Excellent product for dry skin like mine. No fragrance, absorbs well, can be used around the eyes, and keeps my skin well-hydrated all day. I used to have dry flakes on my cheeks easily (even when using other hydrating serums; am in aircon environment during the day time), but adding this to my daytime routine has solved this problem.

Only gripe is this is really expensive, even at the duty-free stores!

I bought this on account of the reviews here and I'm not dissapointed. I look more radiant in the mornings, and skin is clearer. I use it together with the SKII Clear Lotion and Stempower Moisturizer.

Have been using this product everyday for 1.5 week. After cleansing my face, I use a toner and this serum. My face is more hydrated and looks brighter. I don't wear makeup everyday anymore except for some concealer since I still get some spot and acne, my face appear more radiant so I actually like my face without makeup. This serum is really expensive at $160, I use less than a full pump each time. Does anyone knows how long this last.

Age: 30-35   Skin: Acne-prone, Dark, Warm   Hair: Black, Wavy, Coarse   Eyes: Black

types of skin : oily but dehydrated skin, acne prone, severe types of acne, very sensitive, big pores, commedones everywhere...
My skin : deep acne scars, full of dark spots and red marks and sometimes feel itchy and irritated - not to mention lingering cystic acne and pustules.

cons :
I see absolutely no improvement whatsoever on the overall texture and look of my skin. nothing. I've stupidly bought 3 bottles and since it doesnt aggravate my skin, I' m trying to use them up, so overall I have used this serum for a year (!) and yup nothing happened.
I have many many dark spots and red marks resulting from continuous acne bouts and though I understand not to expect overnight miracle but at least I was hoping this serum with its exorbitant price would help make the dark spots/red marks lighten faster or soothes my irritated acne cystic face or somehow make my pores smaller. None of the expectation are met. So, no , will not buy again. I have better results with artistry whitening serum for my spesific expectation as I mentioned above and for a lot cheaper price. pfftt...

UPDATE 2 Nov 2012 : after stop using SKii line (cleansing oil, face wash, toner, serum) my clogged pores dissapeared. Apparently my skin can not take this pitera ingredients. silly me, using the whole line for over a year and not realizing this is one of the culprit for my horrible breakout.

For the price I was expecting a bit more. (Erno Lazlo comes to mind as having superior serums.) With this I think my complexion is maybe less dull? Maybe. It's that subtle.

I use it only in the mornings. I have Renova at night. This goes on ok. A pea does the job. It's a sticky gel but absorbs quickly. Doesn't break me out, at least not in California. But something is majorly clogging my pores whilst in the humid tropics now... Not sure who's the culprit yet.

Maybe I need to use it more or longer but at this point I'm not sure if it's worth it. I also use their toner (treatment essence); that product appears to be even more useless.

SKII Repair C REALLY WORKS! Softer skin, visibly refined pores and hydrated skin and refined skin tone. I have used SKII products before but found no real visible difference (essence, cleanser, toner, moisturizer) so moved on to try other brands. I recently had a large scratch near my eye area and used this product twice daily with the essence and it healed much faster than usual and left my skin near my eye area really soft. After that, I applied the product to my entire face and had amazing results within a week. At first my skin broke out but once that quickly cleared out I have had the best skin I have had in my life. My skin feels so much smoother to the touch and my oily but dehydrated skin which gets flaky in winter has not had that problem this winter. I have foregone all my weekly mask/ exfoliation regimen, etc coz its no longer necessary. I told my mum about the results and she too started using the product and got many compliments of her improved skin texture within 2 weeks. Now I use half a pump once a day on toned skin (makes it stretch a bit further) and the results are the same. I can even walk out the door without foundation which has not been the case in in the last 10 years or so. I have sensitized skin and usually use a range of products from decleor, elemis, Neal's yard, dermalogica. I've also tried a large range of products (am in late 20s and have always had problematic skin) and have never bothered to leave a review because none seemed worthy until this!

Yes Yes Yes!!!! I will buy this item again... I love the pump! AND my pores shrunk! Onto my second bottle now!

I was given the 1st bottle of 15ml as a gift in a lucky draw. It lasted me 2 months (used it morning and night). At first, I was very adamant in using any SKll products because of mixed reviews but the Beautician at SKll Spa convinced me to try it out. Now, there is no turning back!

My first bottle of Repair C was used in-conjunction with the Clear Lotion and Treatment Essence only and the result was shrinking pores. I couldn't believe it myself when my enlarged pores shrunk after a week of usage. The results stayed for at least a month after I finished the 1st bottle and had no time to make a repurchase until later.

Repair C is watery and non-oily in texture and absorbs almost immediately into the skin. I love the fact that it can be used around the eye area (extra treatment prior to applying my daily eye moisturiser).

This is one item I cannot live without!!!!!!!

I bought the 15mL size at a cosmetic roadshow sales to try. The "C" stands for concentrate as what other reviewers have mentioned earlier on. This product is the concentrate of the Facial Treatment Essence aka Miracle water. Some view the repair C as serum and the consistency of the liquid is rather syrupy feel. Therefore, do not apply too much lest skin feels too rich and sticky. A half pump press amount which equivalent to a dope size is more than sufficient for application.

