I bought this foundation for myself for my birthday. I am so fair that it's rare I ever find a foundation that can work for me. The lightest shade is just the teensiest bit too dark, but unless you look close, you can't tell. But...wow the coverage of this is fantastic! I was looking for a powder foundation specifically since I like the no-makeup feel. I don't want anything heavy or that I can feel on my face. So most liquid, cream, etc foundations are out. I apply this with a sponge for medium to full coverage and it feels like there is nothing on my skin. And it covers everything...my redness and my blemishes. It doesn't cause me to break out or irritate my sensitive skin. It doesn't go cakey on me at all and my skin still looks like skin instead of makeup. I bought this for $22 at Sephora and I think that is a pretty good price for the quality of this makeup. In fact, I'm surprised it wasn't more. I like that the compact has a large mirror inside and that it is a magnetic case. My only complaint is that I wish there was more product in the compact! I've had this for 2 weeks now and the embossed 's' is already gone and I'm afraid I'll be hitting pan very soon. But for the quality, feel and coverage, I think I can bear to run out and get some more.

can't explain how amazed i am!!
i have a sensitive skin, with some pimples, rosacea, some dry patches and an oily T-zone..finding something to put on my face is soooooo hard!!...but this product was the biggest surprise!!
although being a powder it looked flawless even on my dry patches..it kept the oil away for at least 3 hours!and believe me,i am not kiding, it covered my rosacea and 80% of my pimples!!!!it looked air-brushed and the feeling was soooo smooth!!
even my bf that has no idea about makeup and stuff, said my face looks great with this!
aplying it with the sponge it comes with, provides a medium-full coverage..aplying it with a brush, it leaves a light-medium coverage, yet a very even compexion.
the packaging is great..slim,hygienic as the sponge is in a separated place and with a big enough mirror.
it retails for 15euros here in Greece, but i got it half price as a discount.
i'll go and buy more to keep them in store! :P

Ok so I recently got back from vacation very tanned and was just looking for a light powder foundation to have while I'm dark. I went to Sephora and had them match my skin and the lady suggested this. I was a skeptic at first because it is Sephora brand & I usually will wear Cle de Peau or Giorgio Armani foundations but I did want something cheaper. This powder is very nice. The color matches me perfectly. For a light, sheer coverage- use a brush to apply. If you want a little more coverage then use the sponge that comes along with the compact. Also, the packaging is great. So sleek and has a nice mirror.

Now THIS is a good foundation! The color range is amazing, it goes on flawlessly and smoothly without having any kind of oil buildup. Looks really good in pictures and its similar to the double compact mineral foundation that Sephora used to have! I LOVE IT.
The cons are that ithere's not much product for the price. I'm Canadian so this ish is like, 27$ yo! I think 30$ with taxes and everything. But I like how sleek and compact it is so it fits in my purse perfectly and does crack open in my purse like other compacts seems to do.
Also, the color range is AMAZINNNNNNNNG. This summer, at the beginning, I got just a LITTLE darker and shablam, went straight to the next swatch. Then did it again when I got a little darker. As I'm getting back my color, I'm able to go back to my other colors until I'm back to my old color. Ive got like..4 of those lying around my house. haha.
I have nothing bad to say about this compact because I think it looks amazing. End of story.

The MUA at Sephora introduced me to this powder, since I tend to be dry in certain areas I was a little more than hesitant about wearing a powder. I purchased the color medium, I'm an NC-35 for reference. I really like this stuff! I get a bit oily on my forehead and this product keeps the oil at bay. I love the compact, it's magnetized and looks very sleek. The color looks great, and its finely milled. You don't need tons of this powder another reason I love it.

I'm a foundation and concealer junkie, however after being laid off from work and pregnant I have to watch my pennies more than ever! I was using Becca mineral foundation and I did like it but for the price I wasn't that impressed and it seemed like it didn't last long at all.
Initially the SA recommended MakeUp Forever, but we couldn't find a shade that matched so we went over to the Sephora brand. I have never purchased any Sephora brand makeup so I was a little hesitant, but the $22 price was definitely in my budget:) The SA found the perfect shade for me and I have been very pleased so far. I will definitely repurchase.

* true match for my skin tone, but I needed to have help at the Sephora counter. I probably would have bought the wrong shade.
* more coverage than a bb cream...probably buildable...looks nice and natural
* fine with concealer for a casual day....probably okay to use over liquid for more coverage
* I DID notice a bit of a yucky smell, though. I'm pretty sure it was just the sponge that was included. The odd moon-shape of the sponge means that I cannot replace it with a puff of my choice. That's not good.
* $22 seems expensive for someone who always bought drugstore products. However, if this works, the price isn't bad. Plus, you can sample the colors, unlike most drugstores.
* I used a brush to apply after moisturizing and concealing. It was a nice, natural look. It seems as if it will work for days when I don't want to use a liquid or cream foundation.
I'll try to update later concerning how long it lasts.

I really love this stuff! Now that it's the summer my skin is a bit more oily and I need something that won't budge that also offers good coverage. I usually use this after I put foundation on as a setting powder and i really like it for that. It's not too thick or powdery at all, but if you were using this alone or only with concealer you can build up the coverage if you want. This really matches my NC30 skin beautifully. I am using the color Medium 24. I may need a darker one soon. It comes with sort of a crescent shaped sponge for application/touch ups and I don't use that but I have tried it on blemishes for more concentrated, opaque coverage and it works great for that. I highly suggest trying this out, it keeps me matte for hours in the nasty humid summer heat. I use a Kabuki brush to apply this all over my face and neck, and instead of swirling the brush into my skin I pat it all over the liquid to set my foundation and then I sort of blend out. It works like a charm. :) Just as good if not better than Studio Fix Powder.

i LOVE this powder. LOVE LOVE LOVE.
Ive used every powder i can think of and this is the only one that i am thoroughly satisfied with. the ONLY part i dislike is the new packaging. yes, its sleek and all now however, for ppl like me who use their own velour puff with powder foundation, it's inconvenient cos the sponge it comes with SUCKS.
honestly, this powder keeps my skin oil free and matte all through my work day and that's what i needed. :)
