Hmm,,,,i am surprised by the good reviews preceeding me.
I have been using shu umura and some other cleansing oils like fancl, but i was least impressed with this one. Mainly not partial to its consistency to spread when applied and the after efffects on skin after rinsing.
I was not happy with the way the oil spread, unlike the other better brands i used, it did not spread out as well, and once water was added, it did not emulsify well. Once i finished rinsing, i still felt like i had a veil of oil on my face,,,with the other brands i use, after rinsing i feel refreshed and face cleased...it gives that feeling when you wash with johnson and johnsons baby oil,,,,leaves grimey oily texture on the face.
Given that it is still grimey you would like tpo think that it was extra heavy duty and went the extra mile to clear face of all MU, however i was again undewhelmed by its performance, and it also not good to use near waterline, as this one leaves a film over eye.
I have used this product over a months time frame and was not convinced by its negative attributes. Fancl has a lighter consistency and shu has better spreadablility and rinseability factor.
To top it off this one is more expensive than the other cleansing oils.

Another great oil remover, comes in a pump. the only cons is, I hate heavy scented product; so I gave it to my mom after a few use. the scent is pretty much the strongest I have come across in cleansing oil, stronger than shu uemura and if my memory serves me right, this bottle is more expensive than shu uemura.

This is a good cleansing oil cause it removes all the makeup for eyes, lips and face in 1-step. And it does a good job on getting all the waterproof mascara off. I much prefer this to shu's cleansing oil anytime!

I like this cleansing oil a lot. It smells nice. Light textured, yet cleans superbly well... in fact, I like better than Ayura and shu cleansing oil.
