I'm so glad I found this product! I was offered a sample, used it and afterwards I purchased my own tube.
I like the thin lotion-y texture, the slightly herbal smell and the natural ingredients.
But most of all I love how soft, shiny and strong feeling leaves my hair. It also prevents freeze and tames flyways better and longer than anything else I have tried.
I just use a pea size amount after styling concentraiting at the ends and won't weighten my hair down. Haven't noticed tremendous difference when it comes to split ends but overall I believe it's worth it!

I have very oily roots in my hair, however, my ends are extremely dry! This is most likely due to my hair being balayaged. It is so dry that when my hairdressers were cutting my hair, the scissors wouldn't even slide smoothly in some parts. I've tried dry oils (Nuxe huile prodigieuse & Caudalie divine oil), Aveda Damage Remedy Restructuring Treatment and Aesop violet leaf hair balm. Despite these products working on my hair, Phyto 7 ALWAYS leaves my hair looking so soft and healthy yet not weighed down (due to my oily roots)! I can use it when my hair is wet and dry and it still gives me beautiful very HEALTHY looking hair every time. I also love how it absorbs so easily and there is no oily residue. The only MINOR downfall is the new gold metal packaging, it can be annoying because its easily dented so when I open the lid product can go everywhere. But this can easily be forgiven due to how great this product works.

Just starting using this company's products. So far, love this on my hair. I have fine looong color treated hair. It is straight and I have a lot of it. This feels good and absorbs in my hair, leaving no heavy residue.
Just did a review on the panama shampoo by phyto, if you ladies ever have oily scalp or problems with shampoo putting residue on your scap, try the phyto panama :)

I love this! I have long, fine, color-treated hair and I do not use silicones or sulfates. I have been looking for a product that actually moisturizes my hair rather than just sealing it and locking moisture out. This does the trick beautifully and does not weigh my hair down or make it look greasy or limp the next day.

I use a pea-sized dab and run it evenly through towel-dried hair. I usually blow-dry it, but sometimes I don't. If I need a little more when my hair is dry, I use a very small amount. I noticed a difference after the first use, but now that I've used it for 2 weeks, I really see a difference. My hair is very soft and silky.

I used this years ago when I had short hair, and thought I'd try it again. I bought it at Sephora this summer in a great package deal that included several mini Phyto products. I have long hair past my brastrap that's quite fine (though lots of it) and was recently braiding it when I realized I don't have split ends! And my last haircut was six months ago! Pretty astounding, and quite possibly a life first ;-)

The only thing I've changed in my hair routine is including Phyto 7, and using their Express Conditioner for coloured hair. I've been using both for 5 months now and my hair looks a-ma-zing. Seriously.

I can see how their products might not work for everyone (people with fine hair seem to do well) but I can't think of any other product range that visibly improves the condition of my hair without weighing it down. One caveat: don't expect instant results! Products without silicone probably won't make your hair super smooth and shiny after the first use, but they are working and will actually improve the condition of your hair, instead of masking the problem.

The price? Well, it is awfully expensive in Canada. The small tube has lasted me 5 months (not too bad) and costs about $30. I've seen economy sizes on Ebay for pretty cheap, so that's probably what I'll get next, unless Phyto puts out more of the packages with free minis.

I love this stuff. I just started using it again. I have a highlighted POB cut and it tends to get dry. I also travel, so airplanes really dry you out, especially my skin and hair. This is light and not greasy. I will most likely repurchase, small size and pricey though. :)

