I have rediscovered my love for this product and noticed that I had not yet reviewed it. I thought it important to do so as even many Chanel store artists even get this product. Of course the packaging is divine. Yes, it is a powder. It is both mattifying yet luminizing at the same time. This is nothing special though as many powders both low and high end are getting into this niche. I like to wear this product with my Amore Pacific cushion compact, by itself and with regular foundation. With the cushion compact, it just adds a little more coverage without disturbing the natural finish. Applied alone with a kabuki it is great for no fuss days. Applied over foundation, it ditches thw mask like effect, making it look more like real skin. In summer I wear shade 20 to enhance my glow in a natural way and in fall/winter I like shade 10. I am B20 in Chanel foundation, light but not extremely fair with a neutral undertone. What this powder does for me that others do not do is that it adds smoothness to my face. I have good skin but have larger pores and texture I do not like. Giselle who is the beautiful spokeswoman for this product also has some texture to her skin if you ever look at her photos sans makeup. This product does the same thing for her. I like the product a great deal and just repurchased it. It says a lot when a makeup hoarder like myself actually finishes a powder product and repurchases it.

I would say that it if retailed for half what it sold for, i would say give it a go. There is nothing special about this, its just another pressed powder which isn't particularly finely milled either. The distinguishing feature is that is give you a hint of a tan, which is nothing you can't get from using any powder one shade up. The quality is just average, its not even as smooth as my covergirl clean pressed powder lightly fragranced. If you use this to touch up during the day, its way too thick and too orange, hence its one of those things you use once upon make up application. If I could get more mileage out of it then I would give it one more star, but save your money, this really isn't that good to be curious enough to fork out what it retails for.

I have no idea if I like this yet. I've been using it for weeks but I'm still not sure. Over some foundation it looks amazing, like laura mercier silk creme. However over smashbox liquid halo its total garbage making weird separation happen on my nose area and chin. I don't get it!
It smells like heaven and has a lovey compact that even has a velvet slip you put it in. So luxe
I was mistaken in my assumption that it would have a bit of a shimmery glow to it. It's totally matte but still looks nice over the right foundation.

I'm not sure if I love this product, or if it just makes me FEEL pretty when I use it!
I mean, look at it. The packaging is gorgeous. It's a small luxury. Everything about it sumptuous. But I'm not totally convinced it serves me better than any number of less-expensive powders, like a Lancome or an Estee Lauder. Part of this could be how I'm using it. I bought shade 20, which is a perfect match for my skin, and I've been using a light dusting of it after foundation as a setting powder. I haven't noticed any particular "glow" when applied this way. Perhaps Les Beiges just works better in a shade darker, as a subtle bronzer? I think I'll try it like that next before kick it out of my makeup bag.

This was a pricey purchase, but there's no denying how great it looks! I'm using the 40, which is a shade darker than my skin tone. I'm using it as a bronzer. At first I thought it would be too dark, but it actually is quite sheer and bronzed my skin as I hoped it would. The SA told me that the powders are versatile. You can use them as a highlighter, bronzer, pressed powder, or for contouring.

This is a very nice powder and normally i hate powders. It doesn't leave your skin looking dry and dull. It is nearly invisible but still mattifies a bit while giving a subtle glow, i know these two sounds contradictory but it is what it is. It has spf as well, i am using number 20, and it is just the same tone as my skin, i don't like a tanned look on me. Very happy so far..

I'm going to be one of minority here and say I really enjoy this powder. It does what the packaging says; it imparts a beautiful healthy glow. I bought this in shade 50 and use it as a bronzer. It has a slight blurring, skin perfecting effect that I think is very flattering. I tend to use this on top of my Chanel Soleil Tan De Chanel as I find that using either product on its own will last no longer than 6 hours on my skin. Using both at the same time will give me the glow for 12 hours (fading at the 10 hour mark).

The packaging is stunning; beige with the Chanel logo in black. The brush it came with is soft and good for touch ups. The generous sized mirror is also good for touch ups on the go.

The powder itself is very finely milled and easy to blend. I find that when I use this close to the hair line it could make my hair feel a little crunchy (?), similar to the feel of hairspray. Very odd.

All in all, I reall enjoy this powder. I think it's very luxurious and it meets my needs. Definitely will repurchase if and when I run out.

I have this in shade 20. I love the chic packaging (hey, it's Chanel). The brush that comes with it is great for touch ups and the compact has a decent mirror. On to the powder itself, I loved how glowy and dewy Gisele's skin was on the advertisements. I have combination to oily skin, so I love when a powder isn't just matte. I never achieved the glowy and dewy effect with this, though. However, my skin looks silky and a tiny bit luminous. It's a decent non-matte formula, very fine milled. It does the job by keeping my complexion even, keeps my skin semi-matte and gives a healthy look. Would I repurchase? I'm not sure, i believe there a much cheaper powders that give the same result, but just don't have the fancy packaging. Overall I like it very much.

I have combination skin, with oily nose and forehead, dry patches and some redness. I wear it every day alone for a hint of healthy-looking coverage. Just don't count on it for anything more than that. I am content with a very light coverage. My skin looks natural and real but a more perfect and radiant version. For me it`s perfect, I love the carefree and undone look. And the feeling of wearing Chanel. :-) I like to apply it with my Mac duo fiber brush.

I don't think a lot of people get this product which is a shame.. If you are like me and HATE the look of powder and matte skin but need a little help to keep your combination skin from turning into an oil slick throughout the day then LOOK NO FURTHER! This product is a godsend for me, I love my skin to glow and will buy any foundation marketed as 'dewy' however, my skin being slightly on the oily side, I admitted defeat and went in search of a powder that would prolong my foundation whilst letting me keep that glow! Well.. For a while I thought this was impossible, I tried sooo many (one being the nars light reflecting powder - big no) with no luck and nearly gave up until I came across this one (let's face it, it was probably the words 'healthy glow' that caught my attention but how could they not!?). At £39 it ain't cheap but once I had tried it, I knew it had to be mine! I pop a bit on and around my nose, chin and forehead in the morning before work (7am) then I'm good for a touch up until 2/3pm! I really like the little brush it comes with and usually reach for it when applying. The cream compact is a nice change from Chanel's usual all black packaging too! I have shade 20 which is a good match for my NC/NW20 skin and I just love how luminous it makes my skin without taking away the glow of my foundation! Absolutely lovely product, thank you Chanel!
