I bought this gel cleanser after reading rave reviews about it on MakeupAlley. A little really does go a long way. I do not need to double wash with this when I remove make up from my face. What I do like is the colour of the packaging and the packaging itself. What I do not like is that my skin feels quite dry and tight after a wash. I have now switched to a different product that does not make it so, but I will continue to use this to remove make up from my tools and hands when needed. I would probably recommend this for normal to oily skin types, but with my acne prone, sensitive and combination skin I do not. Others with my skin type may like it, but it's just not for me unfortunately.

I was so in love with the cleanser and toner from this range. This gel based foaming cleanser was great for my acne prone skin, and was a welcome relief after the hot mess that is Clinique. It was great in the fact that you needed the tiniest amount of product to work into a lather, and afterwards, my skin felt incredibly clean. Followed by the toner, my skin felt amazing. One thing I was somewhat disillusioned by was that the Clarins lady made it a point that it was at the cheaper end for a department store cleanser, but at half the size of normal cleansers (75ml vs 150 - 200ml) no wonder it was cheaper! I could have gotten a YSL cleanser that was double the size for only a third extra, or a Estee Lauder cleanser for around the same price! It was a nice cleanser, but I definitely think this 19 year old combination skin would find a gel based cleanser far too stripping.

I love this cleanser. I use this during the day with my Mia2 and the two work great together. I rinse off with cool (not cold) water and it really does wake me up. It foams a little bit which I really like. I have combination skin and I find that this dries out my oily T-zone yet doesn't dry out my drier cheek area. I'm biased towards citrus scents so the scent in this product (which is very light) doesn't offend me. And for $15/bottle - this may be the cheapest Clarins product in the market. I use the most miniscule amount - a size of a peanut if we're going by Clarins' preference for nut sizes when telling you how much product to use. I would definitely repurchase again when I run out. I love this cleanser.

I like this product. I use it to wash my face in the morning and at night, right after I remove my makeup. It makes my skin feel very clean and my pores seem less visible. There are 2 things I don't like about it: the smell and the fact that it dries my skin (which is already dry) quite a bit. But I always put moisturiser afterwards, so it's all good.

i love this cleanser! I've tried a few and this one seems to fit me the best for the moment. its light weight and smells amazing, it doesn't dry me out as much as some have but still gets the job done. its for normal/combination skin so gets rid of any excess oil that you might have but without drying you out, my skin doesn't feel any tightness after cleansing but still squeeky clean. it removes make up well and is fantastic when teamed with the energizer toner. I think its great for younger skin as it doesn't overwork it but it still has a great effect of cleansing and keeping oil at bay.

This is a fairly basic gel cleanser. It cleans very well and is not too drying on my combo/dry skin, and I am using it during the Canadian winter. You don't need a lot -- a pea-sized drop does the job on makeup. It is fragranced with a light citrus/fruit scent, which could be irritating if you have sensitive skin. At C$15 for a 75mL tube, it's part of a lower-priced range at Clarins, aimed at a younger market. I'm not sure it's any better than a good cleanser from the drugstore, but it works perfectly well for me.