I heard about this product in one of Lisa Eldridges videos and my first thought was "Weird, a moisturizer for my hair" and then I thought "I have to try that out".
As I live near the french border, I can easily get this at any pharmacy and itīs not that expensive. I paid 13 Euros for a tube of 50 ml.
My hair is straight with a slight wave, shoulderlenght and I have fine hair but a mass of hair. Any thing too heavy will weigh my hair down. I struggle with more greasy hair on top and drier ends.
As my hair is not coloured and I donīt use styling tools, I needed more moisture for my hair, less oils.
The Phyto 7 has a white gel-cream texture, that melts into a serum-like consistency when you warm it in your palms and spread it on your hair. Not greasy and you donīt have to be too careful how much you put in as your hair soaks it up.
I tested the Phyto 7 both ways, on dry hair and on damp hair.
Both ways, I get fantastic results.
On damp hair, it makes my hair supersoft, shiny and healthy after blowdrying it.
On dry hair, it prevents frizz and makes my ends look healthy and glossy. It didnīt weigh my hair down or took the volume out of my hair.
I put it in my hair, whenever I feel that my hair needs a little pampering.
I take it with me on my beach holiday to protect and moisturize my hair after a long day in the sun and I guess itīs gonna be great for that too.
It really is a moisturizer for the hair, so the name is totally correct.
I used to put Avedaīs light elements texturizing cream in my hair, but the Phyto 7 is way better and cheaper.
And I donīt like to use products with silicones in my hair, so Phyto is a perfect cream with loads of plant extracts and oils in it to nourish and protect the hair.
Love it and recommend it.

I really loved the idea of a moisturizing cream for my hair, I thought of this like some sort of daycream for hair. My hair is long, straight and kinda dry so I need some moisture in my hair. I tried this on dry hair got no results, I tried this after showering on damp hair and got no results then I tried it before blow drying and still no results?? I really don't know what this does for hair, on my hair it does nothing! I don't notice anything different about my hair after I used this, it's not softer, smoother or shinier so for me it's just a waste of money.

If I had straight hair or really thick, hard to pull out curls, I think I would really enjoy this (not to mention the extra money to keep spending on this at $26 for a small tube). However, I have very, very fine wavy/curly hair. If I apply this on damp hair, my hair is left flat. If I apply to dry hair, it pulls out my curls (if I try applying mid shaft or to the ends alone). I have even tried scrunching with this to still end up with droopy curls. Also some times I can't rake through my curls with out pulling them out. And this felt like it should be raked through dry hair. Seems like a lovely product if you have the right hair for it & the extra cash to blow. It didn't rock my world at all; I ended up returning it.

One of the products, I never knew existed. A moisturiser for hair, thaaat sounded weird to me at first. But ingredients looked promising, and after using this for a few weeks I can say that I will definetely repurchase. It's a daily hydrating cream for hair that you use either in your towel-dry hair or just on dry hair. I usually use this on dry hair and it works wonders! I live in a cold climate and all the dry heat indoors can really wreak havoc on my hair and make it look dull and lifeless. I use just a small amount about the size of the nail on my little finger, rub it in my hands and run my hands through midlengths to ends. It just makes my straight blonde hair look styled - without any effort. I haven't had a product do that since I discovered Ciment Termique and that product DOES take some work to use (with the hairdryer). This is such a great quick fix, I keep it in my handbag and use it if I need my hair to look nice in an instant. I have fine hair and this does not weigh it down at all. I do not use sulphate shampoos and have not experienced any builup whatsoever. Really great product, especially for those of us that want to avoid silicones.

This will be pretty much the same review I have for Phyto 9 because for me they are interchangeable products: i just use whichever one I pick up off the shelf. I have soft, baby fine hair and I have a really hard time with conditioners being too heavy or too full of silicones. Shampoo wise, I also tend to use baby shampoos (for my baby hair) so I was looking for a conditioner that wasn't too heavy and was preferably leave-in and without 'cones. I use about a hazelnut size for my shoulder length hair and one tube lasts me four or five months. I'm a bad girl who washes her hair every day, so this is with daily use. I think it is a great, gentle product for fine hair.

