The worst masara ever! It does not come offff from my lashes, WTF i used several eye makeup removers to take this crap off - i am returning it right back. Also gave me a headache right after i applied it. plz go to cvs and buy voluminous million lashes mascara for less than ten bucks; it works the best.

I don't think there is any super special about this product. It works too a certain amount of decency, however it's not the best I've tried. It doesn't build my lashes' length up too much and I don't feel my lashes are as thick as they can be (from previous mascaras I've tried). This is an so-so, okay mascara.

I was so disappointed by this mascara. It doesn't thicken or lengthen my lashes. I've tried drugstore brands that are far superior to this high end mascara. I tried and tried to build my lashes with this mascara - but nothing!! I suppose someone going for the natural look could like this mascara but I expect my mascara to work harder for its money. I will definately not repurchase!!

If you like the new Neutrogena Healthy Volume, or, I guess I mean if you like what Neutrogena Healthy Volume is trying to do, i.e,.give you healthy looking yet high impact lashes -- well, this mascara pulls it off, unlike Neutrogena.

I tried the water-resistant, not the waterproof, in regular black. It lasted perfectly and only smudged where I didn't sop up enough of the rosehip oil I use around my eyes.

My lashes looked fantastic -- much longer. And I think it's much more highly pigmented than other brands, because even though the thickening is negligible, compared to say, lashblast, the overall effect is that your eyes look just as big, except your lashes are more natural and defined. (It's a really good black -- made my eyes look a bit less bloodshot). Plus, it really easy and quick to apply.

If I had the money (I'm out of work, it was a freebie), I'd definitely, definitely definitely say this one is worth the money. Definitely Definitely. I mean, my lashes actually looked kind of expensive.

Please if anybody knows where to find it for less than $23, pm me. I'm horrified of mislaying this tube.

This is my new favourite mascara. I've found many mascaras that do indeed thicken and lengthen the lashes, but have found the result to be very artificial and too 'made-up' for day wear. This mascara doesn't clump, separates lashes beautifully and gives me a clean, natural look. I use a heated curler to spread and separate my lashes and then gently brush this on for a very pretty, natural effect.

This is the best mascara I have tried in a while. It is non-clumpy without being too watery. I can't even believe how smooth it applies, without leaving clumps or anything. It does not smudge throughout the day and was really easy to remove at night. My favorite mascara of the moment, for sure.

This mascara is pretty good. Doesn't flake or smudge or irritate my eyes. Normally I would not use a brush that had such wide gaps between the bristles as I have very sparse lashes and they tend to cause spider eyes - but this brush works good and the mascara is nice.

Like many women, I have HG products and Number 2 products, which are products I will use should my HG be unavailable or I am poor. Inimitable is my HG, Nars Bamboo is my Number 2. I also switch mascara every three months like a good girl because my eyes are sensitive. I don't like obvious mascara. Now one would think that someone going to Nars would expect an OTT mascara but their mascara is slightly watery and gives definition and volume without major length. I get this in bamboo when I want to save the ten extra francs of buying Chanel and it does everything inimitable does for me- a bit of color, not too much length, just definition.

The story of my life: I find "natural" at Nars and Mac.

Another odd man out...I am not a mascara know it all, but this does exactly what I was looking for, isn't flaky or cakey, and adds length and definition whilst looking as natural as humanly possible. I would buy it again, but I am so tempted to try Diorshow.
I think it is perfect if you are looking for a natural looking mascara though. I give it only 4 lippies because there is probably a cheaper one that has the same effect, I just haven't found it!

This stuff irritated my eyes something awful, and I've never had a mascara do that before! Besides that, it smudged terribly. It's waaay overpriced, and I won't be repurchasing!

I know I'm the odd-man out here, but the Bamboo mascara is exactly what I was looking for. My lashes are average, and this gives them that extra kick without seeming unnatural. The pigment is perfect for my fair complexion and dark brown hair. It lengthens without being spidery, and it is very easy to remove at night. Also, I have allergies, and I started rubbing my eyes, forgetting that I was wearing mascara. I freaked out and ran to the bathroom, expecting it to be all over my face. Not at all!!! It stayed right on my lashes, fresh as ever. Love it!

I love Nars, but I HATE this mascara. It made my eyes water & burn until I removed it, and gave me one big clump of an eyelash. Luckily, the SA gave it to me for free when I bought some other stuff. It must not sell well, lol.

I just had a makeover at NARS and I love most of the stuff .. blush, e/s, multiple but not this mascara. It smudged badly and everyone asked me that what's wrong with my eyes? then when I saw myself in the mirror i was like OMG...I look like a panda! Luckily I didnt buy it coz if i had, i'd have been really disappointed. I will never try it again and will never recommend it to anyone i know. Don't waste your money on this stuff and go for something like Lancome, Anna Sui etc.

More of a lash tint, I love the consistency. Great staying power, very natural looking, perfect everyday mascara.

Absolutely fabulous!!! I love this mascara because it dries quickly. My lashes are very straight and stubborn, and I need to use a lash curler. That works fine, but most mascaras I have tried take too long to dry and my lashes straighten out. But not with this one! And it doesn't flake or clump. I plan to continue using this forever!

Crap. Crap that smells like rosewater... but still crap. If you want subtle mascara go with Shu Uemuras basic formula, this mascara just makes lashes look spidery and it gets EVERYWHERE. Crap I say!

I really like this product but I have pretty specific mascara needs that may not apply to most. First, I have a big problem with flakes from most brands that get in my contact lenses and really irritate my eyes. Nars never flakes and is the best one I've tried in this regard. Second, my lashes are fairly long and thick (but pale) to begin with, and I like a natural look for daytime, so the color is all I need. Like some reviewers, I do find that it can go on too wet, but you can get around this by removing excess mascara from the wand before applying it. The rose smell is very nice. It is easy to remove with gentle cleansers and doesn't irritate my eyelids like some other brands can. This is my staple for daytime; the only downside is that it doesn't add enough drama to your lashes for a night out, so I have a different mascara for going out.

NARS mascara really sucks. It smells good, but it sucks. Smudges easily and makes lashes look like spider legs... I wonder why they havent come out with a second formula, cause everyone that works for NARS hates this too.

I love NARS, but this mascara doesn't live up to the quality of the other products I've tried. It goes on a little skimpy...I have to apply more than one coat...which is a pain for me, and seems to wear off somewhat(is that possible?). I find my eyelashes that curled nicely upon application, are droopy(normal) after a few hours. This smears pretty easily too and takes a long time to dry down. It's not clumpy, and that's a good quality, but nor is as dramatic as I'd like. I wouldn't buy again.
