This isn't my HG bb cream. I highly prefer my Smashbox-- it's perfect for me. But, it's EXPENSIVE! So I've been on the hunt for something that's sort of "daily wear" when I want to look better than no make up, but don't want to use the pricey stuff. This is pretty good. I bought the fairest color, which has a pretty nice neutral tone. It doesn't turn orange or pink, nor does it make me look yellow. It's a decent amount of coverage, it doesn't make my skin oilier than normal. It stays put and doesn't migrate into my eyes or slide off my face after a while. I'm looking at you, Maybelline BB! :( Something about this stuff just isn't perfect though. It sort of makes my skin look dull, almost dirty-- like I've been rolling in dust out in the yard. I am not sure how to explain it other than it's the OPPOSITE of the "luminous" look that most bb's try to give you. Perhaps there's some kind of clay as an ingredient? I have no idea. For 7 bucks though, it's adequate for my purposes. I'll keep looking for a "budget HG" bb though.

I don't like this BB cream at all. I am a C4/ NC30 and I had to buy medium and medium dark, the medium was too pink and the medium dark was too dark ( maybe good if I am tan). I mixed both and it just sat on my skin, for $7 bucks it was worth the try but I am going back to my maybelline "dream" BB cream in medium.....much better finish!!!

Not an amazing BB cream its a very think almost but it does apply okay but it doesnt fully blend or absorb in. The lightest colour is also a touch dark. Doesnt do anything fantastic just feels a bit dry on. My hunt will continue!

shade range is disappointing.only 3 shades so youre lucky if one matches you exactly. i have oily skin but also some dry patches on my cheeks, the product clung to the dry patches making them look really noticeable which is not the point of a bb cream, i thought it would be moisturizing while at the same time mattifying. WRONG! so this is good for really oily skin, if you have the slightest bit of drying on your face it'll cake up. returned this and will not be repurchasing.

I did not like this product at all!
This product was not for me! I have extremely dry flaky skin that turns into extremely oily skin throughout the day. Its complicated...i know (if any one has a solution im all ears!).

When I first put it on, it accentuated my flakes like crazyyy, especially around my nose. Also it started to change color. It seemed grayish, and began to get darker.

I think this product would be good for people who have relatively good skin. There are only two shades to choose from so that is another bummer. Not a repurchase for me, but I have heard people say that they like it .

I have used a few BB creams - from Cover Girl and one from Korea - and this is the nicest so far! Coverage is good, gives my face a nice glow (not greasy, just a muted sheen). Would def buy again!

I've been using this BB cream for about a week and honestly I'm surprised the ratings aren't higher. I'm a MAC NW 125 and use the Medium shade. It goes on lighter than my skin tone but quickly blends in to a great match-- actually the best match I've found for my skin in a drugstore makeup to date. It is a thicker consistency than liquid foundation but I find it very easy to blend with a combination of my fingers and a makeup sponge-- I can't imagine applying it effectively with a brush, but I don't like that method anyway. I have rosacia on my lower cheeks and several sunspots, which this BB cream conceals very nicely without looking unnatural. It does make my face feel a bit oily over the course of the day, but it doesn't make me any shinier than oil-free foundations. I blot the shine with tissues or paper towels rather than powder, which I find clogs my pores. Speaking of which, the pores on and around my nose are large and this cream does not sink in or make them look any larger, which many foundations do; rather, it gives me a softened, glowy, youthful look that has me pleasantly surprised. Best of all, it hasn't made me break out and even seems to have sped the drying/healing of a few cystic pimples, without drying the rest of my face. I'm sold!

Mmmm...I wanted so much to like this since I love the 25 hour Lasting Finish makeup. It looks great in the mirror, faces glows and looks softer BUT up close it looks gross! I get little whitish balls on this stuff around my hairline right after I put it on. It rubs off even though it states it is long lasting. My T zone gets totally oily in a couple of hours(I have normal to dry skin fair skin). No way could I wear this in summer. Maybe in the dead of our dry winter? Coverage is medium. Love the SPF but will not re-buy this summer. Please put SPF in the Lasting Finish!!

This is the first BB cream I've used, so I've nothing to compare it to, but I like it. I'm prone to rosecea so my skin is often red and patchy, and its oily so I need to mix and match my products at times. I find the coverage with this cream is really good - other users have said its quite thick which I like. The colour blends nicely and it lasts well with a dab of powder over the top.
It's also fairly cheap, and a little goes a long way so it'll last for ages.

hate it!
although it has okay coverage its greasy and the color selection sucks! im fair with pink undertones
the lightest shade is too dark and orange! it accentuates large pores and dry patches it spreads fine but does not blend and even with a setting powder it looks cakey and does not set it slides around so dont even think about touching your face or hugging someone it definitely transfers!
such a waste of money do not buy you'll regret it!

