Age: 25-29   Skin: Acne-prone, Fair, Neutral   Hair: Brown, Straight, Medium   Eyes: Hazel

For Reference my skin is NC/NW 07-10 or Nars Sheer Glow Mont Blanc or illamasqua 3.5. I have Acne prone, extremely sensitive, combination, oily skin. I have a lot of topical and internal allergies/ intolerances. (wheat, soy, msg (yes it is in some makeup), beeswax, bismuth oxychloride)

Highlight/quick REVIEW this product:

Versatile (eyes, lips, cheeks, anywhere, heavy or light application)
Can be long wearing when set with a powder
Emollient, smooth, and creamy
Wonderful pigmentation
Easy Application
A little goes a long way (on pale skin)
Expensive
Crap packaging (though interesting to look at because of shape)

Detailed REVIEW:

This product has not caused me any issues. I have the cream pigments in Mould, Delirium, Hollow, and a liquid metal in Solstice (which is a different product than the cream pigments but similar ) I saw that as an overall, the cream pigments from illamasqua have not received very good reviews here on MUA. This isn't simply an eye shadow cream, this is a pigmented cream you can use anywhere on your face and body (I mean you can use this on your eyes, as a liner, as a blusher, as a lip color). This important thing to remember about a cream like this is that you HAVE TO SET IT with a powder. I prefer a translucent talc powder. I am wearing mould right now on my eyes, and I have set it with a powder, it has yet to crease in the several hours that I have wore it and I have deep set eyes that products crease easily on.

Since this is a cream product it is emollient. This formula isn't dry and spreads very easily. It is a little too emollient so like I have mentioned you will need to set it if you are using on your eyes. Since I am in the pale category, Mould is a pigment can be a little too dark if I am not careful. It also seems to make a lovely purple eye wash/base with a shimmer on top of it.

Cream pigments in U.S. currently rate at $26 for 8 grams of product. So it is rather pricey.

Unlike the other cream pigments I own, this one is not as versatile to me simply because of how pale I am. I haven't fully experimented with it, but the color is absolutely beautiful. I will update this review based on how this product reacts when I am done experimenting, however it is unlikely that I will repurchase this color again, only because it isn't necessary for me to own it.

Also I would like to mention, that though I love black packaging, I am not not thrilled with illamasqua packaging of their creams products. The top is difficult to use, it has not lip and you are supposed to pull it off straight, only a snap action keeps it closed. This bothers me because cream products have issues with drying out and I do not think this container will keep the product from this. I am considering investing in a unii palette because they seem air tight in their construction, so I can depot this cream products and keep them in something safer

I don't particular like this Product for myself. I don't like cream eyeshadows and I don't like having to set it with powder
