Spicey! I pretty much love ALL MAC products, so this was a an easy one. I prefer natural lip colors and texture is really important for me, so I usually look for something that is close to this color when I'm shopping. Love the Caliente! It has fantastic color depth and shading. I use it with their Subculture Lip Liner and it's a perfect combo.

Caliente is a LE lippie from the Temperature Rising collection. It's quite complicated to describe this shade. Its warm w/hints of red orange, bit of purple, bronze & glitter wrapped in one. Its extremely frosty/glittery which may turn some away. Personally, it looks like there's more glitter than lip color.

This came out with the MAC Temperatures Rising collection in May 2013 for the summer with three other lipsticks and was the only one I got. MAC decided to go against the typical orange/coral/peach summer thing (although June is 'All About Orange' collection) which is pretty cool. I decided to get this one because it is truly a unique shade that I don't have anything close to. I have about 65 lipsticks and I know MAC's Oh, Oh, Oh is a little more purply but probably the most similar. However, I really hate purples so this is more up my alley. It's a VERY sparkly burgundy/copper/red color that comes in the Dazzle lipstick formula which is pretty rare for MAC. I am very fair (NW15) so this is definitely a bit dramatic but not so much where it needs to only be for the evening.

However, my problem is that the glitter will end up getting all over your face within a couple hours and it doesn't last very long at all. It looks great for the first hour or so though, so it's deceiving. Unfortunately, I wish it was a better formula, because the color is so unique and quite pretty, and I love the packaging for this collection.

I bought this, as I figured it wasn't your usual MAC lipstick. It's highly pigmented, and just full of sparkle.. well so is your face after it's worn off.

BEAUTIFUL color, and it looks amazing on, however it looks like I dipped my face in sparkles when it's worn off or when I'm taking my makeup off for the day.

Pros: Beautiful color, lasts a ilttle longer then usual, lips look moist
Cons: MUST Moisturize your lips like crazy before applying, after the colors gone, or your taking your makeup off --- your face is a glitter-ful mess.

I liked the packaging , and gave it 4 lippies, because it's not your usual black blah mac package, it's a metallic browish color, which fits in with they're Temperature Rising collection.
