This is a bright cool-toned red shade. No sparkles or glitter: just clear color that is buildable. It looks lovely with my skin tone, and let's me wear red without all the hassle that comes with most red lipsticks. It does leave behind a stain, which you either like or you don't (I don't mind it).
Like all of the lip butters: applies smoothly, feels good, requires frequent reapplication.

I bought a couple of the Revlon Kissable Balms and did not care for them. But the Lip Butters are awesome!
Wild Watermelon is a really nice color - bright without being overpowering and definitely suitable for day wear; this is a creamy color with no sparkle or glitter. I wouldn't say it's super conditioning like an actual lip balm, but it feels really nice on and does not dry out my lips. The wear is about 3 hours - and when you reapply the residual color that was left blends in nicely with the fresh application.

I have had lip butters in the past and lost them, since I use them all the time! Great formula, good color payoff for the light, moisturizing formula. This is a very nice, bright sheer pink shade (on my skintone). I use it like my summer "accessory" since I can't wear much jewelry in the heat. Love this shade, and LOVE the lip butters!
I gave it a low price rating because I live overseas and this product retailed for $15 US. But I had to have it...

Ah Wild Watermelon, how I love you!
This is a beautiful fruity pink with a sheer dewy finish and is the most lovely cheerful summer shade. One swipe gives you a subtle wash of colour, two gives you a little more punch and three will give you a fabulous, vivid colour pop. This shade becomes redder as you build it (although I certainly wouldn't call it a true red). It feels like a balm and does seem to moisturise and protect my lips when I wear it. Can you tell that I like it?
I think of this as being Candy Apple Red's non identical twin sister - similar finish, colour payoff, buildability and summery brightness - but this gal is pink rather than coral.
It's a somewhat cool shade but I would say that warmer toned skin could still easily pull this off, in the same way that I can wear the awesomely hot Candy Apple despite my cooler skintone.
Wild Watermelon fades evenly to a lovely pink stain, but it does transfer badly as all the Revlon lip butters seem to do. You will be doing constant touch ups, but with such a moisturising, balmy product that is a pleasure rather than a chore.
If you've always wanted to wear brighter or deeper lip colours but not been sure where to start I would recommend Wild Watermelon (or Candy Apple) as you are in control of how vivid the shade is, and the shade looks equally beautiful whether applied as a sheer wash or built up to full strength.
I hope this colour is never discontinued as it is my summer favorite.

Well, after purchasing my eighth lip butter by revlon, i swore i would not buy any more. Then came the wild watermelon shade. After vacillating in the aisles for about :20, i bought the darn thing. Am i happy with it? Duh! My one concern was that it was going to look like candy apple or cherry tart. Does it? Nope! A bit different; it is a little more playful & pink. No shimmer -- just straight up watermelon! A nice shade that you will not regret buying. The texture is nice & the payoff is decent. Im in pajamas & i am wearing it -- it is that nice!

This lip butter is fantastic! The colour is such a pretty reddish pink, and it goes on so smooth. I would say it has weak to medium staying power because its consistency is between a balm and a lipstick. It did not really moisturise my lips, but it did make my lips feel less dry, and isn't drying like some lipsticks. For the price, this product has really good value, and the colour is super pretty. I received quite a number of compliments about how bright and perky I looked when I wore this lipstick to the office for the first time, and a few people asked what colour I was using too!

This is a gorgeous color for every skin tone. I see mostly fair/medium skinned women have reviewed this lip butter, but I personally love this on my warm, deeply tanned skin (nc43 for reference). The color looks like a bright yet neutral reddish-pink with no shimmer, just a beautiful sheen, which I personally adore. The shade is very wearable for daily wear, brightens up my face instantly, and looks amazing with a neutral face. This lip butter does not provide the best moisture, but it gets the job done. This is only my first lip butter so I do not know how moisturizing they should be, however I expected more from something that has so much hype. Regardless, I love it and will be purchasing more lip butters in the future :D

Definitely one of my fav lip butter shades. Lip butters from Revlon are definitely one of my fav lines of lipsticks (HG status) due to their relatively moisturising properties and sheer but buildable pigmentation. The name says it all- Wild Watermelon. This baby is a bright summery watermelon red with a hint of pink in it. I LOVE IT such a gorgeous shade and have gotten quite a few compliments everytime I wear it. Great for the weekends when u want some colour but dont wish to slap on a full on red lip. Also, it's lovely for those who want some red on their lips without going full on classic red (think siren red) (which I do enjoy alot btw). Love how revlon keeps coming out with these beautiful shades and I hope they keep doing that and dont stop! This baby is also glitter/shimmer free which is what I tend to like. Only one word for this: Love. Definitely pick it up if u have been searching for that summery red-pink!

This is my perfect sheer red. This is what I wanted in Candy Apple & Cherry Tart. This is more pink-toned than those but apparently, that is what looks best on me (NW10)

For some reason, red lipsticks always look TERRIBLE and gaudy on me, but I still love wearing lip color. Lip butters are my solution to this, and this color is my favorite red lipcolor I have ever owned. Even my boyfriend called it beautiful on me the first time he saw it! WHAT. Very happy with this, great for girls like me with deathly pallors. Pale gurlz 4 lyfe.
The formula is smooth, comfortable, and moisturizing... but unfortunately, like all lip butters, it loses a lip with me because of its poor staying power. An hour or two at best.
