Broke me out long term and found plain water equally effective and cause less spotties. Now using Aesop Parsley cleanser which is probably 10xs the price of this but hopefully not clogging my pores.
So, i have tried cows milk but had an allergic reaction to it - from skim, semi to whole. Even any dairy product like yogurt would cause my skin painful reactions and cystic acne! Horrible...Howeeever, i am now cleaning my face with powdered Goats milk which is so easy, smells so lovely and leaves my skin so hydrated, soft and acne free!!! I had to order it online, and because it took a while to be delivered, i used Goat yogurt which works beautifully as well - cleaned my pores and dried out tons of little acne bumps i had on my forehead. I have incredibly sensitive skin - even reacted badly to honey from high end manuka to raw. NO other skin cleanser worked for me, and if you want your face to feel slightly cleaner, pour some aloe vera JUICE (some gels contains things that make my face burn and breakout!) or fresh aloe from the plant, and wipe your face with it on a cotton pad. This has left my face flawless after just a week along with using pure pearl powder as a finishing powder!

I found this product at the dollar tree when felt more like a mask than a cleanser in a bad way. This cleanser is so this that is feels like putting dish soap on your face face but thicker and add to that the horrible fake vanilla smell this had to go into the trash.
