I was at Sephora the other day and I remembered how some youtube beauty gurus were talking about the newest shades of pencils by Urban Decay. Some of them mentioned how "freak" was a very unique color. I was trying and swatching a lot of things at Sephora and I came across these. I tried it on my hand and, indeed, it is unique and lovely.
The downsides, in my opinion, are that the opacity is not the best. You need to layer or swipe more than expected, to achieve the desired opacity and to be able to appreciate the color at its max. Another downside is that it takes some time to dry and set. A bit longer than I expected, longer than other/cheaper pencils that I own. I am not sure if I should return it or not. It was 20 dls. That's not precisely cheap for a supposed long lasting bla bla bla pencil. The color is lovely and unique, yes. But I have to do some tricks to make it really pop and last on me. I own 2 other pencils by UD (zero and the teal one) and their formula is better. I don't think I will purchase more of these. I guess I will try the long lasting liquid liners. Those were soooo hard to remove from my hand!

This is a shimmery pastel green with bright green shimmer--a very unique, interesting shade. This is the only reason why I purchased this, as I'm not exactly sure how wearable it is. I'm still debating how to wear this. So far I've tried it as a cream eyeshadow all over the lid with black winged liquid eyeliner, which looks nice, but I feel that I can get so much more creative with Freak.
The downside is that the pigmentation isn't great--it has decent pigmentation, at best. It is somewhat buildable, but I'm the impatient type that prefers full color pay-off in one swipe.
On the bright side, the formula, like all the other 24/7 Glide-On Eye Pencils, is smooth and creamy so it applies nicely!
It retails for $19.