Awesome leave in conditioner, gives my hair the extra moisture it needs & does not weigh my hair down. For reference, I have fine, thin, long, chemically straightened hair that is washed every day. This is a HG product for me & will be buying again. It is expensive but I bought it when Ulta had a 20% coupon around Xmas that didn't have the usual exclusions.

i just went back to this recently after forgetting about how much i used to like it years ago. it is a wonderful lightweight leave-in hair cream. my hair type is straight basically healthy and not colored or treated but has been very dehydrated and dry feeling from harsh shampoos and winter. yet it still gets kind of oily at the roots :( i'd never dream of putting something too heavy on my hair or i'd look majorly greasy. this cream is perfect! i just massage it onto the ends and let my hair air dry or blow dry, whichever. it makes it feel soft, hydrated and flexible, overall much healthier, not the brittle dry lackluster hair it was becoming. and it doesn't weight down my fine hair or make it look oily in the slightest. excellent product and will keep purchasing for sure.
i liked phyto 9 too a lot, but it's heavier, and since the climate is warm and humid where i live now i'd save that one for dry hair or dry climates.

I tried this product once at a salon. Im trying to convince myself that I love it but not too sure. My hair is a combination of dry and oily. It certainly made it much shinier and softer, yet so frizzy at the same time that I had to put almond oil to soothe it down. Weird.

It really fills a niche. It softens your hair, does not weigh it down, has no silicones, and has nothing but healthy ingredients. AND it works (granted you use enough). I know there are a lot of "natural" products that really don't do anything. I wish we had an american company like this - that stuck to plant-based ingredients such as phyto 7 & 9, but made things that actually worked... One can dream...

Again, as stated in my review for phyto 9, it is not designed to be a big frizz fighter. Curlies, if you are looking for a frizz fighter, you have to combine it with a gel or shaping lotion, or something with more binders. This softens your hair - there is a difference.

Having said all this, I have caucasian fine curly hair, but a lot of it. So my experience may be very different than someone with coarser hair. I have no idea if this would work well on coarser hair or African, Asian, etc. hair types. I need something that won't weigh my curls down but that still will soften my hair and moisturize - this is one of the few leave-ins I will give a 5 lippie to for these purposes...

I love this! My HG hair product. I'm Asian living in a humid country. Just permed my hair and was looking for a product that would really hydrate it and not leave it looking dried out.
Not only does this hydrate my hair, it leaves it looking healthy and my curls have bounce in them too!
It is really expensive though. The recommendation is a pea-sized amount but I put about 5 pea-sized amounts for my shoulder-length curls. I scrunch it in while my hair is freshly showered (sitting in front of a fan) and it just dries wonderfully. Doesn't feel heavy or thick. No breakouts on neck either. Instead of using a hair-styling product when I leave my house, I just apply some of these and scrunch it in -- works beautifully. The hair-styling product I have tends to leave it looking dry, but this is great.
I also have (genetic) eczema on my scalp and this doesn't irritate it.

i loooooooove this product, and this comes from a hair product hater. i have straight fine hair and everything weights my hair down. with a tiny drop of this it does not happen: my hair is so soft, smooth and freeze free all they long. its amazing for a product without silicones. A+ considering it will last a year using it everyday, you get 50ml!

Used a sample of this, and it did a pretty good job as a leave-in conditioner and detangler, but didn't help much with frizz. I did not notice any extraordinary results, so at this price, I won't be purchasing a full size. This essentially seems like a more watered down version of the Phyto 9, which I also got a sample of. I would recommend the Phyto 9 over this for that reason, because you seem to get more bang for your buck.

HG status. Makes my hair look so healthy, softy and shiny. This is very expensive but a little goes a long way! ***EDIT*** I am going to discontinue using this because it actually made my neck and scalp breakout!!! I have never had a problem with this and hair products but once I discontinued use the weird breakouts diminished

Very nice, light leave-in conditioner. I have been using only for a couple weeks, but I am happy. I shampoo with either Phytocyan or Nioxin, then use this after toweling off. My fine, wavy hair is much less frizzy, soft and with good movement. Does not make it greasy or weigh it down. Because it is so light, it has not helped with wintertime static. Am still trying to find something to help those flyaways without being greasy!