This is product actually works for me! I have a habit of squeezing my own pimple and squeezed burst a rather big pimple recently at the check area. It was badly bruised despite cooling on the bruised area with ice. My beautician did not even dare to touch it and told me that it was likely to leave me a permanent scare even if it healed. So I tried this repair C half-hoping it could reduce my bruised pimple and it did !!! The redness reduced greatly and the bruised area beginning to heal well - no dented surface, thank goodness. It still pinkish after 2 weeks of night application on daily basis and it can be easily concealed with ease using just BB cream. I would definitely buy this product again!

This product is a life-saver. I've been using this for at least 5 months, and the after effect was obvious immediately - brighter, softer skin. It's a must-have if your skin is slightly dehydrated. I use this every night and wake up to radiant and hydrated skin. I can see myself using this for a long time.

My skin is intolerant to Pitera, but I thought I might add this bit of clarification. The "C" stands not for "vitamin C" but "concentrate". This is concentrated Pitera, designed to hydrate and repair and brighten, everything the Facial Treatment Essence claims, and if you're interested in investing in just one SKII product, this is what I would recommend, because of its potency. It is also an excellent hyaluronic acid serum, albeit a very expensive one.

I woke up to very, and i mean very, visible pores recently, so I tried this sample and the signature cream for 2 weeks. The repair c twice a day and signature cream at night. They made my face extremely oily, broke me out in 4-5 little bumps within the first few days. My night routine usually consists of normal cleanser and occasionally skII facial treatment essence, which is practically nothing. So I thought, ok, maybe the cream was too much for my skin, so I stopped that. So repair c for one more week. Bumps remained, although no new bumps, but one new red pimple. Ok, maybe now it was all too much for my skin. So I stopped and went to my tried and tested trinity of skII cleanser, skII toner and skII FTE. Within one night, the pimple shrunk and day two, it was just a spot.

So would I buy repair c and signature cream again? cream no, repair c..hmm I don't know. It breaks me out slightly, but, and it's a huge BUT, it does reduce and shrinks my visible pores to not so visible and make the skin appear much smoother (except for the bumps).

A truely gorgeous serum!!!! I would slather this stuff all over my body if I could afford to!!! I use this at night as it's quite expensive (I have a different serum for daytime) & must admit, my skin is smooth & hydrated because of this beauty. I don't find it has a scent, I love that it's in a hygenic pump dispenser (except I think it does waste a bit at the bottom of the bottle when it's nearly finished) & I love that it makes my skin feel beautiful & look radiant. I've bought this may times now & will continue to buy in the future.

I've used SKII products previously like the essence, mask, cleanser and clear lotion and they all did nothing for me. That was about 4 years ago...I got a trial size of the Repair C recently just for fun. This stuff works for me so well! I am so glad I bought it. It is slimy-ish, yet goes on well, not sticky. The effects can be seen when you put in on at night and wake up in the morning. Skin definitely feels smoother. My pores have definitely become better and even my beautician says so! That may also be because I alternate this with Skinceuticals Renew Overnight Oily which I will review soon.

I really really love this product. It gives you that supple glowing skin from the very beginning you put the product on your face. I use this after I put on the Facial Treatment Essence and then follow with SKII moisturizer. I only use it at night but I feel that my skin is getting much better after I add the Repair C to my regimen. This is the one product that I think I can't live without. It improves my skin in the morning and the difference is for you to see it when you wake up in the morning.

I would have to say that I love this product! Although I don't feel it does much for moiturizing my skin but after I apply it at night, the next morning my face looks dramatically smoother, softer and even toned. I would definitely recommend buying this product but it is very expensive for the amount you get.

The weather in Hong Kong was changing constantly - last week was so cold and dry, this week is so warm and moist. Most girls in my office have got few little red pumps because of allergy. I stopped using my regular Sulwhasoo skincare but there was little improvement only. So, I thought it's time to change skincare. I browsed many Japanese and Taiwan beauty websites, and read few Japanese and Hong Kong magazines ... and decided to give SKII a try.
I bought Facial Treatment Essence and Repair C and received many GWPs (Signs Totality, Eye Treatment Film, Cleansing Gel, Clear Lotion etc). I use Clear Lotion as toner, then use cotton pad to pat Facial Treatment Essence, and apply Repair C at night as special treatment, followed by Signs Totality. Repair C is 4x concentration of Facial Treatment Essence, so it is stronger. I tried it first this week and the next morning - wow, my skin looked like I had 8+ hours beauty sleep - invisible pores, clear skin (allergy and pumps gone), hydrated and glowing. Highly recommend this to anyone who needs special treatment.

Of all the SKII items i tried, this has to be the better one of the lot. the texture is quite light, however after 3 months of usage i didn't notice any visible difference of reduction of fine lines, skin was slightly more hydrated but you don't pay $$$ for just slight hydration! I think the SKII line would suit someone with thin fine normal skintype who needs some hydration imo.. not for the clogged prone or acne prone or what nots.
