husband begs me to put it on (cardomom is his favorite scent) and it does add a slight gleam to my lips because of it's waxy quality. Oh yeah, and by the way, it does help freshen your breath too (as well as a lip balm can.)

I just got the rose mint and I absolutely love it. My lips feel softer than they have in a very long time. With winter coming, this is my new favorite. I want to try the ginger next.

These are kinda pricey. They work fairly well though... I have used these in Cardamom, Rose-Mint, and Vetiver. Cardamom is very potent and definitely acts as a spicy perfume after application... while the rose-mint is a unique and milder concoction. Vetiver tastes real bitter to me, and actually makes my lips puffy and red! Maybe it's just an allergic reaction for me though. Decent balms and have good moisturizing qualities.

I have two of these (Vetiver and Cardamon). The texture is a bit waxy, so it makes a good base under lipstick. Because of the texture, however, I find that these are better for keeping lips soft, as opposed to healing lips that are already seriously chapped. I love the smell, though, and I look forward to trying out some of the other scents.

I purchased this lip balm in Ginger from lipmedic.com, and am so delighted with it! It has a wonderful texture, moistures beautifully and tastes great too! Will definately repurchase, and I can't wait to try their other flavors.

I have two of these, one in Rose-Mint and the other in Cardamon. I absolutely adore them! The Rose-Mint is a light rose scent with a faint cool wisp of mint in the background. Cardamon is nice and has a mildly spicy scent, more like something in an Indian dessert than a cinnamon stick sort of spice. They manage to smell and taste true to the names without any sugary sweetness that plagues most other balms while doing a great job at keeping lips soft. I can't wait to try the rest of the "flavors" from this line!