This is the first BB cream I've tried, and unfortunately I'm not a fan. It has the amount of coverage I was looking for, but the SPF burns and irritates my eyes so much it ruins any eyeshadow I have on. At first I had thought it was the new mascara I was also trying out, until I ran out of the house one day without putting that on and still had watery eyes. I may just finish it and try something else.

I found that this bb cream is very thick. I've used Rimmel's foundations before and I know they tend to be thicker, as well, but I expected their bb cream to be a bit lighter than this. When applying, I found it was very cakey and was hard to rub in to my skin. It kind of sat on top in the drier areas of my face and just kept building up when I tried to blend. It does have the classic Rimmel scent to it as well. For some reason, the one I bought doesn't mention that there's any SPF in it which confuses me because everywhere I looked it says it's SPF 25, but on my bottle there's no mention of it. Weird. It does tend to run a bit orangey, but that's fine with my skin colour. Since it's thick, it does provide actual coverage which I liked. I used a mattifying powder over top of it, and it was almost like foundation. It's definitely not as moisturizing as other creams, so if that's an essential for you, don't purchase this. I've only used it 3 times so far, but it seems alright. I probably won't purchase it again, though. I'll look for something else a little more suited to my needs.

I actually like this better than the Maybelline BB Cream!!! I like that it dries matte even before I powdered it and that it has very good coverage. I've only had it on for an hour so far and so ill test it out for tomorrow at school. But yes this is the best bb cream I've tried.

Favourite BB cream I've tried so far. I prefer wearing BB cream in the summer for light coverage, so I've been wearing this product every day as an easy alternative to foundation. I use my fingers to blend it into my skin over a lightweight primer (Benefit's 'That Gal' is great for wearing under this) to help keep it in place and apply smoothly on my oily skin. I picked the 'Light' shade, which is a touch darker than my pale skin but not too noticeable that it isn't an exact match.

If you've tried a Rimmel foundation before, you'll notice it is scented similarly, pleasant & very faint, but not at all overpowering for those like me who are sensitive to smells. It does apply smoothly but requires work to blend into the skin well and can stick to any dry areas which can be annoying to blend out. It doesn't feel greasy or heavy and gives a slight matte but natural finish and evens out the skin tone well. As I have red pigmentation in my nose and chin area I like to dust Rimmel's Stay Matte or another powder lightly over the top to absorb any trace of shine and give further coverage and matte-ness to my skin. This has higher SPF than most makeup products which is ideal when in and out of the sun during the day, but sunscreen is still needed if you burn easily, especially in strong sunlight - don't risk it!

My favourite affordable BB cream (£6.99 from all Rimmel stockists & on 3 for 2 in Tesco a lot), this is my go-to product for my face in the summer - easy to apply, good coverage for the price and feels light on my skin without being overly greasy or heavy. Not enough coverage for an evening out but ideal during the day - will definitely rebuy when I run out.

I really like this BB cream! It's thicker than others that I've tried so it actually gives a nice coverage. I mean it doesn't completely cover everything but it definitely evens out your skin. It also feels light on your face. Best drug store BB cream in my opinion.

This is a great product for teenagers, light makeup wearers, or moms on the go. Rimmel has really impressed me with this BB cream. First off, the packaging is very portable, and alows you to dispense the desired amount of product. Second, it does provide a little SPF, which is always a plus. Also, the coverage is very natural, and it stays put all day. Mostly, this product gives you the perfect no-makeup look. I would really recommend giving this a try!

I have love hate relationship with this product. It gives coverage but very little. If you have acne, this will not cover it. You will need alot of concealer with it. If you have dry skin this product will not be very moisturizing to you. You can still use this product tho if you have dry skin you just need to apply a very good moisturizer prior to using this product. I liked the price for this product. I think for what it is, the price fits. The bottle may look small, but it adds up since you only need a little each day ! I think next time I will be trying a different brand of bb cream

My opinion of this bb cream varies. The shade choices are very dissipointing. There is light, tan, and dark (i believe). When i applied the light color to my medium-fare skin, it looked really orange. I decided that maybe the product needed to oxodize, but after 30 the color just turned a darker orange. I personally have acne-prone skin so it took around 2 or 3 layers for me to apply it and have it cover most of my spots. This is a generally thicker bb cream, much thicker than most others, and the concistancy is heavy. I would buy it again if they changed the shades so there was a larger variety and so that it didnt have an orangy tint.

I would recommend this for the summer time. NOT for use in the winter due to skins natural tendency to become dry and a lighter color.
