I use this mask once a week. It is not too harsh, but it's strong enough to eat away dead skin cells. It makes my skin glow! It also helps to fade acne marks. It does not break my skin out which is important to me.

Love this mask, so far I have loved almost everything by Sage. Nothing has broke me out and it has improved the texture of my skin tremendously!!! This mask feels tingly for a couple minutes after I apply it, nothing I can't tolerate. I leave it on for about 15 minutes and rinse off and my face feels super clean and fresh. I like to use this if a feel a pimple starting because it usually stops it before it fully forms. Great stuff!

I'm not a mask kind of person & I always thought putting mask on is just a waste of time & that a mask is only a product that beauty companies invented to get more money. But after I try Sage MSSR Redefining Mask, boy, I was wrong! Don't get me wrong, I've tried different mask, even Proactiv Mask but nothing give any special result that worth mentioning (I have very oily & acne prone skin) - but Sage MSSR Redefining mask is so different! Don't know what's so different about it, but I swear after I put it on & rinse it well, my skin felt & looked sooo good. It looks so fresh & "sparkling"! ^.^ The active ingredients is 2%BHA, as well as: Stabilized Aloe Vera Cold Pressed, Glyceryl Stearate, Titanium Dioxide, Bee Propylis Gel, Mineral Oil, Hydrolyzed Safflower Oil, Sodium PCA, Kaolin, Magnesium Aluminum Silicate, Tetrasodium EDTA, Hydrolyzed Glycosaminoglycans, Propylparaben, Methylparaben, DMDM Hydantoin, Diazolidinyl Urea, Triethanolamine. FYI I have tried Sage Biological Redefining Mask, which is actually recommended for oily skin, but I found that my skin loves MSSR Mask much better than Biological Mask.

HG mask for me. I like the Hydrating one as well in the winter and also as a spot moisturizer. But as a "traditional" face mask this one rocks. It goes on like "mudd" and feels like a real beauty treatment. When I remove it my skin feels great and it really makes my combo skin normal all the way through. I don't find it drying on the dryer parts of my face--and I am not sure why it works for both oily and dry areas. But it does and I really, really like it. I actually do use less than is advised in the instructions and get exactly the same benefits as when I globbed it on. The mask does dry a bit if you use it thinly, but since I use a warm washcloth to remove it that isn't an issue. This is a keeper!

I have to say - I love this mask! I am not a hard-core Sager and I really only like this mask and the FZ. I use this mask pretty regularly, 1-2x/week, and I believe it has made a difference. My skin looks smoother and clearer than it has in years. I think it works best in conjunction with a good skin-care routine but it's probably not a miracle worker in itself. It does leave my skin clear and glowing the rest of the day, though, and I have noticed that I break out far less when I use it regularly. Pricey but a half-size tub lasted me six months. I should add that I *don't* use as thick a layer as I should and that it usually dries a little in places. But I haven't noticed a difference and I am not sure what science the instructions are based on!

I love this mask. I put Old Lady Cream under it as a base because it tends to make my skin too tingly if I don't. I have sensitive skin and this has never made me breakout. I have a nice healthy glow when I wash it off and the next day my skin is very clear. I try and use this the night before special occasions to help my face look it's best.

I've only used this mask once but I am truly impressed! My skin is usually very oily and acne prone but I've been very dry & flaky lately so I decided to try this instead of my Bio Mask. The results were amazing! All of the flaky skin is gone and I'm smooth again from one use! It is a little difficult to wash off... seems to take forever to get it all off but it's worth it! This has 2% BHA in it so if you're at all sensitive, make sure to use OLC first and leave on for 8 minutes only as it will sting! I will definitely re-purchase for the winter months when my skin tends to get dry with breakouts.

This mask was just OK--and I wasn't fond of the tingling sensation which truthfully was a bit irritating, I didn't like the scent of this at all.

I really like this mask. Yes, it's hard to wash off, but I don't mind. Usually, masks that tingle irritate my sensitive skin, but not this one. I leave it on for 8-10 minutes (do not let it dry!) then rinse it off with cool water and my skin is soft and smooth. I don't use this too much because I only have a sample size but the three times I've used it, I've been very happy with the results =) When I run out, I will more than likey repurchase.

LOVE this mask!
Usually, I don't think much of masks, I think they don't really "do" a whole lot, they are fun but I never see anything happen to my skin. This mask is different. It soothes, cools, and refines skin. Tightens pores and keeps oil in check. this is a true beauty treatment!

This is a version of the original Bio Mask without the menthol, with the addition of 2% salicylic acid. I don't know if the pH is such that the BHA can act as an effective exfoliant. Otherwise my review of the original Bio Mask applies to this one as well. When I'm done with my tub of this mask, I'll stick to the original because it's $5 less.
